With Lancer steadily coming inside of the dojo, dressed in his full attire for the event. Wearing a black covered outfit, a Gi, with a specially colored emerald belt around his waist. He bows his head in honor of his opponent, gracious enough to fight him, where he can showcase his fighting prowess. Lancer would slowly move back into a five meter distances between one another. With his eyes firmly lock onto the body of his opponent. He begins to take his stance.
Lancer would take up a normal fighting stance, to initiate the battle. His legs about shoulder width apart, he brings his right foot slightly back behind him, with his left foot forward. The front leg (left) is bent ever so slightly, the back leg is also bent slightly (right), this way he can maintain a good center of gravity. Lancer brings his left hand up, towards his face, slightly extended out. His right hand is to his waist, with the palm open. Lancer keeps his body relaxed, and makes sure not to tense up, so he can keep his movements rather fluid and prepared for any counter-attacks his opponent has up his sleeves. Lancer goes up on his toes, and dashes towards his opponent with haste. Quick feet was Lancer's goal as he runs at the opponent, maintaining eye contact throughout the way there, and still remaining relaxed and at ease muscularly.
As Lancer gets arm distances away from his opponent, with his right foot in-front of him, Lancer stops his running, maintaining a similar stances as in the start, to regain balance, he can finally initiate his attack. Lancer would bring his right hand back, raise his elbow, so now his arm is perpendicular with the floor. He clenches his fist tightly, and rotates his waist to the left, adding momentum into his attack, Lancer would deliver a hard punch to his opponent's face (you're left <---), Lancer would make contact and continue rotating, and pivoting his left foot, that is trailing back now after the run, to add more power onto his attack.
After Lancer delivers that attack, naturally you're body would sway towards the left, Lancer would use this lateral movement, of his opponent, to his advantage, as you are moving to the right, Lancer would pick his left foot off the floor, keep his knee bent and locked at a 90 degree angle, and forcefully thrust his knee into the side of you're stomach, specifically the oblique muscles. This is done through a slight jump using the force of his right foot, pushing off the ground, to get into proper positioning and placement, so his knee can make contact with the body.
Lancer would then keep eyes on his opponent, to see what he would do.
(Kodzuku) Punch

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply use one of his hands to deliver a simple punch by clenching his fist and swinging his arm. The user is free to do variations of a basic frontal punch and the technique though simple, can be deadly for strong users.
