I personally don't think Naruto will become the Juubi Jiinchuuriki, because the whole purpose of his relationship with Sasuke would be pointless. If that is what Kishimoto had planned since the beginning, then he could have left Sasuke die in their first mission against Zabuza and Haku. Why do I say this? Because the only Jiinchuuriki known to have the Juubi inside was the Sage of Six Paths, who had BOTH Ocular Powers and Physical Powers. He had a strong spirit to creat things and the life force to make them real and be alive. To become the Sage of Six Paths, Naruto would have to have the Rinnegan, that is to say, Ocular Powers. Now, how do you plan on proving that he will attain such thing?
I've said this in other threads, and will say it here: The only connection Naruto and Sasuke WILL have with the Sage will be the Sage's SONS... The Younger Son, who believed that LOVE and UNDERSTANDING would create peace and who inherited the Sage's phisical prowess and Life Force (Naruto) and the Elder Son, who believed POWER and MIGHT were the only methods to create peace, and who inherited the Sage's EYES and SPIRITUAL ENERGY (Sasuke).
One thing I do agree with is that the Bijuus ARE going to be together at some point... Probably when the Juubi is beaten. But I don't think Naruto will become the Sage of Six Paths at all. He would need to do a fusion kind of thing with Sasuke or something like that, since both of them represent two sides of one coin, and so on.
I consider myself a Naruto fan, more than a Sasuke fan. It is true that Sasutards are annoying, but you won't gain anything trying to make your point aggresively. Try to use the Manga as reference, exactly in the way you did since the beginning, but don't damage Naruto's reputation as a character with being a Fanboy. That will make us Naruto Fans all annoying. And I'm neither annoying, nor a fanboy.
