Dunno if I can answer all of it correct, but I'll try :_:

What happens to the fireball when it comes to size?
The fireball becomes bigger than it was. And stronger.

What rank does the fireball retain after wind comes into contact with it?
It's still of the same rank.

What Elements is the fireball now strong and weak against? (Just basic 5)
Just like normal fire, it's strong against wind and weak against water.

Does it move in the same trajectory and does it move further?
Pretty much the same. (I think so.)

What rank does the tornado retain now?
Still the same, A-Rank.

What happens to the tornado's shape and size?
Becomes bigger. And stronger.

What elements is the tornado weak and strong against? (Just basic 5)
Still the same. Strong to lightning and weak to bigger A-Rank fire techs.

Does the tornado move the same way as it did before?
Yes. (I think so.)

Half correct.

Still the same, A-Rank.
Wrong.

What happens to the tornado's shape and size?
Becomes bigger. And stronger.
Correct, barely.

What elements is the tornado weak and strong against? (Just basic 5)
Still the same. Strong to lightning and weak to bigger A-Rank fire techs.
Wrong.

Does the tornado move the same way as it did before?
Yes. (I think so.)

I did not get this point about what rank the fireball becomes when it comes in contact with wind. I thought that when it comes in contact, the fireball remains its strengths and weaknesses, offensive and defensive capabilities. Can you please clear that out O.O"

Well the thread was taken down, from what I know it will be updated but for now, I will give you the estimate I know of.

When two ranked elements come together most of the time, they increase in strength. Now if fire is A-Rank and Wind is A-Rank, the combo attack will ultimately be S-Rank fire. Since all it turns into is regular fire, but just stronger. So the official rank when those two come together is one rank up. If two B-Ranks come together, it becomes A-Rank. If two C-Ranks come together, it becomes B-Rank. So on and so fourth. If two S-Ranks come together it becomes a SS-Rank (Stronger S-Rank).

Also, when two elements come together, specifically wind and fire, imagine both can move up to mid-range. When combined though, not only does the size, rank, and power increase, but also the distance is most of the time increased for travel. Now this is what I know of, this rule is likely to change when the mods bring out the official elemental interaction thread, they hid it and plan to update it for future use. So for now you can take this info and apply it, but keep your eye out for that thread.

Also, if fire and wind come together, all it does is create a bigger fire attack. So that will make the fire elemental weakness and strength, remain the same. Lightning is energy and so is fire, they would phase through one another so never use lightning to counter fire or vice versa. So they don't apply with a weakness. But other then that, the fire+wind remains with the same strength, which is wind again, and same weakness, which is water.

So any other questions before we move on?

So we on fire and lightning next right? Wow, two of the most destructive elements EVER.

Go to 5:55 for a Fire/Lightning combination.

Using fire and lightning is really iffy, specifically when done in battle. So anyway, look at the vid, and tell me when you are ready for the wallie z.z.

That's such an OP combination, in fact I plan to make lightning and fire my specialty in my main bio. Yup, I'm ready to study this combination ^^

Firstly, I highly recommend using allies, clones, summons, or entities that can perform one or the other element to combine them. This is basically cause, they are both intangible, so they act to phase through one another. Now try to never use fire to counter lightning or vicer versa, it never ends right. Anyway, because of the simplicity and they phase through one another. There effects are very simple.

If I send a fire stream and a lightning stream at an opponent, phased and mixed together, the effects are as follow.

The lightning will shock, pierce, paralyze or number.
The fire will burn the opponent.

Ya see? That simple, all in one damn attack. Countering it is almost impossible, you're best bet is likely water, but usually one rank higher. I usually recommend you just evade it if you can. This is the most deadliest of combos in the entire canon list. It is also the most simple. Realize, you won't be able to get this attack off all the time, but when done, its tough to stop.

Any questions?

Combining water and fire seems hard. Fire is the natural weakness of water. Water normally puts out fire. So in this combination, the water can put out the fire. But it seems that if it is perfectly combined, this combination is awesome as well. I think the effects would be... er burn? A good counter can be, another water jutsu, like a rank higher. Maybe you can use lightning to make it pass through the water and electrocute the opponent O.O" One rank higher of course. Welp, that's all I know for know z.z

Okay :D

Combining fire and water sounds hard at first. One's regular impression would be; water kills fire, resulting in the death of the combination. But if done properly, this combination can be good, too. If the fire is slightly stronger than the water jutsu, the fire's heat can heat up the water, resulting in steam or vapour. This can be used to attack the opponent. To put it out, a good water jutsu can do, at least a rank higher. A water jutsu can kill it—because either way steam is still hot from the fire jutsu. A good counter might be a lightning jutsu, at least a rank higher, which can travel through the water to electrocute the opponent. Using fire as a counter seems hard, it might require 2 ranks higher.

I hope its better O.O"

If its heated water, or vapor, wind, water, and some forms of earth can be very good for a usage. The explanation is good now. Do the last combo and we shall move on.

Fire and earth. I think I read that a user called Negative Knight uses this combo a lot. Now to read that later O.O" So combining both makes pseudo lava. Yeah because lava release itself is a kekkei genkai. Due to the heat of fire, the earth melts. Kind of awesome because you don't need the lava KG, you can use a weaker version! Yey! So a counter.. Water seems good. Maybe the same rank or higher. Fire can be good too, same rank or higher. Wind can be good, same rank or higher, I think. Earth walls can be good, same rank or higher.

._.

NK does use earth and fire a lot.

You don't always need a lava type combo. Just burning the rock slightly, to give it heating property is pretty good and it remains stable as well. That would work if you combined it with something this.

A-Rank earth + B-Rank fire= Heated Rock
A-Rank earth + A-Rank fire= Slow burning lava-type substance
A-Rank earth + S-Rank fire= Immediate turn to Lava like substance

So yeah, that is a good general rule of thumb to follow. It is not necessarily official or exact, but it could he handy to come up with a nice idea, I use it myself and it has yet to actually do me wrong when I combine the two.

Also, I'd use lightning to counter. The heat will be drawn into the earth, so you can use lightning to destroy its base, the fire part won't cause any harm, that is if they combine together as one technique. Water would likely neutralize.

Any questions before we move on?
