I have a byakugou user going against a petra path user mutiple time, with him not being able to absorb the chakra, but really hid behind his defenses.

And byakugou is internal, it's common sense. Otherwise Sakura would be invulnerable

I'm asking for manga scans and you're giving me rubbish. Naruto's SC is internal and got absorbed. The anime portrayed it very well. So your argument is invalid

Sakura and Tsunade's punches are taijutsu.

Madara coundn't/didn't absorb Tsunade and Sakura's attack despite having petra path.

And Sage mode, chakra cloaks, and byakugous are different things.

Chakra cloaks and Sage mode's are external forces, and the chakra is out and about, around the user, ready to be absorb,

while byakugou is internal.

I know the punches are taijutsu hence why I said taijutsu can't be absorbed, Sakura and Tsunade on have 4 moves respectively.
Healing with medical ninjutsu
Punching or kicking( this is about as far as their taijutsu skills go)
Slug summoning

The assumption that Madara could't absorb chakra from Tsunade and Sakura is baseless, your rational of didn't= couldn't is frankly absurd. Madara didn't absorb chakra from most of the shinobi alliance, does this mean they are immune?

So this means that chakra from the byakagou seal can easily be absorbed by a Rinnegan user just like senjutsu was absorbed by pain through Naruto.

Nope Sage Sage is external.
There is always an aura depected around the user.

Naruto frog attack proves this.
