Kyuubi's chakra has always been mixed with his chakra. And no, Kyuubi didn't f*cked up with his chakra control. Jiraiya undid the seal Orochimaru put on Naruto, and because of that Kyuubi's chakra and his chakra would be able to mix again.

He suddenly able to walk on water after Jiraiya undid Orochimaru's seal. That shows that Kyuubi's chakra didn't intefere with his chakra control.

naruto would still posses the ability to use taju kage bunshin. remember when he first used the technique he wasn't even technically a genin yet. he had not even started to access any of the kyuubi's chakra and he was still able to make may clones easily. that was just when he was still like 11 or 12, i can't remember, and he had just learned the technique. so he would have still been the son of minato and would most likely still have made a contract with the toads and still been able to learn sage mode. the nine tails did not help with sage mode in any way, in fact it was a problem in the end. sasuke on the other hand could still be a good ninja, but he would be nowhere near as good as he is with sharingan, thus already putting him below naruto. also the reason why it makes no sense to take away naruto's uzumaki genetics is you don't really need to be from a certain clan to have huge chakra reserves, check Ay and third rakage for example. also minato himself, not coming from any known clans, had good chakra reserves with him being able to spam FTG. this is the same technique that took 3 other people to do. so you can't take away chakra reserves as then how would you measure what he could do and what he couldn't. in the end naruto would still outclass sasuke in just about every way.

Naruto non-uzumaki vs non-uchiha sasuke? IIRC naruto couldn't even summon the toad without kyuubi chakra lol. He wouldn't be able to do mass shadow clone jutsu so he couldn't be able to learn many of the techniques he has now.

But if naruto has uzumaki genes just not kyuubi then naruto wins coz with mass shadow clone he has wind style variants, summoning and sage mode.

Again, if naruto did not have uzumaki genes and sasuke had no uchiha genes, sasuke wouldn't be able to learn things as easily without the sharingan so for my decision I'll go all the way back to team 7 introduction and I believe sasuke was still the best in the class while naruto was dead last so I would say sasuke without a doubt.

Naruto would not have Sage Mode.

1. The Akatsuki wouldn't have went after Naruto.
2. Jiraiya would not have died.

Thus, no reason to learn Sage Mode. Naruto would not have Rasenshuriken either. Only reason learned it was because of how powerful Sasuke became.

Sasuke would still wipe the floor with Naruto.

Kakashi said that Naruto had at least 2 times as much as his chakra with Kyuubi suppressed. So I doubt that Naruto would be able to maintain a really massive Kage Bunshin without Kurama. It's just two times.

The only thing I keep on seeing is naruto can't ise kage bunshi without kurama chakra. Naruto's chakra is far big it c, handle tajuu kagebunshi. Even kakashi can use kage bunshi but his chakra reserve is far lpower than that of naruto.

if naruto dosnt have kurama he will be an excellent shinobi cause
1 -- no kyubi chakra to cause him problems in chakra control
2 -- no struglle or arrongancy
3 -- he woud still want to be strong as the son pf the hokage
4 -- jiraiya will teach him much justsu cause he can learn easily because of no kurama to cause hard chakra control.
5 -- kakashi will also be pleased to teach his sensei's son

Chidori is unusable without Sharingan,without the Sharingan Sasuke would be ignored by Orochimaru which means no CM either.Also Naruto can still learn Sage Mode since his chakra reserves are still high enough without Kurama.

If you wanna use that logic... Naruto wouldn't have SM since he would have no reason to do so since Akatsuki would not go after him if he didn't have Kurama in him
