The blue aura in Ae's body was capable of surviving amaterasu. Amaterasu is capable of burning chakra. If you look at the scan, the lightning chakra emitting from his body stopped. Which means amaterasu ate the chakra but couldnt eat the physical energy. That same blue aura was mistook by kisame as chakra but was not, guy uses physical energy alone, hence why he calls it pure taijutsu despite creating an energy field around him. Physical energy is represented as blue in colour.
