Narutio does not have rsm. The bijuu do not give naruto rsm. Naruto did not use it in the movie. Naruto is just the meteeting place. The sage only gave naruto sage chakra and the seal, the same with sasuke.

As stated earlier TSB's aren't the only thing that gives Naruto his RSM nor the tomoes n his back. It is actually his SM Pigmentation that gives him RSM. Also Naruto can get the Bijuus help anytime he wants unless you have proof that says otherwise.

If I use a Naruto's lawyer mindset, the first thing I'll ask for solid proof. Naruto being the meeting ground do not count! Because if it was true. Naruto at VoTE2 could've send his own chakra back to the bijuus that Sasuke had under a genjutsu to wake them up.

The problem with that logic is that 15 years had pass. The bits of chakras have been recharged in Naruto. So he should've been able to enter so call "Full RSM" from the start. The only way your logic would make sense if the the other 8 bjiuus chakra are just sleeping within naruto are sleeping and Naruto refuse to use it. But that wouldn't make sense at all.

The kyuubi (a chakra producing entity) is actually within Naruto though. U can't say the same for the other bijuu, so what is that scan supposed to explain?

That's not rsm. he has no more sage chakra so he can't do rsm. His eyes does not show when he is in rsm. Naruto has no tsb.

Yes, the fact that he didn't use it in the last movie proves he doesn't have it unless you can prove he still has hagoromo chakra.
