CES is exclusively for the top Kunoichi, so this should nicely reestablish Tsunade, Sakura, and Sarada as the strongest.

CES is nothing special/unique.

None of those three are at the top(power wise) Sarada still has a ways to go, Tsunade is retired, and Sakura was never nor will be the most powerful Kunoichi. As far as strength goes, out of those three, Tsunade is the only one with real strength, while the other two "need" CES to perform strength related feats.
