Apparently , we all judge the characters , we say stuff like : "they did something that opposes Naruto's or konohagakure's beliefs ! So they are villains"
well if we looked from an outsider view : THERE IS NO VILLAINS : Each and every character is following his own Ideologies and beliefs

am i right ?!!

No you are most definitely not right my friend.

Firstly what is a villain?
They are somebody who does inhumane, unjust, mean, and/or things that does not benefit the world. Depending on their reasoning and what they tried to do we might rarely consider people who did these things heroes. So motive matters a bit too.
The definition of unjust, mean, inhuman and beneficial change from person to person so the definition of a villain might do the same however there are some people where almost everybody believes is a villain thus that character person is considered a villain.

For example: Oroshimaru is a villain. He killed people and used their bodies to prolong his life. He wanted to prolong his life to get stronger. Thus has a selfish motive. He killed thousands of villagers, took many more as prisoners and tortured them for his experiments thus is inhumane and unjust. So I along with almost everybody here would classify him as a villain.

See there are villains in Naruto, also the same thing applies to the real world. Just because they did something to protect their beliefs and idologies doesn't mean they are not villains. Just look at Hitler.

Orochimaru was a villain, even Kishi says so. Yes he had his reasons for why he was that way but it doesn't change the outcome. His goal was to gain power for himself and himself only and he did it by killing people to make their loved ones and such work for him. Not many were there because they thought his path was righteous or anything.

Hidan was also a villain. He goal was to slaughter to and he reveled in feeling pain as long as it didn't kill him.

Idk if there are any others I would call out right villains, but those two for sure.

Actually I would call Sasori a villain too. He was a sociopath from the beginning, his parents didn't even have to die he would've been like that anyway. Maybe Diedara, but I'm more of the belief that he's just crazy with no real goal other than to defeat Itachi.

Yep , but dude, let me tell you , a guy who dies or fighs to accomplish his Goal , well doesn't that means he's stubborn !
2 - you can't judge anybody Only by his acts !! i mean , Nagato , before we know histrue Intentions , before he speaks his mind his own way !! OH !! He's not a villain he's looking for peace ! but , the wrong way , we can't cast the word "villain" on someone who wants to accomplish a goal , but he's looking to the wrong side !

btw : i don't think it's wise to compare Hitler or a true lifetime example with anime , in anime killing is like candy , every where anytime , in fact killing surely isn't that easy !

i dont call them villians or bad guys. i just call them antagonist. everybody wants to bring peace in naruto but the antogonist are doing it that are unusual. people try to bring peace using a positive force but the antagonist use sacrifice on an extreme level. which really seem unusual to me.
