Nostalgia thread: Old school memories

This thread is to remember, and bring back sweet old school video game memories. Like I remember i got when i was really really small the gameboy pocket along the pokemon yellow version(pickachu) and remember playing for countless hours, riding on that little bike, fighting countless battles to raise the powers of my pokemon. I also remember my first video game console was a sega genesis, and my first video game was sonic, with those black wide cartlidges( i know i misspeled it,lol). I also remember being a masoquist as a little kid as i was terrified when I played resident evil 1 for the ps one, and even had countless nightmares in bed, hearing that mansion clock ticking in my head, and in my mind seeing those horrible monsters, but next day, there i was playing again,lol

Wow, I'm late 90's so I can't exactly relate to that but. My first game console was DreamCast......good times

my first game console was a sega genesis also i remember playing this game called streets of rage and golden axe. I still have a yellow version but it won't save anymore because the reason the game saved is because theres a battery that keeps it on all the time in the game and after 14 years the battery dies making it not able to be saved anymore, this also happened to my gold and silver version, but hearing some of the background music always gets me nostalgia. also had a nintendo 64 and one of my favorite games if not still was the game called conkers bad fur day

Wow! I remember playing good old Atari and then regular Nintendo n old school Mario! Then super Nintendo and Sega and PlayStation! Spyro is my favorite game ever other then final fantasy 7!

I recall playing Circus Charlie all night on some console game(chinese brand ftw), we had to buy a new one like every year or so, but totally worth it xD
I also recall that we've once bought like 2 games, which supposed to be some kind of Batman and the other one some Superman game, but both of them had like 60-70 kinds of Mario on them.. xD the major fraud :-< okay.
Other played games Mario, some future guy who had a weird name :-?, some bike riding game and some car driving games, I can't really recall all of them, I was like 5-6 years old at the time
Though I remember perfectly my old PC which had 256 colors (black&white <3) XD

My first handheld was a Gameboy. My cousins gave it to me when they came from America. It came with a cartridge that contained Bugs Bunny crazy castle, Duck Tales, Ninja turtles and a WWF game. I'm not sure if it was just demo cartridge because I was never able to get very far before I'd die. I traded it all for a Raichu doll xd

My first console was a PSX and with it Actua soccer. My cousins gave me a few demo discs as well. After it broke (was good for 10 years) we threw it away, but I still have two games Spyro: YotD and FFVIII

Xenogears, Final Fantasies V - IX, Pokemon Yellow & Blue, and the old WWF Smackdown games for the PS, xD I always used Jeff Hardy and won basically every championship belt for him so he had them all

Playing Super Smash Bros on N64 and ragequitting when I got to the big white glove

Duke Nukem split-screen was the best thing for me in the 90s

Its not that bad, im 4 years older than you, so you must have experienced some of these things. I also played spyro, lara croft for the ps one, and lets see.. When I remember more memories ill post them
