Sasuke starts to build his chakra, he channels his chakra into his feet and with that done he focuses on it expelling blasts of chakra as he rushes towards the clone, the blasts of chakra I'd to increase sasuke's speed as he dashes towards the clone, at the same time that sasuke expels chakra to increase his speed he focuses on it further more, so that as he dashes towards the made clone, he won't make a sound by either stepping on a twig, or making stones hit together and make a sound. Once close enough to the clone who didn't notice him, sasuke uses his sword and decapitates him.
Note: sasuke had used either bringer of darkness the A ranked genjutsu or hiding in the mist jutsu to first deprive the clone of eyesight.

Awesome now take that same concept, and this time don't add any elemental chakra. Just use your regular chakra and remember how you look and all that. It's the same thing as these clones, but a lot more chakra and none of it is elemental. When you make one clone, it'll split your chakra in half, another will be in thirds and another in fourths and so on. The limit tho in our RP is 4 clones.

Sasuke nodded and held the balloon in his left hand, then Sasuke starts to build his raw chakra, Sasuke channels the built and constant release of chakra into the balloon and after that he then focuses on it, Sasuke takes control of his chakra in the balloon and then makes it swirl in a clockwise direction(horizontally), as his chakra swirls so does the water in the balloon, this causes the balloon to move sasuke then makes it to swirl anti clockwise but he makes sure a portion of his chakra is still spinning in clockwise(horizontall), Sasuke moves on to make another portion of his chakra to rotate clockwise(vertically) and also another portion of his chakra to rotate anti-clockwise(vertically). all portions of his chakra do the spinnings thats why he releases a constant flow of chakra, At first the ball has ripple effect but that was until Sasuke released equal amount of chakra to each of the chakra portions thats doing the spinning, which is he made each of the spinning velocity equal to each other thus stopping the ripple effect and keeping the balloon in place
