Weak points
  • - With a strong wind the rocks could be sent flying back towards you. -
  • - The beginning of the jutsu takes a little bit of time since you have to lift rocks out of the ground. -
  • - Depending on the size of the rock/s your vision could be partially obscured by them. -
Combinations-strategiesThis is a nice jutsu to throw at your opponent when they throw weapons at you. The rocks will hit most weapons and continue towards your opponent. You could throw the rocks first and perform a wind jutsu directly after to give them an increase in velocity.

Ways to counter this technique You can fire projectile jutsu of your own to counter the rocks. As mentioned earlier you can form a powerful gust and blows the rocks right back at your opponent. You can also destroy the rocks quickly and at a safe distance with lightning. You could also use the jutsu in conjunction with the last jutsu we just looked at.

Questions What's with the name of this jutsu? I assume like the other projectile jutsu you can form (2-4) rocks, correct?

Description: The user manipulates their chakra creating three huge rocks infront of them. The user will then unleash the three huge rocks coming from three different angles from infront of the enemy to smash into each other causing segements to start protruding from the collision and damaging the opponent.

Another pretty simple jutsu, the user will summon 3 huge rocks that are larger the the user and send the rocks as projectiles towards the opponent. You can send the rocks however you want which makes it handy its a quick jutsu and is great to use with combos. The rocks have the force to crush the opponents bones as well as push them back. A note is though the jutsu itself is B-Rank, each rock is C-Rank power so be weary of that.

  • - The rocks will take a little time to form so your opponent can react. -
  • - You must maintain focus to throw the rocks leading you slightly vulnerable. -
  • - Nothing to add here. -
Combinations-strategies I would use this with good timing to flow with my opponents moves. For example my opponent uses one move and then I can throw one rock. Then maybe they do something freeform and I wait to throw another rock...etc. You can also use the rocks to try and try to lure your opponent into a trap.

Ways to counter this technique You can destroy the rocks with lightning or a suitable elemental jutsu. Evasion is a bit iffy since their are 3 rocks. As with other projectile jutsu if you don't have time to destroy the rocks harden your body.

A very useful jutsu. You can form clones to increase your defensive capabilities or use them to perform jutsu in conjunction with you. You can also use them to carry out or set traps and plans.

The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.

The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.
A relatively quick attack that requires the opponent to make a create deal of effort to evade or defend against. It can also be used to drastically change the environment in a hurry.

You can use it to force your opponent into the air or into having to defend themselves from the ground. You can use it to break genjutsu in extreme situations. So many uses foe this jutsu.

Description: Like the parent technique, it creates a reinforced wall of earth to be used as a defensive mechanism. However, the technique works in a different manner. Using a pre-existing source of earth, it allows the user to create multiple walls of earth, further fortifying their defense instead of forming a single wall, by slamming his hands on the ground.

A very powerful defensive technique. The user will slam their hands on the ground and use the earth up front of them to rise not into jutsu one, but multiple walls. You are able to summon up to 6 large walls. This is a great technique to use for jutsus that are very powerful, it can slow down the pace of the jutsu allowing you time to recover or evade more properly. The walls are of large size. Its great to stop projectile based attacks as well as streaming. After you summon the walls to either stop or slow down the attack you can evade without hesitation. The walls also rise fast consecutively. Drawbacks include you will not have a any vision of the opponent when summoning the walls for they block your vision.

Combinations-strategies I would use it against jutsu I couldn't counter with one move. Ultimately this would buy me time. You could also use it before an opponent attacks and set up a prexisting defense or hide your movements momentarily.

Ways to counter this technique The simplest way is to destroy the walls. This is easier said than done though. You can jump up and attack from the air so you don't have to go through all the walls at once. Also lightning as is the case with other earth jutsu is the best way to destroy the walls quickly. You can also attack under the ground with swap of the underworld or a similar jutsu and completely bypass the walls.

This technique is a combination of the Summoning Technique and an Earth Release technique. The user summons a large amount of rock from a giant canyon which, during the process of being summoned through this technique, he shapes into a design he outlined previously in a scroll. This allows the user to change the topography of the map and create any earthen feature he needs from pillars to gorges, canyons, mountains or simply plains. If the user wants to or is defeated, the alteration ends as any summon eventually does. Additionally he can use (Doton: Dimenshon Fuudo Shihai) - Earth Release: Dimension Topography Control at any point to change the design and alter the summoned terrain.
Note: can only be used once per battle

A very nice jutsu indeed. You will take out a normal scroll, do some hand seals and bite your thumb. After that you will place your hands on the scroll and summon a huge chunk of rock from a canyon. While summoning the user will mold that canyon rock into anything they desire from it that is possible. This includes caves, mountain, large pillars, or even a huge rock plain. This can only be used once in battle. Their is many creative things you can do. You can summon a mountain behind the opponent restricting his range, this is great to get close to him. You can summon a rock on a water source blocking it, so a water expert will be without his greatest tool. Its performance is dangerous for its a little slow but the summon is as quick as a regular summon. Its a very efficient jutsu which you can alter the terrain in your favor and have complete control of the battle.

Strong points
  • - Some much flexibility with this jutsu. You can use it to put distance between you and an opponent or bring an opponent closer. You can create mazes, mountains, canyons, and many things.-
  • - This could be used potentially be used to set up defensive or offensive combos. -
  • - Only you know the layout of the map. -
Weak points
  • - 5 hand seals is a lot. This defiantly isn't the fastest jutsu. -
  • - If your not careful your opponent might find a way to use the new terrain to their advantage. -
  • - Nothing else to add for such a awesome jutsu. -
Combinations-strategies I see this as a jutsu that can be used just to make the battle more fun or to change the terrain to your battle. NK used it in a battle test he proctored to change the terrain into a maze with a dome. As you said you can form mountains with this. I like the idea of forming a large canyon. As a future sensor a jutsu like this could give me an advantage. I could set up traps and create a heavy mist while using my chakra sensing.

Ways to counter this technique If the jutsu isn't stopped before the canyon is formed then your stuck with the terrain change. You can use various jutsu to try to reshape the new terrain but this will take time. If a unfamiliar new train you could use the rain sensing tech to keep track of you opponent. You can also create a large golem or water wave that would lift you up elevating your overall view.

Description: Million snake march is a Ninjutsu technique that manifests a incredibly large torrent of snakes, which extend from the sleeve. Orochimaru can extend these snakes to attack a target. Once extended the snake can bite into the target to hold and bind them. Lightning chakra can be infused into the snakes to inflict extra damages. The snakes are also strong enough to grab onto things like trees or the ground and pull the user to safety. They can extend to long range in a matter of a second or two

Note: Lightning chakra causes paralyses and electrocution, depending on how much the opponent is bitten.

Note: The snakes shoot out as fast as a kunai is thrown

This goes hand in hand with the technique Earth Style: Wheel of Fortune. Basically after doing two hand seals and slamming their hands on the ground they will control the change of the terrain they did to whatever is possible. So an example could be if you summoned a mountain, using this jutsu you can change it into a cave. You can switch its position as well. The control and change happens at normal speed and is very efficient to change the terrain. This controls the area at your will making it a brilliant technique and what of the very useful techs. You can only change them up 3 times in battle.

Ways to counter this technique If the jutsu begins then make sure you don't lose track of your opponent. You can do this through trying to track his movement or use some type of chakra sensing. Also you should try to get to higher ground if reasonable to see your surroundings.

Description: The user expels a large creature composed of stone from his mouth. The rock golem has a fair amount of stamina and brute strength, being able to bite and tear off flesh with its mouth and hands respectively. If used from above the target then the user can use the earth golem to drop down onto the opponent like a bomb and crush them. The golem can also devour earth structures and other enemy attacks, biting and chewing on it.

A very powerful technique. The user will spew out doton golem straight out their mouth. This technique can be used anywhere at any time with very quick execution which makes it a very handy technique. The user will constantly send chakra towards the golem which in turn controls the golem's movement. You can virtually do anything with the Golem, you can send it towards the opponent as a distraction, or even with force as a projectile based attack. A draw back includes the golem requires a solid base for movement, also you must remain concentrated towards the golem. I think its best to have a clone control it before hand. The golem is not the fastest runner but it has serious strength it can easily break bones with a punch and lift heavy things.

Combinations-strategies The combinations with this jutsu are endless. You can stand on top of the golem and gain a height advantage. From their you can fire projectiles at your opponent, set up for another jutsu, or any number of things. If something large is coming your way you can summon the golem to protect you by clenching it's hand around you or lifting you up. The clone idea you mentioned is really interesting.

Ways to counter this technique If the golem is attacking you directly you can use a fast lightning jutsu to destroy the part attacking you. You could also make the ground less solid by flooding the entire battle field with a water jutsu or swamp of the underworld. In this case the golem would no longer have a solid base to stand on.

Questions Does moving any part of the golem count as one move? What is the size of this golem? I assume it's very tall but not as wide. Would you have to use a shadow clone to move the golem, i.e. can an earth clone move it?

No it does not count as a turn, its considered free-form. The Golem is basically normal in width and shorter then the user. The clone can constantly keep focused on the clone. No a earth clone in our list would not be able to.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Another one of my most favorite jutsus. The user after performing two hand seals will summon a mud swamp made of the same type of mud adhesive that is very sticky as well as non-flammable. You can summon the size of the mud however you want. The mud is mixed with your chakra so it will constantly sap away the opponents strength so staying in to long can knock you unconscious. The mud can easily take on more then one enemy as well. Its a great ground attack and simple to summon taking almost no time to appear. It has no serious attack ability but if you sink into the mud you will suffocate to death, this jutsu is very combo friendly as well. Its great for distraction play as well as anticipation. Lastly if you are caught the best jutsus include water jutsus that shoot you upward for evasion or even nagashi to negate the mud so you can walk through it.

  • - The swamp itself does no immediate damage. You only die from suffocation later. -
  • - Nothing to add here. -
Combinations-strategies I like forming the ground into a swamp and then attacking through the air. By doing this your opponent is left no where to go. The swamp can be used to sink summons or large objects as well.

Ways to counter this technique If your caught in the swamp you should use a large scale jutsu to push yourself out of it. Their are water jutsu that do this as well as powerful wind spheres. My favorite is the large wave jutsu.

Description: After performing a sequence of three hand seals Dog → Ram → Boar the user then creates a small wall of earth to rise up from the ground infront of them and cause a mud slide to form from the wall and directs it towards the enemy target/s to try engulf them.

One of my favorite jutsus. After doing the hand seals the opponent will create a small wall, a normal sized one that is slightly larger then the user. The user will then punch the ground or manipulate the wall to release a large amount of mud to slide off of the wall straight towards the opponent. Its a great jutsu to use for defense as well as attack at the same time. Its sheer size can cause terrain damage and make the area into mud. The crash is powerful enough to push the opponent back and seriously break some bones. Its great to use to stop large summons as well. Its a simple jutsu to create but it takes some time for the mud to fall off. The wall raises normally. Lastly you must be on the ground.

Strong points
  • - As you stated this jutsu is perfect for attacking and defending at the same time. The works since the mud is large in size. -
  • - The mud can be used to change the terrain to your advantage. This will also wash away any traps on the ground your opponent has laid. -
  • - You can use it on small as well as large targets. The mud is wide and as tall as you are. -
Weak points
  • - Not the fastest jutsu as it requires 3 handseals and the mud will take some time to travel. -
  • - Your opponent can use the mud you formed for their techniques. -
  • - The mud wave will obscure your vision. -
Combinations-strategies I would use this specifically if something was thrown at me. By doing this I don't waste an extra move defending without attacking. I could also set the mud on fire and create a massive burning mud wave. You can fire the mud wave at then use world shaking to make your opponent lose their balance and be swallowed by the wave.

Ways to counter this technique You can form a large wave of your own to counter the mud. You can also form a strong earth wall in front of you and let the mud flow by your side.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra to create the earth infront of them to turn to a lose like quality by slamming his hands on the ground to create a landslide that is directed towards the enemy target in the form of a wave of earth.

A basic tech but is pretty nice. The user will quickly, with no hand seals manipulate the earth upfront on them to loosen its quality almost making it more softer. With a slam of the hands on the ground they will manipulate the ground to quickly form into a wave of tough debris and mud which creates almost a landslide which is sent towards the opponent like a wave of earth. It has the destructive property to easily cut and push down trees with ease and still continue forward. Its a very fast moving technique, hard to evade. Its also location based, its best to use in a forest. Its a loud technique so not so good for snick attacks neither.

  • - The landslide extends out to any range to hit the enemy. -
  • - You can drastically change the terrain with this jutsu. -
Weak points
  • - You have to put your hands on the earth to mold the earth which might leave you partially vulnerable. The opponent will also know that a jutsu is coming. -
  • - The landslide will only be as effective as the terrain you are on. -
  • - Nothing to add here. -
Combinations-strategies Like the last jutsu you can use this to attack and defend at the same time. You can also use this to distract your opponent from seeing you and attempt to escape or hide (landslides are large and would block vision. You might be able to put a bunch of weapons on the ground and then cause a land slide carrying the weapons towards your opponent.

Ways to counter this technique You can use a large scale jutsu of your own to counter the scale of the land slide. These include water waves, earth waves, earth golem, etc. You can also use a potent wind stream or hurricane fist to launch yourself in the air above the land slide.

Questions So is this basically a mud wave if no trees or rocks are around?
