I remember a few people having a discussion about kurotsuchis hit on momo in the(movie I believe). The anime had her cover her hand in a rock jutsu before she was gonna hit him. I thought this was a good touch and clarified something kinda minute. So either someone in that writing room had a small stroke of genius, or they’re actually reading forums and somewhat paying attention to what fans are discussing, just my .02

No everyone uses chakra to draw strength but not everyone knows how to enhance strength with chakra. Not everyone in the manga has Sakura/Tsunades refined chakra control and concentration via medical ninjutsu.Drawing strength from chakra and using chakra to enhance strength are two diffrent things, which Kuro knows nothing about.

Common sense: Chakra is created when two other forms of energy, known collectively as one's "stamina" (which equates to drawing physical likeliness from chakra) when moulded together. Physical energy (drawing strength from chakra) is collected from each and every one of the body's cells and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise.

Chakra Enhanced Strength on the other hand are used by individuals who have the consciousness which allows them to identify the creation of their physical energy (drawing strength from chakra) and add to it or enhance it with more chakra.

Gen1 doesnt have a complete list of jutsus in Boruto. She hasnt used Dust release so she had to have recieved some techniques from Ohnoki. Its the only way it makes sense. Adding weight at the moment of impact.

That's a logical explanation I guess. Seeing the trend among the Tsuchikages to pass on traditional techniques I don't think its farfetched.

The physical and mental energies from 130 million body cells, that is, chakra, are accumulated, and by performing seals, this energy is converted into a jutsu. If this sequence is performed impeccably, the jutsu is activated.

To activate jutsu other than taijutsu, basic chakra conversion is needed.

To put it plainly, chakra is what fuels a jutsu. The mental and physical energies of a shinobi’s body are joined together into stamina, which is internally converted into chakra, the energy source for a jutsu’s activation. I was under the impression her ability was more like her Grandfather's weighted rock technique except she makes her fist EXTREMELY dense and heavy before impact.
