Description: After doing the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals, the user will slam his hand on the ground and release into it a massive amounts of lightning chakra which will then pool beneath his opponent before releasing itself into a gigantic column of lightning which shocks anything caught above it. The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.
Very similar to jutsus we have already seen in reality I don't see much of a difference. The user will do the required hand seals and gather raiton chakra, then after slamming on hand on the ground the user will release the lightning to the opponent which will act to pool under him paralyzing the opponent on contact then after it gathers it will erupt in a giant column which will shock the opponent. Like the other similar techniques it creates large sound and can easily destroy hard material. It moves up to mid range at most as well but can be used in short to, though I don't recommend it. This is great to use though with large summoning or slightly airborn animals since it erupts in a column.

Okay the user will take out a large shuriken and channel the chidori into the shuriken which will appear as a bright blue lightning current running through it. Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
With one hand seal the user will generate lightning chakra on their hands and release the lightning and mold it into a spear. This is very similar to the B-Rank False darkness spear. The spear though is much more powerful and runs much quicker then its weaker counter part, its attack potency is high and can pierce through even the strongest of earth material. The spear acts to pierce the opponent and paralyze them at the same time due to natural ability of lightning. The technique has great mobility being able to move up to long range and you can aim it anywhere. The spear can only be cut away using a equal rank lightning jutsu or dispersed by a wind technique of at least A-Rank. Lastly the spears can split on the users command to deceive this can be used to decieve an opponent as well as attack more then one target. Though remember the more you make the more each get weak. Its a fast performance technique, projectile based technique as well which helps in combos but this also makes the spear quite straightforward so you can easily have the time to evade.

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the user. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The Thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.
Another Chidori based technique, the user mid-air will perform the chidori and release the lightning chakra from the chidori into a very large thunderbolt which is shot at the opponent, it moves at amazing pace and has great attack potency. Note this technique can only be used if your opponent is in a mid-long range for the explosion it leaves off, if you are caught in it, it will actually hurt you as well. The bolts can pierce through anything and shock the opponent terribly. Its a projectile based attack after you send the thunderbolt. Its a great jutsu to use if your stuck in mid-air and you can send an attack because being mid-air always leaves you vulnerable. Its very fast to perform almost instantly since no hand seals are required and when the bolt rains down it moves rather quick. It does give off a large light though and because you make the chidori first you can hear the chirping sounds and anticipate it.

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.
Another chidori technique, very fast to perform and easy. The user after making the chidori will spread from the users palm to cover a large area in front of them and cover a wide range up to 120º blast making evasion tough so trying to move to the side will not work well. Its a fast moving technique and can cut through many attacks as well as shock the opponent badly while slicing them. Its great to use to push an opponent back but a huge disadvantage is it only goes mid range so evading it by simply moving back is the more simplest of methods. After you send the lightning bolts from your hands it becomes a projectile based attack, its great to use for combos for flanking a fire technique trying to make sure the opponent does not see it. As any other chidori technique similar it will give off a 1000 bird chirping sound if done alone.

Perform the technique: I start off by performing the snake hand seal as I generate lightning chakra on my hands and releases the lightning after molding it I make a lightning spear which comes straight from my hands as it thrust toward the opponent with great speed reaching him within mid range as I split it making it pierce the opponent in different places.
Creative uses/strengths: Strengths are being able to deceive people by having it split. It has great speed and is able to go long range.
Drawbacks/counters: it can be equally matched with a lightning jutsu the same rank. Even a higher wind jutsus! You can counter it using (Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade

As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.
This is a advance version of the lightning spear. Now with the spear alone, you could move it around and cut through many tough rocks. The spear is very useful to keep a distance away from an opponent, it also acts as a chidori which on contact will numb the area of the opponent if caught. You can wield the spear with great ease, it can cut through the most solid of metals. Its great to use to finish an opponent off, and the spear when release is very quickly. Now the spear extends mid-range (10m). The spear now if the opponent is pierced by it, the user can send extra chakra to the tip to create a explosion which can destroy the opponents inside. Its very deadly.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
Note: Can only be used once every three turns

Its great to use with an ally or clone who is right behind you, not worrying about the light.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.
I'll be explaining this technique as if you have a regular bio and not a kakashi bio. The user will do 3 hand seals and create a serious condensed amount of raiton which appears almost completely white. It has a serious amount of power so much though that it can cut through actual lightning making it one of the most powerful techniques in the lightning jutsu list its power is so noticable you can hear the lightning current as well as see the lightning revolve around the user due to the insane concentration. It is mainly used as a melee weapon great for close range battle, it is the type of technique a opponent does not want to get close to, it can easily be used in combo with other close combat attacks like taijutsu, or hold a sword in the other hand to always keep up to battle in close range. This technique has the ability to cut through many dense objects. In short it is very similar to chidori but in a more advanced form.

I'll be explaining this technique as if you have a regular bio and not a kakashi bio. The user will do 3 hand seals and create a serious condensed amount of raiton which appears almost completely white. It has a serious amount of power so much though that it can cut through actual lightning making it one of the most powerful techniques in the lightning jutsu list its power is so noticable you can hear the lightning current as well as see the lightning revolve around the user due to the insane concentration. It is mainly used as a melee weapon great for close range battle, it is the type of technique a opponent does not want to get close to, it can easily be used in combo with other close combat attacks like taijutsu, or hold a sword in the other hand to always keep up to battle in close range. This technique has the ability to cut through many dense objects. In short it is very similar to chidori but in a more advanced form.

Perform the technique: Concentrating my lightning chakra in my left hand and manipulates my lightning chakra to form Chidori as I start to run towards the dummy. As I hit the dummy with the Chidori and manipulate the shape into a lightning spear and hurtle the dummy into the air. Which increased the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explotion at the end of the spear sending the dummy back to ground.
Creative uses/strengths: Chidori can be converted into a very magnificent and powerful lightning spear that can hurl the opponent into the air. The intensity of the lightning can be increased to create a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear to send the oppoenent to the ground.
Drawbacks/counters: Since the initial attack is a normal Chidori without cornering the opponent or without restricting the movement of the opponent the inital strike will be difficult and sometimes may fail.
Perform the technique: Starting off by performing the following hand seals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger and creates massive lightning chakra that appears to be blinding light that appears from my body which then blinds your dummy.
Creative uses/strengths: This jutsu can be used to blind the enemy of course. It also can freely cast up to A rank genjutsu as a follow up attack therby creating a nice genjutsu combo. This jutsu can also be a nice distraction.
Drawbacks/counters: An opponent with a sharingan can see through the attack. You cannot use any S rank genjutsu after this attack. It will also block the area of sight of both the jutsu caster and his ally.

While focusing my lightning chakra with precision and a strong intent. I manipulated a great amount of lightning chakra gathered in my hand that is ten times as powerful as Chidori which looks like a white color. Upon creating it I charge at your dummy piercing it through the chest creating a huge hole.
Creative uses/strengths: A powerful jutsu that requires a very less handseal. It's more powerful than a chidori so that both the piercing power and the cutting edge is very powerful.
Drawbacks/counters: Even though the attack is a powerful and solid technique, the bad thing is that it's short range and you can obviously hear the sound of it crackling so you'd know it's coming and be able to have a counter ready.

(Raiton: Raikiri Nibai Raikou Jishin) – Lightning Release: Lightning Blade Double Lightning Quake

So, this technique is very similar to the Raikiri you just did. First, you create a Raikiri (using Raikiri's handseals), and then place your other hand by your lightning-charged palm, splitting the Raikiri into two, allowing you to essentially hold two Chidori as you cut it's power in half when you cut it in half. Using this technique doesn't count as two techniques, one for Raikiri and one for this; just one jutsu for this one. This technique allows you to turn hand-based taijutsu into powerful lightning strikes with both of your hands, instead of simply having your one hand with lightning in it. Now, depending on the situation, this technique and regular Raikiri or even Chidori could be favored or the other; it's all situational. But the one thing to remember about this jutsu is that it's more like two Chidori than two Raikiri, as you have to cut it's power when you divide it among your two hands.

Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.
So, one of the most powerful Raiton techniques in the series: Kirin. Of course, you must have used a fire technique to heat up the sky to create stormy conditions in order to bring down a bolt of lightning in the first place. A couple things to note about this technique: the first is that after using your fire technique, the general rule-of-thumb is that you must wait three techniques before you can use Chidori for the storm to fully form. This generally allows you to use the fire at the end of your turn, your opponent uses three jutsu, and then you can defend before using Kirin. The second thing to note is that you must use Chidori before you can use Kirin, making it cost two jutsu instead of one like Double Raikiri. However, as soon as you use Chidori, which only uses one handseals after you complete Raiton, you can begin manipulating the lightning in the clouds and bring it down very close to instantly in conjunction. And when trying to use this technique, be wary; the best way to beat it is to disrupt it, so watch out for people trying to stop you from using Kirin, or even trying to distract you to use the storm for themselves.

Connecting the two techniques together, forming a chain of sorts, they are then able to use the resulting beam to slice through objects with great ease.
Note: Must first have a shadow clone in the field.
So, with this technique you must start with a Shadow Clone (if you haven't learned it yet, use mine and wait to use this technique until you've learned the Shadow Clone technique). Then, both you and the clone will use Raikiri before touching hands together. As you touch hands, allow your lightning chakra to connect with the clone's chakra, creating a chain of lightning. As in the first technique, this only costs the jutsu count of this jutsu and the Shadow Clone; using Raikiri to form the chain doesn't count as a separate technique. From there, the two of you can get up to mid-range away from each other, using the chain of lightning like a clothesline to tear through people as you move around, creating a "danger zone" in the form of a direct line between the two of you.

I then dash toward your dummy with great speed piercing through it's chest unleashing the powerful lightning into the dummy ripping it apart to nothing.
Creative uses/strengths: The advantage of this jutsu is that, in raikiri its somewhat easy to dodge where as in this jutsu since two raikiris attack from two different direction it's difficult to dodge them.
Drawbacks/counters: it can be dodged by skilled ninjas and if you manage to miss with the two Raikiri's then your left vulnerable for an attack.
Perform the technique: Taking a deep breath before looking up to the sky and performing the required hand seals for a strong fire jutsu, shooting it into the sky to heat up the atmosphere to make the sky look cloudy and stormy as if it was lightning. Rising my hand towards the clouds and manipulating the lightning chakra and it's shape in such a form that it resembles a large dragon made of lightning. Smirking evil like I slam my hands downward while the lightning dragon followed my same movements striking down on the dummy leaving nothing after the giant explosion.
Creative uses/strengths: The fastest lightning techniques ever and this jutsu can be succesfully completed only when the opponent is paralyzed.
Drawbacks/counters: The user has to heat up the atmosphere with a fire style technique before even able to perform Kirin. The opponent can easily predict that the user will be using Kirin and so he will be able to engage the opponent stopping him before he can. The opponent can counter if they have a Susano'o because of it's ultimate defense.

You could have used my clones to learn and just waited until you learned Shadow Clone jutsu to actually use it, but if you really want to wait until you have the Clone technique, then I won't stop you.
