I like the concept behind the chakra ropes, but it doesn't seem very useful to be completely honest. The idea of being able to bind someone long enough to interrogate them in NW, or do another technique in a fight would be great, but the rank of this technique makes it to where the ropes could be broken with almost any other technique. As far as the binding goes, I could achieve the same result with a handful of genjutsu techniques, and those are a lot harder to get out of. Another problem that I would face when using this is the fact that I would need my opponent to be almost sedated in order for me to be able to tie them up.

This is a technique that one would have to utilize their opponent's lack of sight in a given situation to fully gain the result from. This can be used with a smoke bomb to achieve this result, but it wouldn't take a smoke bomb specifically to do this. Any technique that diverts my opponents position, blocks their sight, or covers my movements would be enough camouflage to effectively throw these puppies out. This could be a clash between jutsu that causes an explosion (probably at least one fire jutsu), genjutsu, smoke bombs, flash bombs, dust clouds, mist (from clashing techs, or its own), and countless others that escape my mind at this moment. This is probably one of the most under utilized, but most useful, ninja tools, in my opinion anyway.
