Both systems provide unique pros and cons and yet also provide some alikenesses as well.
Nintendo Wii: -Uses motion control
-Possesses unique titles such as Mario, Legend of Zelda, Donkey Kong, Kirby
-Mainly kid friendly;not for the hardcore gamer
-Has a unique points system merging physical cash with online Nintendo Points
-Can support up to 4 players
-Multiplayer varies amongst some games; not always a pleasant experience
XBOX 360: -Uses Kinect as a rival to motion control
-Can support up to 4 players
-Possesses unique titles such as Halo, and Gears of War
-Fairly good graphics; supports HDMI
-Multiplayer is as good as can be;sometimes can be a hassle
-Leads for the hardcore AND kid-friendly gamers
As you can see, each system has their own attributes that relate to the average gamer. I prefer the 360, just because I'm a Halo nut.
