Hi anko.
we shall begin with you training in ninjutsu, those most basic of form of ninja techniques after taijutsu.
Now tell me:
-How do you think ninjutsu is performed?
-What are the components of chakra and how can you make them grow?

-Ninjutsu, Literally meaning "Ninja Techniques" refers to any technique that utilizes chakra and allows the user to perform actions that a normal person otherwise would be incapable of doing. The effects of ninjutsu are real if you compare ninjutsu with genjutsu.
-Ninjutsu relies on chakra and, most of the time, hand seals to be effective. The hands are put in sequential positions that molds and manipulates chakra in the necessary manner to perform a jutsu. If you want them to grow you can for an example add wind to fire to make it even more powerful.
-Naruto and the Rasengan
-There are in total 12 handseals and they represent different animals like tiger, ox, dragon and so on. Combining hand seals with chakra will let you be able to do justu techniques.

When I feel comfortable and know Im safe from getting hurt of the senbons I slowly Molds a large amount of chakra to make the senbons to re-emerge in my mouth. I target the fly with enough accuracy and release the senbons by spiting them out and make the fly to get pulverized by my senbons.

Nice use of description. but at you level, don't waste too much chakra on a D-rank jutsu. It's simply and it doesn't need that much chakra.

While doing this Im using my chakra to make the left shuriken fuse into the shadow of the right shuriken which occurs in 2 seconds and then throw the right shuriken, making it looks like it's just a single shuriken!*

Didn't get you point. I hope you did get mine. You got the concept though. but where's the catch if the foe knows you already throw 2 shuriken? Since they are thing put them one on top of the other (like a sandwhich) and and throw them as you focus your chakra into the shuriken below in order to let it hide in the shadow of the one on top of it. Hope you got my point now.

OK once again!
*I take two of the Fuma shurikens in my right hand on top of each others, makes the foe unaware of there are two of them and while im throwing them towards the target I focus my chakra to the lower shuriken to make it hide in the upper one's shadow*

Ok here I go!

I feel how the chakra charges inside of me. I release the chakra and make a huge overflow shaped in a disruptive wave which makes the clone of Choza to get frozen by the wave.
While the clone is binded I take the chans to use...
and make the clone to poof.

Now *shows you a row of handseals which you must memorize* I think it's only the tiger seal but well i was told it was a row of handseals.
Anyways, once you've done that make the row of handseals in order to mold your chakra so that, when you release it, you can manipulate/create sakura petals and make them spin in a while all around your foe, that dummy *points*
Now once you do it tell me how it could be useful.

When I make this it gives me a great opportunity to make a great opener on him or to charge a second attack that requires more preperations cause the foe is blinded and will be out of action for a while.

meh the feast actually changed my mind, you perfomed both jutsus quite nice so no need to re-repeat them. (ahh sweet, bribery)

(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique

*I give you various kunais with pouches filled with very small, thin explosive paper notes.*
Ok, now I want you to throw those pouch kunais and make the clash to break the fore-mentioned pouches; henceforth, releasing all of the notes. Then top this off with with a explosive kunai as you opponeent is sourrounded by this large quantity of explosive notes. Making a big KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM.

I throw away my kunai's which are attached to the puches with the small explosive notes toward my target. *When the big bang happens I sweep the coat while turning my back against the victim and say "v2.0*
