Firstly.. I'm guessing you used Photoshop, which version then:
Visit the tutorial website where you will find tons of tutorials
Now..
Your work is ok for being a noob at gfx as we all start somewhere
If you want to be a serious gfxer, keep looking at tutorials and once your able to do good works with them change the tutorials a little to your liking and if you like your result, try and follow a tutorial at first but maybe change it completely making your own unique signature
