Well from what I read Ninjustu is*, is a vague term referring to almost any technique and allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing.The use of weapons by a shinobi in battle also falls under this category.Ninjutsu, most of the time, relies on chakra and hand seals to be effective. In most cases, what does it really take to perform ninjutsu, or elemental ninjutsu?
List to me some naruto characters proficient in ninjutsu as well as some examples of ninjutsu.
Ninjutsu, most of the time, relies on chakra and hand seals to be effective. The hands are put in sequential positions that moulds and manipulates chakra in the necessary manner to perform a technique. This is not always needed, however, and some techniques become second nature to experienced ninja, after which they can perform them at will. Additionally, many ninjutsu can be classified as an elemental techniques, in those cases where a specific element *is used.Please don't quit on me it's just I'm tired and it's 4am here :T_T:

I'll try one more time:Ninjutsu requires the combination of chakra and handseals.They are needed to help the ninja perform their Tecniques.By doing so they can mold and manipulate there chakra and perform Tecniques most average humans can not.Ninjutsu can also be performed using the 5 basic elements using shape manipulation and nature manipulation.
Well some advantages I can think of hmmm..well in terms of with Taijutsu you can manipulate it and fuse it into your movements to enchant your basic movements like A does mixing his Raiton with his Taijutsu in order to move at a quicker pace.It can also be used in weaponry like swords and kunai.A Shinobi can infuse them with there Ninjutsu manipulation and add elemental power to the weapon.As for disadvantages there are some that require a special amount of handseals exampling the water dragon Tecnique it needs quite a number of seals.There are some that can take away ones life in order to perform it.My favorite would be Shadow Clone Jutsu and I would use it in order to assist me in perform Tecniques against my rival.I would have one clone distract him will I perform the technique and do blah blah.Another would be elemental Rasegan as I can variant the element I want to use and be able to counter my enemy.Thank you, thats alot better.

I'd say the disadvatage for me in battle, is the proper time to use a ninjutsu. With the way most battles occur int he RP, most wont allow you to even have time to set up a counter using ninjutsu, but thats where a strategic mindset needs to come in handy. Id say there is always a perfect battle to use ninjutsu because when you use the basics together with one another, they make up for what you may believe to be a futile attempt.
For example lets say you put your opponent into a genjutsu, they will need to recognize its an illusion before they release from it. Given the situation, someone like me can take full advantage of such an opening and amount of time given. Always remember to mix it up, do not rely on just Elemental ninjutsu alone and you will have loads of strategies up your sleeve.
Lets start with these for example... I want you to come up with 3 separate combos using only the E ranked ninjutsu that you were given by default while incorporating one of each of these techniques. Your basically showing me your usage of each technique using ONLY NINJUTSU. NO ELEMENTS

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.
1.*As my enemy comes into the battle I start off by throwing several kunai at him with explosive tags on each end.As he retaliate I perform the Shadow stealth Tecnique to sneak behind off him as the smoke subsides I I start molding my chakra into mouth and start forming them into shrap needles.As I'm able to see him I spit the needles at him directly hitting him in his arms upper back and neck.
2.As I'm near a short piece of log my enemy throws a couple of kunai at me.As the come in a close range I perform the Change of Body Stance Tecnique and switch places between the log and me as the opponent tries to locate me I summon a Windmill Shuriken and fling it at my opponent but immedately I fling another one at my opponent *this time it's concealed in the Shadow of the 1st one.As I tried to react to the first he is unware of the second one and get his head clean off xd*
3.As I'm in the village ground I'm on a mission to strike down my enemy.Will under a cloak using Magic Cloak of Invisibility I stay hidden for a short time.As my opponent walk across unware of me I reveal my self and use the Temporary Body Paralysis Tecnique to paralyze him and I then use a smoke bomd and escape into a near by building.

Description: Forming the needed hand seal Ram, a shinobi can project his voice to a different area to hide their location and the number of allies at their side. It is an excellent complement to stealth tactics.
1.As night falls I'm on the top of a small hill using the Transfirmation Tecnique to appear as a lady.As my enemy comes into range and realize I'm not the target they try to pull a sly move on me.As the come closer,I start disappearing into the wind as Sakura petals using Beauty of the Moonlight.As my enemy starts becoming confused,I reappear behind them and use Hidden Needles and spit them into his neck cause him to fall and I drag him to the village prison.
2.In the forest I hide in a near by tree eavesdropping on the enemy.As I use Shadow Stealth Tecnique to travel in the trees undetected I start flinging kunai into various spots in order to blow up the area.The enemy is now aware that I'm here but cant pinpoint my location due to the exploding pouches.As I prepare the final kunai I jump to a high location up in the trees and I use the final kunai in Cherry Blossom Snow Storm and drop the final kunai.As I drop it,the fuse ignites as it lands it sets off all the other tags in the area killing all the enemy while I'm on my way out.
3.As I'm being followed by 6 enemy ninja I they begin to scout the area for me.As I one is near me I active me Sharingan and follow his movements.As another is around the tree I perform the Ram seal and Empty Cicada Shell Technique to project my voice as the ninja comes around his own partner flings a kunai thinking its me stabbing him in the head.As he realize it's not me I come behind and slit his throat.I then make smoke bombs appear to conceal myself and place 7 explosive tags on the ground as the enemy comes near taking them out.

1.As dawn breaks me and me enemy stand face to face prepared for the ultimate duel.As we fought for hours he summoned a thick fog into the battle.As I can't see in the fog with my Sharingan I focus on the movement of the enemy and as he tries to strike I use Shadow Stealth th creep around him undetected and use Silent Homicide to quick clear his head off at a great pace.
2.One day on village grounds I was sipping a cup of tea when a pack of Chunin attacked me.Due to me being an outsider they think they can take advantage of me.As they try to strike they stop as I haven't tried to attack yet.As they stand paralyzed in fear they don't realize I used my Killing Intent to strike fear into them due to me being a higher rank.They start falling to the ground imaging there death is right apon them
3.As enemy troops trample through the town I remain calm.As they come within range I deploy a smoke bomb covering the area around us.As they cough and gasp for air I use Shadow Makibishi Technique to lay down 100 of them on the ground.As the smoke begins to reside I quickly jump into a near by tree.As they continue they start get Stab in there foot as they are unaware of the spikes
