I would say that this is a pretty hard technique to perform for the reason that nobody will let you touch them. I mean as soon as you get into melee range of the opponent he is either going to use that lighting armour to hurt you or directly use taijutsu on you. My question is, can a B rank taijutsu counter this technique? What I mean is, as soon as your opponent comes at you (starts running towards you to place his palm on your head) can you react and use taijutsu to just hurt him? Overall the only good use of the technique is to somehow manage to blind your opponent, with mud, smoke, dust or similar so you can actually touch the opponent. A good use it will be to make him forget that he got out of a genjutsu or similar. I assume this is more usable in the NW to trap your opponent into something and make him forget intel on the enemy or similar. I don't really see much uses in fights.

The technique itself is amazing. I love the concept behind it. One has to be careful how to use it because you can basically damage yourself very badly if you don't know how to use it. As you mentioned a clone would be a good idea. Since the technique is forbidden I don't plan on using it very often but it has its charm. For combinations I would say that you can once again blind your opponent, trap your opponent, get him into genjutsu so you can distract him and strike him with this (by using the help of a shadow clone of course). Me being a sharingan user, I will notice if my opponent plans something like this and I will be ready to react by just not letting him come in short range. That's the only 'safe' way to counter this in my opinion. Most ways will be a bit risky, because if he managed to pull out this move on you, you are dead and yeah the battle will be over. As I said once, creativity is the most important thing in our RP and almost everything is possible. I like the technique though, it is a good one for sure!

The final step is to stabilize the entire swirling chakra mass, so as to give it a definitive shape, which is always that of a sphere. In completing the final step, the Rasengan is not just fully formed, but also self-sustaining. Afterwards you run like a maniac at your opponent, screaming Rasengan and trying to hit him with it. It's that easy! Of course it's not that easy, it's easy on words but hard to achieve in actions. It requires a lot of hard work and perfect detail while performing the rasengan. He was staring at the balloon, while simultaneously listening to his sensei's instructions of what to do with it. “He wants me to pop it by just using my chakra! It's that a joke of some kind. That's is like giving me to draw a sketch of my adventures when I was a baby...” he thought to himself contentedly. It was a task that had to be done so Jayce had no choice whatsoever.
Jayce took a moment to consider everything his sensei spoke of. Afterwards he closed his eyes, and tried to stay focused and calm. He had to free his mind and stay calm and focused the whole time. Jayce was planning to show his own uniqueness when doing this. He thought about all those emotions that he related. He felt those emotions, he became those emotions. Jayce started feeling the pleasant breeze and the sound made by it. He also felt the wind on his skin; it was such an amazing feeling that made him feel cold, but at the same time satisfied. He concerned himself only with the ballon, that he was holding in his hands. Jayce then began to gradually release a steady stream of chakra through his body, into his arm, and lastly the balloon. Instead of attempting to merge his chakra directly with the water balloon, he instead had the streamed chakra overpower the water stored inside the water balloon. Upon completing the previous step, Jayce then began to apply the principle of shape manipulation, by slowly commanding the chakra within the water balloon to rotate in a clockwise motion. Only after a few minutes of steadily increasing the speed at which the chakra rotates, he began to spin the chakra in multiple directions, which caused the water balloon to burst upon being unable to cope with the multidirectional stress brought about by the violating spiralling chakra.
“Poor devil!” he said, commiseratingly. The task wasn't easy at all for him but he did managed to achieve it after all, by making use of his meticulous chakra control. That sure was something. Well done, you managed to pop the balloon. Now, I want you to try and create the sphere of chakra in your hand, without the balloon. If you thought the previous task was hard, this one is harder.
Once again Jayce had accomplished his task without any problems. Now he had something new to do. Once sensei was done with his instructions and upon his affirmation Jayce started out by extending his dominant right hand, with the palm facing up. Once he noticed his clone, the smirk on his face faded into a soft smile before he made a simple head gesture, showing him that he was ready. Afterwards he immediately, not wasting a second, sent chakra into his feet thus adding a slight boost to Jayce's overall speed. Next he burst forward in intense speed, from kicking off with his legs, and entered a sprint. While he was running towards his opponent, in this situation sensei's clone, he had his eyes locked their deep gaze on the man in front of him. His vision was scanning every single move of his target, as he was approaching. As Jayce entered short range of the clone, he slightly leaned forwards, holding his dominant right hand, in which the rasengan was located, outwards and was making sure to keep his mind calm so he can meticulously control the chakra into his body, because creating the rasengan was hard enough, but running with it and aiming for a moving object was as twice as harder. Then as he felt perfectly prepared and ready, he extended it towards the clone, whilst conjuring something which appeared to be a the powerful and well known rasengan, striking the spiralling sphere into the clone's chest, causing him to spiral out of control, endure severe damage and be projected far into the distance.

This technique resulted much more stress in his chakra system and required much greater precision and chakra control, which Jayce of course had. As Jayce's affinity was the deadly and powerful wind element he had no trouble applying the wind element into the blue lighted swirling sphere. Once he was done with creating the normal rasengan he continued by converting the swirling sphere of chakra into wind, by applying nature transformation on his own, which required an immense amount of focus as he also worked to keep the technique stabilized in its shape. Finally he created a rasengan that was combined with the powerful wind element. One could notice the sumptuousness of the new created sphere.
Jayce felt the power of the new sphere immediately and he assumed that his sensei will ask him to test it on something. He was staring into the innocent sky as the sun rose, watching the magnificent scenery come to life everywhere. The sun was shining so bright it even gave Jayce's swirling wind sphere a new, more beautiful than before colour. Next he scanned the whole battlefield/training-field for an object on which he could test the new technique. Jayce soon enough noticed a nearby dummie, probably Castiel sensei had left it there for a purpose. Afterwards he immediately, not wasting a second, once again sent chakra into his feet thus adding a slight boost to Jayce's overall speed. Alright well as far as I know there are some other elemental variations of the rasengan.

It is simply an advanced version of Wind Release: Rasengan except with even higher levels of chakra and shape manipulation. This technique is very hard, not only do you have to concentrate on maintaining the spherical form of the Rasengan while adding in wind chakra, you also have to shape the wind chakra so that it extends out of the spherical center to create four sharp points that rotate around the sphere making it look like a shuriken. It is imperative to keep control over the center at all times for if you don't you won't be able to maintain the rotation of the whole technique and it's explode in your face. It's a rather stupid note but when creating it, you need to hold it above your head, or else the rotating shuriken blades will cut off your head. Just like with the other Rasengans, this a technique best suited for close-quarter instances, so in conjecture with taijutsu. It boasts immense power, so it could be used to crush a fair number of barricades/obstacles with great speed, as no hand-seals are required. It'd also be a very solid counter to an incoming chidori or variation. It is important to note that this particular technique should not be used in every situation, even though it is ranked as S rank, it somehow counts as an forbidden technique because it damages you too (your hand). About the countering situation. Well this technique is limited to the space of one's palm, so everyone barring Naruto must be within arms' reach of their intended target, which along with the technique being quite visible, means that the user puts themselves at great risk. Should an opponent see the technique, they can utilize basic evasive techniques to flee it, or release an expansive elemental mass (primarily fire) to force the opponent to either block with the technique if its very concentrated or cancel it all together.

Well this one is pretty cool to use because it gives you a great effects with it. It looks similar to the normal rasengan but it deals greater damage, hence it is ranked as an S rank technique. You basically add your fire chakra to the sphere and the job is done, even though you need to have dainty chakra control to be able to focus such an powerful move. But as with every other rasengan variation you have to be in short range for it to actually hit with it's full abilities, what I mean is that if you want to land the technique you have to use it in close combat battles otherwise it's useless. The counter part is easy as well, you basically keep you range up and counter it with elemental ninjutsu. I assume that earth armour will work good against it, or a water wall, depending on the situation of course. About strategies and how to use it in a battle I would by putting someone into genjutsu you can use the fire rasengan to finish your opponent or if you manage to blind someone or catch him in a web or some sort of thingy you will land the sphere for sure.

Well this one is pretty cool to use because it gives you a great effects with it. It looks similar to the normal rasengan but it deals greater damage, hence it is ranked as an S rank technique. You basically add your fire chakra to the sphere and the job is done, even though you need to have dainty chakra control to be able to focus such an powerful move. But as with every other rasengan variation you have to be in short range for it to actually hit with it's full abilities, what I mean is that if you want to land the technique you have to use it in close combat battles otherwise it's useless. The counter part is easy as well, you basically keep you range up and counter it with elemental ninjutsu. I assume that earth armour will work good against it, or a water wall, depending on the situation of course. About strategies and how to use it in a battle I would by putting someone into genjutsu you can use the fire rasengan to finish your opponent or if you manage to blind someone or catch him in a web or some sort of thingy you will land the sphere for sure.

What can you tell me about when you add either, water, lighting or earth to the Rasengan?
Umm the Rasengan was designed to use the caster's elemental affinities. So if you add water it will probably becoming something like a water inside the sphere with rotation or better said a whirlpool around or inside that spins super fast in a beautiful manner. About earth I would say that you probably would look like you grabbing a ridiculously sized boulder and easily causing the entire thing to break up and its parts start violently rotating the same way that the rasengan does. Essentially it's just adding a huge amount of mass to the rasengan to boost damage or you can also have mud and dirt inside the rasengan with rotation. When you add lighting to it, it will become a weird, spinning variation similar to the Chidori. Likewise it, the lighting variation, would puncture you from all directions, somewhat less ideal than a clean slice from all directions, but given sufficient power much the same effect would come about.
