before 559 there's no signs that tobi wast madara. Even after like 100 chapters every character called him madara and called himself madara.

He has the knowledge that would be what u would expect from madara in an era of war times.

So stop even saying u knew 100% he wasnt madara. Kishi gave us no hints whats so ever. The only person I was willing to except tobi being other than madara was izuna, but everyone including me wanted it to be madara from epic story point of view.

im staying with Tobi bein Kagami Uchiha..


Untill Kishi explains Kagami's death and tobi is exposed im staying with this.. I mean Kishi never introduces a character and not give details about them especially a Uchiha, i mean this guy was trained by the 2nd hokage and teamed with the 3rd the elder konoha ninja and danzo.. Then just disappeared

I think the "vessel" of Tobi does belong to Madara, i.e. Tobi's body is Madara.
And that body contains the soul of someone that is not Madara. Sort of like an Orochimaru possession jutsu, except in this case with a dead body.

In the anime, this is the translated dialogue between Madara and Kabuto.

Madara: ...'You came here waiting for the perfect opportunity. You are very careful indeed.'
Kabuto: 'What do you mean?'
Madara: 'So be it. We will join forces with u. But only on the condition that I hand Sasuke over to you after victory in this war is assured. You will not be allowed to see Sasuke until then.'

Most of this dialogue is vague sarcasm.

Kabuto: 'You understand things clearly. I expected no less from Uchiha Madara. Your vessel is unique.'

It is like Kabuto is giving credit for the Tobi's "intellect" (i.e. understanding things clearly) to the vessel. Thus the consciousness (soul) of Tobi is only intelligent because he's using Madara's brain.

Madara: 'And you are insolent.'...

To which Tobi expresses his disapproval of Kabuto's presumptuousness.

Which, if this is the case, then Madara would probably be dead with his soul residing in the Pure World.

Which can explain why Tobi has all Madara's abilities and attributes, and opens up the possibility of resurrecting the real Uchiha Madara.

The conversation between Tobi and Kabuto was definitely a hint that the real Uchiha Madara was in the coffin.
