As I spot a random person walking by, I focus on his movements and release chakra that is targetted at him. When my chakra reaches him, I form it into a multitude of chakra chains that are wrap around him and weigh his body down at every angle, not allowing him free movement. The chains allow me time to either attack or to retreat away from him and also to disrupt their movements.
Good job. Next is Beauty Under Moonlight technique. For it you need to have/create (unconfirmed whether you create or manipulate them) flower petals to manipulate. *Grabs a sack of flower petals and spreads them all around you O^O*
You first release your chakra into these petals while performing Snake and Tiger hand seals. Then you manipulate the petals so that they start swirling around your target, obscuring his/her/their view while you attack them/him/her.
You will be performing this on my clone. *creates a clone*

After hearing your instructions, I release my chakra into the general area of all the Sakura petals. While releasing chakra, I make two handseals to allow me greater manipulation of the Sakura petals, Snake and Tiger. When I finish the two handseals, the petals are manipulated into the air and swirled around the clone, obscuring their vision while also giving me a chance to attack from a different angle. I quickly, and silently, move to the side where I quickly draw my tanto and attack the clone from an unexpected angle.

Great work. Next technique is Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique. For this you need to have multiple kunais with pouches attached to each one of them. In each pouch there's multiple cherry blossom petals that'll scatter around from the pouches as you throw the kunais. This technique is meant to conceal an explosive tagged kunai which you'll throw along with these kunais.

Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.

After listening to your explanation of the Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique, I ready about 6 pouches full of small explosive tags and a large number of explosive tags. I then ready myself to throw the kunai at our target and release the kunai with pouches attached to them at the target. I time a final kunai with an explosive tag attached to it to reach the target immediately after the kunai with pouches have exploded and released the explosion tags and Sakura petals. The explosion from the explosive tag of the final kunai sets off the rest of the smaller explosive tags and causes an immense explosion.
Good. Next is Empty Cicada Shell technique. Begin by concentrating chakra into your vocal cords while performing Ram handseal. Then, as you begin to speak, you can send the vibrations that your opponent will receive from different direction than the one you're in.
Since there's so little information about this technique and how it works, I assume that you create a voice on a higher frequency which human ear won't hear and then as it bounces from the place where you want it to bounce from, the frequency lowers, allowing the target(s) to hear you from a different drection.

o.o Cool jutsu.
Once ready, I focus my chakra to my vocal chords and as I release vibrations from my vocal chords, I cause the frequency at which the vibrations travel at to a higher Hertz then what humans are capable of hearing. As the vibrations travel to the location I want them to, I cause the vibrations to slow down by bouncing it off of nearby objects causing it to become audible to a human's hearing. This allows me to manipulate the location of my voice, allowing me to trick the opponent.

Good. (I won't copypaste the technique this time) Use hidden mist technique to produce a cloud of steam. Then you focus chakra into the bottom of your feet to create a silencer of your footsteps and concentrate on your movement to both fluently and silently in the mist. Then you can kill your target inside of the mist without a sound. *creates a clone for you to assassinate*

Alright.
I first begin by emitting my chakra to the air around the clone and I and change the form of the chakra to that of a mist. The mist is made from my own chakra and majorly hinders the clone's vision through the mist.

I then apply chakra to the soles of my feet and creating a vacuum of chakra that doesn't allow sound to escape from their so that they become silent when moving. I then focus my body so that it becomes quiet and doesn't create any sound as I approach the clone. I then quietly pull out my tanto and slit the clone's neck from behind him.

Description: Killing Intent is simply the user giving off their pure killing intention, and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all.

Sorry for the late reply.
After hearing the instructions, I immediately imagine all the negative moments in my life and begin to focus hatred in all different forms. I focus on the hatred and trick my own self into believing that the hatred should be directed into pure anger and the intent to kill. I "release" the hatred around me and to anybody near me. I focus it in a way that pure will to kill the enemy is flushed out and released at the target. As I release the will to kill, the feeling that the target receives is the image of their own death recurring to them and their own death being shown to them in a flash and in such a gruesome and terrifying way that they are stunned by the images they have seen. Due to the amount of Killing Intent that I have released, the target is stunned into a state of paralysis and are kept in that state as I make their visions of death occur. :zonder:
