Description: With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.

Ninjutsu are techniques that are mainly used by ninja. The user uses their chakra to perform feats that otherwise could not be possible. A way to perform ninja techniques is to use handseals, using specific hand shapes to focus and control the chakra properly to create the jutsu. There are two ways to manipulate chakra to use ninjutsu, shape transformation controls the form of chakra and nature transformation gives the chakra an elemental nature. There are multiple elemental natures. The five basic natures are Fire, Wind, Water, Lightning and Earth. There are other, more advanced chakra natures which are created by combining two or more basic elements. Examples are Ice, Lava, Storm, Wood, and Scorch. Raw chakra is weaker to elemental chakra in most cases, except when the jutsu is created using advanced shape transformation such as Rasengan or Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists. Ninjutsu is not always just using chakra to perform impossible feats. Simple techniques using only ninja tools can also be considered ninjutsu.
The people that use ninjutsu are ninja, however not all ninja have the ability to use ninjutsu and use other skills as their main fighting style. An example is Rock Lee who cannot use ninjutsu or genjutsu and only uses taijutsu to fight.

Yukio looks at a nearby tree and focuses on it. He begins to mould chakra inside his body, while simultaneously performing the hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird, in order to control and manipulate his chakra correctly. He then applies nature transformation to the chakra in his body that he is moulding. He does this slowly, closing his eyes and focusing on all of the properties of the water element. After changing the nature of his chakra, he releases it from his body, channelling it into a large river close to his location. He uses shape transformation to the water, using his chakra to make it rise and shape it into a large serpent-like dragon that travels towards the tree and strikes it, destroying it. (Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique)

Then, Yukio walks over to a tree to demonstrate shape and nature manipulation again. This time, he moulds his chakra by performing the handseals Monkey → Ox → Boar → Tiger. He uses nature transformation to change the nature of his chakra, converting it into lightning chakra. He releases it as a discharge of electricity. As he releases it, he changes the shape of the chakra, forming it into three large disks of electricity that slice through the tree and its branches. (Fuda Kakusu no Jutsu) Tag Hidding Technique
Type: Supplementary

Description:
The user will use his chakra to hide a paper tag inside an inanimate object, like the ground or a wall. The tag can be a sealing tag or an explosive tag. The technique can be used to hide more than one tag per use if the user spends more chakra. Hidden tags can be detected by doujutsu or expert sensory ninjas.

First, you would need to take out one or more tags, explosive or sealing. Then, you would focus chakra into your hand and channel it into the tag, allowing you to use your chakra to manipulate it. Then, you would place the tag on a surface and use your charkra to merge it with the surface, blending the tag into it and hiding its presence.

Yes, I understand the concept of ninjutsu.

Well it's not the problem with you. It's that all the ninjutsu techniques are based on concept of how ninjutsu works. Long as you know the concept then there really should be a problem or a neccesity to go through EVERY jutsu within the list and be monotone type training. I hate that type of training, I also lose interest training that way. So lets change it up.

You said you know the concept of ninjutsu, so explain to me like a student how you would create a jutsu.

For example Minato created Rasengan. How would you create a brand new jutsu? What steps would be involved to accomplishing a jutsu?
