Yes, the fact that he didn't use it in the last movie proves he doesn't have it unless you can prove he still has hagoromo chakra.

You want me to prove he still haves hago's chakra? Yet you haven't answered anything , also he did use it in the last. You haven't proven he doesn't have sage's chakra anymore/doesn't have RSM. Prove it buddy.

He is a meeting point for the beast's but im not entirely sold on them sending him chakra.

This. Naruto isn't confirmed to be capable of using the Tailed Beasts on Hagoromo's level the same way Sasuke has.

Remember when Sasuke base was fanficing Sasuke's rinnegan? Like what he can do or whatever with it? Naruto-base got mad and demand proof or it is fanfic!

Now all these RSM threads for the past 3 months..People are saying all Naruto gotta do is ask for more chakra from the other bijuus to go "RSM" or "Full RSM".

Now I'm gonna ask the same shit that Naruto-base asked Sasuke-base about Sasuke's rinnegan.

Where is the proof? Where is the proof that if Naruto ask for more chakra from the other bijuus, he will be able to enter "Full RSM"?

Btw. Naruto is the meeting ground for all Bijuus due to having bits of chakra of each one of them. It is not a RSM ability! Kishi never stated shit about RSM in the manga. In the databook, he only stated the RSM is a gift from hagoromo. And there was not a single comment about "bijuus" it.

Proof that Naruto can ask for more chakra from the Biju? the S06P stated that he wanted Kurama to remain with Naruto to look over the meeting place that resides inside of Naruto and this is where he could if he needed to which he doesn't to ask the other Biju which according to the Hago is no matter where, all the biju can communicate with eachother so that seems in of itself all the proof one needs right?
