The almighty great senpai has arrived. Now first I want you to perform the last technique to make sure I know you have a basic understanding in performing a jutsu. Then I ask you; do you want me to be straightforward in our training or shall we add RP in it? All up to you mate.
Mind if I add a little RP? That way it's interesting and not copy pasting :| don't wanna waste your time or mine.

Concentrating his Raiton chakra in his left hand, Yu slams the ground, releasing a surge of lightning that covers a small area, shocking senpai with a mild lightning surge. Nothing life-threatening, though.

My hand tingles as the chakra gathers at my fingertips, as if they're about to explode with energy. Holding it in, I then apply nature transformation, allowing the chakra within me to take the properties of crackling, chaotic lightning! It gives me a fierce sensation that surges through my body.
When it seems like my hand is about to burst, I quickly slam my arm and hand onto the ground directly below me, channeling a surge of lightning chakra through the ground. It's directed towards the dummy next to senpai, and it electrocutes the wooden guy from the ground up, causing the smell of burning wood to erupt as a result.
"Was that better, senpai?"
"I apologize, senpai. I will focus!"

This time, I channel my chakra to my hands. I repeat the process of nature and shape transformation, creating the small "lightning aura" around my hands only.
Walking up to a dummy, I size it up, pointing a finger at it.
"What are you looking at, punk?"
The expressionless dummy just stays there, silent.
I cross my lightning chakra-coated arms in an "X" shape. Then, I swipe each of my arms across, releasing the energy as I do so. A stream of crackling lightning leaves a visible energy trail from the trajectory of my swipes. Now, it looks like there is a lightning "X" carved into the air.
From this wave of my hands, small lightning bolts blast out from it, pelting the poor straw dummy with a barrage of basic lightning bolts.

I'd use this after trapping my opponent in some kind of Earth Jutsu, that way I don't miss when I hurl the lightning ball.
Ways to counter this technique
Use some form of defensive/supplementary jutsu of a higher rank to block. Or, dodge with clones, substitution, etc.

Strong points
I'd use this in a pinch, maybe when my opponent gets up and close with Tai. Then, I'd surprise them with this tech to get them off my back!

- If there's no water source, it's not as powerful as its full potential as a technique.

- An offensive and defensive technique at the same time; very useful against Taijutsu users.

- Defense only works for one attack, then it must be reactivated.
- Wind jutsus easily disperse the armor.
- Most higher level attacks will be able to defeat the armor's protection and harm the user.

For the first question I would say anything water, projectile type attack and is C-Rank so they combine good with one another.
Second question, no when you send the ball it goes that direction much like a kunai.
Third question, Basic projectile attacks like kunais and shurikens, kunais, shurikens, B-Rank doton, C-Rank lightning and fire. I recommend not using to defend against water and D-Rank wind.

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake ? Upside down Tiger ? Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
Okay with 2 hand seals and running up a cliff with their hands clapped together, the user will send lightning towards the cliff dislodging the rocks in the clidd and causing the rocks to begin raining down on the opponent. The using shape manipulating multiply the sword creating another two physical copies made of lightning. They then spin rapidly which finally a user will send towards the opponent cutting them badly if hit. Okay this is a slow performance technique as well as you must remain concentrated to execute perfectly. They move at normal speed as well.
For the first question I would say anything water, projectile type attack and is C-Rank so they combine good with one another.
Second question, no when you send the ball it goes that direction much like a kunai.
Third question, Basic projectile attacks like kunais and shurikens, kunais, shurikens, B-Rank doton, C-Rank lightning and fire. I recommend not using to defend against water and D-Rank wind.

I recommend using this as a projectile technique so you can send one attack after the other to make it harder on the opponent. Now due to it being a straightforward technique evasion is simple as well as blocking. You can use a wind technique to negate. I like this technique, was my first ever favorite. Now its very fast to perform and set up. This jutsu when active stays active for more then one turn unless already used to block an attack or attack an opponent when in range. Also this gives you a serious advantage in short range battle. Especially if used correctly when you get in range, set it up and take the fight head on. A huge downfall is you are completely open for water attacks, one hit of water and you will be shocked better, its easy for an opponent to figure it out as well since the lightning is visible and you can hear the cracking of lightning, use with caution.

- Rock avalanches are definitely lethal.
- The distance gained between myself and the opponent while running up the cliff face is a potentially useful setup for a follow up attack.
- Powerful and damaging... can hit multiple targets and change the landscape to my favor!
- Hand seal requirement can cost critical moments in the time frame.
- Location based, if there's no cliff... you can't really perform the jutsu. Unless you make a cliff.
- Range is alright, not exceptional. I might get caught in the avalanche if I'm not careful, either.
I'd need to have an arena with a cliff face. However, maybe I could use an Earth Jutsu equivalent that creates something of that scale, and perform the technique as such!
Ways to counter this technique
Destroy the cliff... stay out of range... use powerful wind/water combination jutsus to blow the avalanche away.

- My hand becomes, in essence, a lightning blaster. How is that not a strong point?
- Can attack multiple targets!
- The spreading motion makes it hard for the opponent to dodge, forcing them to use something defensive instead.
- The range leaves much to be desired.
- The opponent will see the attack coming from a mile away; it's very conspicuous and predictable.
I'd primarily use this as a means to distract my enemy from a potentially more powerful follow up technique, or cause them to go on the defensive, since it's harder to dodge.
Ways to counter this technique
Wind to dissipate the lightning bolts, or counter with the same jutsu! Otherwise, substitution, clone feints... plenty of possibilities.

- This is essentially a bunch of lightning sabers of spinning doom flying towards my opponent. OP.
- Swords are sharper because of the infused lightning chakra... allowing it to pierce stronger Earth defenses!
- Can be controlled in multiple directions, allowing for some interesting tactics.
- I'd need a sword to to this jutsu. Otherwise... I can't do the jutsu.
- I could get hurt if I'm not careful in the execution of the technique.
- I only wish the range was better :T_T:
I'd use this to overwhelm my opponent. First, I'd use fire-coated shuriken flurries, then follow up with a lightning-infused sword assualt. Think about it, senpai. Flaming shuriken and Lightning sword barrages of death. Too OP!
Ways to counter this technique
Use a high level wind jutsu to blow away the lightning-infused swords. Pretty straightforward. Otherwise, I could use a Kenjutsu technique where I channel lightning chakra to parry the swords away with an equal and greater force.

1- No they are not electrified, the lightning simply loosens them to fall down.
2- I would say no, this is a projectile based technique, not a melee.
3- No only 2 copies, you can't send one to attack and the other to defend. You control both since they are both linked for attack, so you can use for defense if you want or for attack, up to you. Don't forget though you must keep all your focus on the swords, if not then it will be released.
