Sasuke would be a jonin at best while Naruto would easily reach High Kage level with fusion Sage mode with Maa and Paa. Chidori without sharingan would be useless too and rasengan has no such limitations. So yeah Naruto would still be greater than Sasuke.

SM Naruto stomps. He can counter Sasuke's Taijutsu, ninjutsu not involving he dojutsu and genjutsu won't even be a factor.

Yeah Naruto stomps mid to low diff. Sasuke doesn't have an alternate fuel aside to his dojutsu because that's what he relies on the most.

As an Uzumaki, Naruto had 4x the chakra of adult Kakashi. With Kurama, Naruto had 100x the chakra of Kakashi.

Strong Uchiha chakra means they are talented in converted it into jutsu. Not that they have huge reservoirs of it.

"High Jounin at best" Rofl. SM doesn't close the gap; you all seem to forget that Sasuke's speed, strength etc. are solely from his body, and not from chakra modes - he was easily going toe to toe with RSBM Naruto and Juubidara with those physical capabilities, so there's no way SM can even keep up.

Sasuke without doujutsu still has Katon, Raiton, Kenjutsu, Bukijutsu, blitzy foot speed and Kage Bunshins himself. Ma and Pa fusion? Never actually happened. Naruto has more power, but Sasuke's got the benefit of his physical abilities being sourced from his own base body, and his skills are much more refined.
