1: A sharingan user can see the targets chakra and counter him/her ( if he/she had 3 tomoe)
2: can be useless if the nearby elements are there

Combinations-strategies : Can be used with the hidden mist jutsu to make the mist cover him and give him time to attack the target

Ways to counter this technique: A wind tech ( maybe B rank) can blow the nearby elements (like sand or mist or leaves) that the target is using to do this tech

You Doing the jutsu : as i gather my chakra in my feet i start to run as fast i can i seem to have disappeared from sensei's clone and appear behind him
