Oh well I would start with building a mud wall to stop the projectiles and or use sand as a shield basically any type of shield low mid level would block these. Using things such as wind can divert the path of the ninja tools if strong enough like temari had shown against tenten.
Using ninja tools is a fast way to get off an attack and keep the enemy at a proper distance and to lessen the chance of producing a large number of handsigns for advanced technique's. Kinda how Itachi caught kakashi off guard once luckily kakashi is fast at handsigns.
Perfect. Taijutsu users wouldn't want to get close, that's for sure. Any close range attack would be quite dangerous in such a situation.

Roju grabs the scrolls from kiri and also the chain woooo chain gang lol. the i proceed to hold the scrolls out in fron of me facing my enemy while i unroll the scrolls i channel chakra into them and direct it towards the feet of my enemy. now a poof of smoke from the scrolls and the weapons stored in the scrolls fly out across the field hitting just in front of the enemys feet knocking the enemy and some rubble into the air. I then reach around on my back to grab the chain and holding onto one end i hurl the chain around which loops around your legs in mid air. i then pull full force on the chain downwards to the ground sending my enemy falling with immense force vck onto the ground. then i stomp on his face. :zonder:

Yes better descriptions and also binding was talked on. not to mention doing description of damage to the enemy while sending him into the air leaving him incapacitated of sorts and unable to regain control to defend properly against the finish of the move. all while maintaining proper time frame. thus creativity

Ooooo I like this yoruichi begins by suppressing the flow of her chakra to a point where the flow is so slow my breathing patterns and movements are slowed down as well meaning that I have accomplished an my chakra is now less detectable. One cannot simply fully turn off there chakra as they would die. Sensors however are very skilled with lowering there chakra for being less detectable. This is beneficial in two ways.

I grab all the required utensil's master has brought to the field and I proceed to toss them in a nice lined order around a tree scattering them all around it and then I proceed to move out of range (I have time to do this as a tree really is not going to move or attack) I then proceed to use a single handsign and detonate the paper bombs which were floating down the tree to about mid way upon detonation.
This is handy as it has a delayed floating effect so it basically sets up a trap where you could hide and then detonate. Also it is simlar to how shikamaru used a parachute to help his jutsu as well. This tech just gave me some good idea's.

Okay Kirio begins scattering the explosive markers in a very unique pattern then waits in the bushes for kiri sensei's clone to walk into the nicely placed marker setup as he triggers the markers they explode leaving nothing but a bat symbol signifying justice has come to pass and that my well though out plan indeed got me the upper hand.
Now if I was in battle I would have to determine proper placements and surroundings everything must be thought out and decsribed but seen as how this was training I went lacks and just something cool.
It was something unique worked as a trap and also delay tactics shown in naruto that these tags and markers can work in many different ways from exploding to barriers to clone type traps.

Will do. The point you made was that explosive tags can be utilized in many different ways - usually placed in a certain area, it can trigger and damage your enemy if you can force them into that vicinity.
Take this sword. Charge chakra in it and allow it to levitate in the air.
Then, control it in any way you wish, to strike my clone.
