Madara couldn't absorb Tsunade's punch, nor could be Sakura's.

Taijutsu can't be absorbed that has been shown many times, if Tsunade or Sakura release their byakugou seals that chakra can be easily absorbed just like Narutos' senjutsu was absorbed by pain in the pain arc.

Genjutsu works along the basis of controlling the chakra in you opponents body, to break genjutsu you disrupt that control.
Sakura is a natural at that due to her perfect chakra control.


Chakra absorption takes the chakra from the opponent, controlling it to leave the body,
Reversing that control seems highly possible, assuming you have superior control.

That is nothing special, Sakura held Naruto's burned body with basic medical ninjutsu.
At best Kisame healing ability is only as advanced as basic medical ninjutsu, like Hahsirama's ability.

I have a byakugou user going against a petra path user mutiple time, with him not being able to absorb the chakra, but really hid behind his defenses.

And byakugou is internal, it's common sense. Otherwise Sakura would be invulnerable
