Alright so ninjutsu is the most basic ninja techniques that we can use involving chakra. Ninjutsu techniques often involve weapons or basic chakra control. There is also the elemental form of ninjustu which employs the use of nature and shape manipulation along with hand seals to perform techniques. Hmm Im not sure what else to say, its usually pretty basic o_o
Ninjutsu are basically all techniques which require chakra to be performed. Ninjutsu can be categorized as elemental and regular. Elemental ninjutsu includes manipulating ones chakra to create an element and use it. There are five basic elements. Regular ninjutsu allows us to do things we usually couldn't do as humans. That can be paralyzing someone, summoning things through space, levitating things etc. There is a wide variety of things you can do. The thing that actually is the engine of Ninjutsu is chakra which is mandatory to be used.

Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Windmill Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.
A technique where you firstly throw one large shuriken, and then the other one which you throw so it is hidden by the first one. Rather simple.
