i think this person can b used again in battle like oro did with 1st n 2nd with sacrificing some people....

but with 4ths technique the person cannot b used again

The technique can only be seen by the caster, or the people its being used on... so its got to be "like the deathgod jutsu by the 4th" OR it has to be a genjutsu... because Konohamaru could not see it at all...

Thats all it could be... nothing any more special than that... I think that it does depend on the touch of Pein onto the body of the person he wants to use it on...

So no matter who he is fighting, if he touches his opponent, then that opponent can be "judged"

while pains hand
he has2 hold them for them 2 see
& it only works against one person/2 ppl
If its say 10 ppl
against hell realm he will probally lose
