Ninjutsu is a form of using chakra to create elemental and ninja techniques, by using Chakra and Hand seals to conduct/mold the chakra, this works by perform the needed order of the hand seals and mold the affinity of the chakra wich will be used for a technique.
The chakra wich is used for ninjutsu once moulded, it can be channelled through the chakra circulatory system, througth the body with diferent ways of doing it such as with hand seals used to manipulate such chakra and create the techniques.
The Hand seals sometimes needed for ninjutsu are used to perform many ninjutsu, the amount of chakra necessary to perform a technique is manipulated through hand seals. There are different sequences of hand seals for every technique, requiring memorisation.

Gewd. However for weakness and strenghts in our RPG. Well, non-advanced versions with regular chakra is weak to all elemental chakras, as elemental chakras are well, more advanced. Advanced regular chakra techniques, are on pair with elemental chakra. However, I can't start pinpointing which is advanced and which is not. (If I recall Rasengan is.), so in battle make it safe.(Don't think this cancel out that, just because they're the same rank. 
)

*Tosses you a kunai.*
Throw it at the dummy over there.
*Points at a dummy which seems to have magically appeared.*
Once it leaves your hand is midway towards to dummy, I want you to make it halt, mid-air, hovering over the ground using your chakra. Simply channel your chakra throughout your body, and coat the kunai in the chakra, allowing it to hover in the air. The chakra coated around the kunai is not visible for the naked eye, if you ask.

*I catch the kunai in my hand and then channel a certain amount of regular chakra into it, then throwing it towards the dummy, as it's reaching the dummy's location i make it temporarly stop in Mid air, and make it float in the air with use of the chakra i channeled into it*

Tap your hand forward, releasing the kunai from it's ''cage'' allowing it to fly towards it's target. Basically this is usually used with a barrage of kunais, allowing the user to shoot a few at his location, and another few if he tries to escape the first ones, killing off his escape routes.
*The moment i hold the kunai it my hand i tap it with m y hand foward releasing chakra into it, and releasing the kunai aswell from it's "cage" towards my target in this case the dummy giving the ability to fly towards the dummy*

Do you know the concept of the technique called Kage Bunshin no Jutsu? If so, please try and create aa clone by your side.
Don't really know how to perform it but here goes nothing:
*I gather a great amount of my chakra and perform 1 hand seal (not sure wich one) releasing part of my chakra creating a clone of myself, wich is made of solid properties, and can perform every jutsu i know.*

No, no, no. See, to make a Kage Bunshin no Jutsu you actually split your chakra in half, then channel it throughout your body, forming it and creating an exact clone of yourself by your side. It requieres concentration and that you know how you look, lol. *Puts up a mirrior,*

*I clear my mind and concentrate, letting my chakra flow smoothly throughout my body, i then divide my chakra into 2 equal parts and focus it all over my body, then performing the necesary hand seal *does it* i look in the mirror since appearently i don't know how i look (-_-) and create a clone that looks exactly like me by my side*
