So now we've covered the ninja tool based ninjutsu, let us go over some more chakra based ninjutsu.

We'll start with a pretty simple jutsu used to subdue small animals up to the size of a horse or so.

(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra:15 (-5 per turn)
Damge Points:N/A
Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

So obviously this wouldn't effect Boss summons or even summons that are ridiculously large (like most snake and toad summons are) that would be considered giant... or B-rank and over I'd say.

You basically release your chakra and manipulate it around your target animal to 'hold' them in place, preventing any form of movement because your chakra has effectively 'tied' them in place.

Understand? Give me your analysis of this jutsu before moving on to tell me about Killing Intent.

Not really effective, as most shinobi of my level, don't use summons and in the further future when i'm fighting more experienced shinobi, boss summons will pretty much be the only thing summoned. But anyway...

If my opponent is say, Kiba, I can use this jutsu to subdue Akamaru so the little bastard isn't biting my ankles the whole fight.

Alright, Killing Intent

I personally thought Killing Intent was just your blood lust leaking out of your body. But I digress. Killing Intent is as I said, your blood lust affecting your opponent by paralyzing them with the sheer power of your intent to kill them. It should be noted that this won't work on stronger opponents and can be broken by causing a minor flesh wound to "snap" yourself out of the paralysis

Note: Blue is my normal RP color, but red seemed better for Killing Intent

Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry for the delay.
I'm also sorry I don't rp in response to your posts... It's just my teaching style, though we can do actual RP if you would like?

(Sakki) - Killing Intent
Rank: D - S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Lasts only while the user is focusing on it and while focusing on it the user can't mold chakra

So in our RP, Killing Intent has a rather large description in order to avoid misuse and arguments. It works most effectively when the ranks between two people are vastly different, for example I am effectively Kage-rank as I'm not an official sage, and you are s-jounin (at the time of this post) then there are four ranks difference between us. I worked this out using the .
This great difference, double what it would take to cause paralysis at short range, would mean you'd basically fall into nearly a coma if I used this in battle against you xD Even at long range you'd barely be able to move and would most certainly die if I had a clone or summon use a quick jutsu against you.

So, if you are further away in battle this jutsu has less effect, if you are the same rank then this will have no effect other than maybe making you miss a hand seal at best. However the user can not use any other jutsu based attacks or even complicated taijutsu so long as they maintain Killing Intent. Trying anything other than a menacing stroll towards your target, throwing a kunai or any other slow and deliberate actions would cause you to lose focus on the Killing Intent; thus your opponent would be free of it's effects.
Also, if you want to use this on multiple people then the effects would be divided between however many people are present. For example, there are four ranks between us... so if you has a friend of the same rank, then at short range I'd still be able to paralyse both of you with ease. If you have a second friend with you, therefore meaning there are three people for me to influence, then at short range you'd all be nearly frozen, but you'd still be able to say... crawl away or pull out a weapon or something etc.

So, it's a complicated jutsu when broken down to it's most basic components so I'll only ask you this... Do you have any questions about this jutsu? Please, please, please don't hesitate to ask.

You hurt me with your response... could have at least said no questions or something :T_T:

Moving on...

(Ninpou: Gekka Bijin) - Ninja Arts: Beauty Under the Moonlight
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user will create a swarm of sakura(cherry blossoms)petals to surround there opponents and swirl around them causing confusion. The user can then attack there opponent from any angle they choose.Blinds opponents eyes for the turn this jutsu is used.

So this one has similar effects to a genjutsu that you'll eventually learn (or may have, I don't know where you're at ;P), except this one uses your chakra to actually lift up and swirl around leaves from the nearby area. They don't always have to be Sakura Petals as they won't always be in every terrain... could be Maple Leaves, palm leaves whatever suits the terrain you're in... that being said, there also will be terrain where this jutsu won't be possible...
Anyway, so the goal of this jutsu is to lift up and cause the leaves/petals to swirl around your target to hinder their vision, unless they are a senor or Doujutsu user, you would be free to attack from any angle unseen.

A question; if I used say Chidori Senbon (Chidori Needles) against you from say you're left side, after using the above jutsu, how would you be able to counter it without meta-gaming? Don't even worry about what jutsu you could use, just tell me how you'd go about recognising you are under attack and from where. Assume I was standing short range in front of you when I use the above ninjutsu, and then moved to your left for the Chidori Senbon while you are blinded.

(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points:N/A
Description: Forming the needed hand seal Ram, a shinobi can project his voice to a different area to hide their location and the number of allies at their side. It is an excellent complement to stealth tactics.

Pretty simple: Perform the ram seal, focus chakra into your throat and then towards the target area as you speak. That will cause your words to be sent unheard to the target area, making it sound like you are speaking from somewhere you are not. For example, make it sound like you are speaking from behind a tree when you are in fact behind a rock on the other side of the terrain etc.

So same for every other reply, give me your analysis of these jutsu and maybe how you'd use them in battle too... then questions, comments ^^

To know where the senbon are coming from, being that it's a chidori technique I would hear the distinctive sound of birds chirpping from your direction.

If I want to mess with my opponent, I can use the next jutsu to do just that. And while they are focused on that area, I can strike them from behind.

Well that wasn't much of a description on my part but, I hope that will suffice

So... What about users in battle? Are they when useful, what are the strengths/weaknesses of these jutsu or how to counter them (cant really counter the Empty Cicada Shell jutsu...)?

If you're going to start skimping on the details, I'll have to break everything down further and ask more of you over more posts. O__O'

Having closed vm's makes things harder for me .__.

Uses in battle. Well using the flower petal one as my example.

Chriss moulds his chakra and releases an uncountable amount of cherry blossum petals to block the opponents vision from the outside and quickly uses wind style pressure damage to attack the opponent on the inside.

Strengths
• Blocks the opponents vision
• Gives me the advantage to escape if needed

Weaknesses
• Use a simple wind jutsu to blow the petals away :l
• The jutsu uses "Sakura" petals (had to)
• Blocks my vision of the opponent too, meaning they can use hiding like a mole to escape

That sufficent?

Next

Preforming a single hand seal and focusing his chakra in his throat, Chriss uses this to project his voice behind Fū to give the illusion that he is behind her.

Strengths
• Can be used to get the opponent into the open for an attack
• Only a genius like Shikamaru should be able to avoid it. (See my battle against Asmodai to see why.)

Weaknesses
• What if it hurts my throat? (Kidding)
• The opponent can easily fool me by sending a clone out to the location
• Not a damaging jutsu, even though it is useful.

Again, I can't answer your vm's .__.

Better, I'd like you to respond to the same points for every jutsu I post, as well as anything else I ask you to address... I was also going to make you do the second jutsu in a separate post but... I won't now ;P Also, your preffered way of training, or answering rather is fine, just as long as you cover those points. As I said, I unfortunately can't rp train too much... takes me a while as it is to respond to just two students without RP'ing myself O__O'

Last D-rank by the way:

(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 10
Damage N/A
Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them without being dispelled or released. Doujutsu can see through these clones as unlike Shadow Clones, they are intangible and lack any form of chakra circulatory system, chakra flow, etc; they are simple images made by chakra. They cannot do harm to any enemy but can be used to communicate and distract the enemies. The clones can be created anywhere within the users sensory field.

You know the basic E-rank clone jutsu? Well this is a more advanced version of that one, however it is still intangible. However they won't be dispelled if someone hits them, instead the attack would pass right through the clone which can be used to your advantage. We first saw Rain Genin use this in a filler arc in the Pre-Time skip series.

What's a creative way you could use this to escape from a battle (say if you had to run away from a fight in the NW)? Also, what's a creative way you can think of to use this in battle... don't forget the things you include with your above template.

Sucks you can't answer vm's but I meant the way I learned the techs faster. It just seemed easier and quicker that way, RP isn't as important to me

How I would use it? I would use this jutsu to confuse my opponent but creating multiple of these clones that surround my opponent in a circle with me being hidden among the crowd waiting for an opening.

Advantages
• Can create at several different spots up to long range
• Can confuse the opponent
• Creates an opening for me to attack unnoticed

Disadvantages
• Can't do damage to the enemy
• Can't be used as human shields to block an attack (this would be clever with shadow clones though 0_0)

P.S I have never gotten on NB on a computer. So I know the struggle of using a phone. But I do pretty good with what I can.

Posting more or less jutsu is up to the sensei/senpai and I've found that sometimes I can post more jutsu, other times I can not. If you something needs to be explained further then going back and re-doing say the first jutsu in a set of three can seem counter-productive and could start to get frustrating for both parties. I've also seen that details tend to be skipped with the more jutsu I post for someone to learn. Again, sometimes I'll post more, sometimes I'll post less. ^^
Also technically, you can't say you're learning c-ranks or started c-ranks until you've replied to the first c-rank jutsu in your training... not that it matters, I just like to nit-pick xD

Could you give me a refresher on what you know of Explosive tags?

Explosive tags a small tags that contain an explosive seal on them that can be detonated by chakra or by contact. You can wrap an explosive tag around the handle of a kunai to hide it's presence. There is also a sword in the Seven Swords of the Mist that uses explosive tags to attack the opponent when it hits.

(Fuda Kakusu no Jutsu) Tag Hidding Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 5 (per tag)
Damage: N/A
Description:
The user will use his chakra to hide a paper tag inside an inanimate object, like the ground or a wall. The tag can be a sealing tag or an explosive tag. The technique can be used to hide more than one tag per use if the user spends more chakra. Hidden tags can be detected by doujutsu or expert sensory ninjas.

A cheap (chakra cost-wise) jutsu that allows you to merge a tag with whatever surface you are placing it on, effectively embedding the tag within the material itself and making visually (doujutsu aside) undetectable. As the description says, the only other way of detecting the tags are with sensory jutsu.

(Ninpo: Jibaku Fuda: Kassei) - Ninja Art: Exploding Tag: Activate
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag. The exploding tags that the Third Hokage used were different than the usual bomb tags, being yellow in color instead of white with a red border.

Pretty straight forward... use this to detonate explosive tags that you haven't set a timer on, particularly ones you may have hidden using the previous jutsu.

( Rakka Kibaku Fuda ) - Falling Paper Bomb
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will throw three paper bombs connected to kunai that act like parachutes and float down above the enemy. The user will then make the confrontation hand seal to explode the explosive tags when they reach their desired location.

Pretty sure we covered a version of this in the d-ranks, except you don't need any other input aside from the seal of confrontation. Basically, you are throwing these parachutes so they surround the enemy, allowing you to detonate them while you distract them with a more direct attack. You can also use these parachutes in the same way Shikamaru did, if you happened to be a Nara Clan member that is.

Pretty cool. I can see myself using this to set up a trap that only I can detect unless they have a Dojutsu or sensory technique that is. But I see myself using this to prevent the opponent from rushing at me.

Pretty simple, doesn't need an explanation in my opinion.

I would combine this with the shadow clone jutsu to attack the enemy on 2 sides while using a quick paralyzing genjutsu to keep the opponent from dodging.

So these next three jutsu involve the use of several different and/or mixes of the ninja tools you've already gone over.

(Soryu no Mai) - Rising Dragon Dance
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user jumps up in the air and then spins at high speed throwing a lot of weapons at their enemy ranging from shuriken, kunai, shuko and many various other weapons.

So for this you'll need to have a large amount and variety (not necessarily variety, just a lot of ninja tools) which you'll be throwing towards your target, by leaping into the air and spinning at high speed while throwing them wildly in their direction.

Tell me why it's necessary for you to leap into the air and spin at high speed while throwing the ninja tools? Also, if you can tell me what Shuko are?... then you'll see why it doesn't really fit in with this jutsu...

(Sōgu: Fūjin Heki) - Manipulated Tools: Floating Blades Wall
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user unrolls in the floor under the enemy two small scrolls and summons many different weapons from them, taking the enemy into the air. Then they wraps the leg of the enemy with a chain and crushes him back down to the ground.

This is a jutsu from one of the many games and it starts with you tossing two scrolls along the ground, in such a way that they unravel themselves under the opponent. From these scrolls, after you pulse chakra through the scrolls, a large variety of weapons and tools will erupt upwards that causes your target to be sent flying into the air. As they are launched skywards, you'll throw one end of a chain in such a way that it wraps around your opponents leg(s) so that you can slam them back down tot he ground.

(Soushouryuu) - Twin Rising Dragons
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: A summoning technique meant almost exclusively for weapon's experts. To begin, the shinobi will remove two scrolls and set them on the ground, after forming the necessary hand seals, the two scroll rise into the air and begin to swirl around a middle vortex that is the user. They then use this space to launch themselves into the air between the spinning scrolls. From these scrolls the ninja can then summon a mass of weapons, which they then begin to throw at their opponent. If the first barrage fails, they can use wires that run from each weapon to their fingertips to pull them back into the air to strike at their opponent again.

If you know Tenten, then you know this jutsu.

The needed handseals are: Tiger → Dragon → Monkey → Hare → Snake → Cross Arms; which you'll perform after place two scrolls on the ground (still wrapped up). The seals will cause the scrolls to rise into the air, swirling and unravelling around you before you then leap up into the air (still in between the spinning scripts).
Then tons and tons of weapons will shoot out of the scrolls, each connected in some impossibly intricate web of wires that leads back to your fingers, which you can pull to direct the mass of weapons back into your target should they evade the initial barrage.

Okay, so far all of these, I want you to give me detailed descriptions of how you'd use them in combat, how you'd counter them, their good points and bad points. Also don't forget to answer any questions I've asked in the above descriptions.

It's necessary because it makes the direction they are coming from harder to predict and also it gives you a high advantage.

Shuko are like glows with spikes on the palms if i'm not mistaken.

The next jutsu it's that useful in my opinion but it can be used in combination with a clone that uses a fire jutsu or something of that manner.

The final jutsu is really useful because it can be redirected to attack the opponent should they dodge it.

Really a good counter to all of these is an earthen armor that can block all the attacks

Rising Dragon Dance
I'd use it in battle with a smoke bomb and a shadow clone. I would throw down the smoke bomb, make a shadow clone then use the shadow clone to use rising dragon while I use hiding like a mole to conceal my presence.
Advantages are that it can provide unpredictability in the attack and give the opponent very little ways to guard because of the unpredictability.
Disadvantages are that an omnidirection discharge/blast can easily stop this jutsu because of it using simple ninja tools.

Wall of Weapons
In combat, i'd use this to attack the enemy and throw 5 kunai at the enemy that have paper bombs attached to them, to create an explosion either under or on top of my enemy depending on if I want to damage them more or kill them completely.
Advantages are that it doesn't require hand seals and it can severly damage an opponent with multiple stab wounds.
Disadvantages are that if the opponent notices the scrolls under them, they can use a wind jutsu to blow the scrolls away or a fire jutsu to burn the scrolls into ash.

Twin Rising Dragons
I'd use this jutsu to distract the enemy while I have a clone/summon attack them from beneath. Should my first distraction fail and they dodge both the attack and my clone/summon, i'll pull them back and attack again.
Advantages are that it gives unpredictability to the attack because of the ability to attack twice with one move which can prove fatal for the enemy.
Disadvantages are that it can be redirected by a strong gust of wind and then i'd be in danger of my own technique hitting me.

So these three are very similar to the three you just learnt. I won't need anything from you other than if you could just read over them and ask questions you might have about them.

(Sōgu: Dai Tekkai) - Manipulated Tools: Giant Iron Lump
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description:The user takes out a big scroll and waves it in a circle. It turns into a giant chain hammer with a huge metal ball at the end that they then crushes the enemy with. After this move, the chain hammer turns back into a scroll.

(Sōgu: Shikyū Geki) - Manipulated Tools: Deadly Spheres Strike
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Desciption: The user pulls out a scroll and rotates it around himself. Many spiked metal balls burst forth from the scroll to strike any nearby opponents or discourage them from using close ranged attacks.

Can you think of a situation where you might want to use this jutsu?

(Kuchiyose: Tetsurensa Housou) - Summoning: Iron Chain Wrapping
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
description: The user summons a long chain from a scroll and wraps the enemy with it. When the enemy is trapped, they use another scroll to launch a rain of weapons at the enemy.

This last one is technically a summoning jutsu... so you can't use it until you learn the B-rank summoning jutsu.
