I don't think Naruto is stronger than Nagato at his Prime.
When Naruto fought the Paths, he knew almost everything about them,
and Nagato was basically, DYING in that fight.
Compared to Nagato not knowing anything about Naruto and still kicking his ass around in the fight, yeah. I know Naruto won, but you gotta admit, without the Fox, Pain was kicking his ass. Even with almost MAX power, Naruto still had a hard time.

Nagato was like, the strongest Ninja alive at his time.

The fight with Nagato was NOT as one-sided as you think. Nagato had just done away with Jiraiya.

Jiraiya:
1. Rasengan
2. Sage Mode
3. Shadow Clones
4. Shima and Fukasaku
5. Swamp of the Underworld.

Naruto:
1. Rasengan
2. Sage Mode
3. Shadow Clones
4. Shima and Fukasaku
5. Kyuubi

Now keep in mind that the Kyuubi only helped Naruto out AFTER all the other paths had been beaten.

Jiraiya managed to kill four bodies, animal path dying twice.

MEANING that Nagato had just fought a Sage Mode user that uses more or less the same techniques as Naruto. Also, Akatsuki has certain amounts of intel on their targets...

How the hell did Tobi KNOW that Naruto ended EXACTLY two lives in one attack without being there?

Well guess what, Naruto can't kill Pain either. Bodies are dead. Meaning that in order for Naruto to truly beat Pain, he would have to conserve energy and hold back so he could take down Nagato himself. OR, Nagato would just find new bodies and attack Konoha again. Naruto wouldn't have truly taken over the threat.

At the time, was Pain stronger than Naruto? Hell yes. But it wasn't a total assbeat like everyone thinks..

Controlling/reviving the Juubi still doesn't put a ninja in league with SO6P, who created the Juubi out of his own chakra and imagination and could therefore repeat the feat or even outdo himself and make a Juuichibi.

The SO6P will remain the god off all shinobi. No one will surpass him. That is what Kishi has made him to be. Kishi is GOD and the SO6P is the son (Jesus lol). Naruto is the mhessaia lol

nobody is gonna surpass him,neither is anyone gonna be on his level,and that's a fact.:flaw:

nagato,hashi,naruto,madara combined might have a chance,but still he takes them cause he is the one who created ninjutsu(formerly ninshu),and the guy has crazy raw power.:eek:

the guy toyed with the juubi in his deathbed.how much more op can u be?:shrug:

although,naruto is gonna be close to him if he becomes the host of the juubi,although that's a big 'IF'.:shrug:

but even if that happens,he is never gonna be on his level or surpass him.xd

Aw come on guys either this is a troll war and the trolls are winning or this is one big joke, the so6p is the sage of so6p, you cannot be actually arguing that any nin can surpass him?

What would be the point and how would kishi even write that in?

SO6P is a legend so he must not be compared to anyone. He is the creator of ninja world. He was the strongest ninja of all generations. His rinnegan was powerful and most efficiently controlled. :)

I don't think that;s a fair statement! We barely even know what he is capable of in battle, we have just heard about some of the things hes done. Nothing concrete, So getting mad that people are saying that someone can beat the So6p shouldn't matter because there is no concrete evidence.

Personally I doubt make assumptions until I see for sure!

Naruto will get the perfect SO6P body and then Sasuke will get the perfect SO6P eyes and they will use the fusion technique from Dragonball Z and then they will equal him.
