Those who says Obito started the fourth great ninja war are pathetic kids who still haven't gotten over Tobi being Obito .

People don't understand what Kishi tried to with Obito because they differentiate the masked Obito from current Obito. Obito said something key in the chapter just before he was unmasked. Obito says something really important.

Obito had the hope of protecting his friends, and died to do so but Madara pointed out that this was the case, and linked it to his whole winners and losers thing

When he saw Rin, the most important person to him die, he saw more evidence of it. You can see on the page that he's already considering it, and when it really hits him on a personal level he starts to believe it. He sees it later on too with his clan. (He indirectly caused the massacre but it is just another example of the cycle he and Madara go on about). Obito gave his eye because he had the hope that his friends could be protected but because of what Madara said and what happened he experienced it and lost hope. Madara is similar in that Izuna and the future he saw his for his clan were also the losers in this cycle so yes it is hypocritical, they were both affected by this 'cycle' in the loss of the most important person and their hope crushed in different ways.

Rep for a great explanation!

I just find it immature for him to always be tinking about her. I mean, he's a grown ass man, to be having memories of a little girl you loved back then even when you're an adult is just not right for me and I belive its because of ha death that he started this war imo tho.
