(I can't apologize enough once again for the late reply.)
Strong points
Ways to counter this technique I'd try to find some way to climb my way up the pillars, or destroy them. Perhaps large scale Earth Techniques that can destroy the ground can throw the pillars out of sync. Also,
Questions What exactly are the pillars made of? Lightning? Earth? How would I then be able to destroy them? If I don't use this with another jutsu as a combination, can it attack on its own, and how does it do so?
Strong points
Ways to counter this technique A wind technique of B-rank or higher is enough to stop the chidori. Staying out of range or dodging using a simple jutsu should also work as well. It essentially boils down to being able to read how the opponent uses the technique; if they simply fire it without any strategy it shouldn't be too hard to counter.
Questions Can this jutsu "reflect" off surfaces? Like, if it hits something, can it reflect, bending and approaching from another direction?
Strong points
Ways to counter this technique A wind/fire combination jutsu is the complete bane of the technique. Otherwise, higher ranked wind techniques or fire techniques separately should also do the trick. Maybe I could get some way to make the lightning and wind chakra to make contact with each other, nullifying the technique. Breaking the user's concentration through some means (genjutsu?) works too.

(Raiton: Jurokuchu Shibari) – Lightning Release: Sixteen-Pillar Bind
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat ? Monkey ? Horse ? Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of lightning release: four pillar bind, the user creates sixteen giant pillars, which then form a giant oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Strong points
- A stronger version of of the Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind Technique.
- The pillars act as a way to trap the enemy, making it very useful in combination jutsus.
- This can be used to change the area of the battlefield in the user's favor.
- Short ranged.
- The possibility of being trapped with the opponent exists, if I'm not out of range when the pillars erupt.
- Seems more like a support technique rather than an all out offensive one; not ideal for fighters who just like throwing jutsu out there.

(Raiton: Chidori Eiso) - Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear
Rank: A
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact.

Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact.
Strong points
- This can be used as a surprise attack; the extended range can even pierce more than one target!
- Splitting the chidori spear increases its ability to maim as well as the number of targets it can hit.
- Good for numbing, paralyzing the target.
- If used by a non-expert, it has the standard chidori weakness.
- Travels in a linear path so it can be easily predicted and countered.
- Not as useful as the other Chidori techniques, such as the chidori senbon or nagashi.

(Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado
Rank: A
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of wind and electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Strong points
- A lightning tornado is pretty OP, to be honest.
- Can be used to protect myself, fast and easy to perform.
- The lightning acts as an extension of the vortex, allowing to somewhat increase the technique's range.
- The user must stay concentrated on performing the technique and while it's being used.
- If the lightning and wind chakra make contact in some way, the technique is nullified.
- The vortex's range is limited.
