As agreed upon, I will continue your training, Hori. Xavi will have only learned up to the Triple Rashomon, and when he comes back, I'll finish up with him! Apologies for my delays.

These two jutsus are stronger versions of the Twin Rising Dragons. Here's a different exercise; I want you to post the base TRD (I think it's C-rank if memory serves me right), and compare the differences between the parent jutsu and these two stronger derivatives in aspects such as performance and effects. Give me your opinion on each of them, as well as strategies you might employ with either.

(Sōshōryū Seichuu) - Rising Twin Dragons Control
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is similar to the normal Twin Rising Dragons, but is an upgraded version. The user doesn't have to hold onto the weapons; they can just send them flying only with a movement of thier hand, which makes the weapons a lot faster. Also, with this new version, The user includes exploding tags in the spread in order to make the technique more effective.
(Sōgu: Tensasai) - Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: A stronger version of the Twin Rising Dragons, the user tosses their large scroll into the air above her opponent and summons hundreds of different weapons from it, which then rain down, impaling the opponent and anything in their path. The weapons move so fast that they appear as white streaks.

Thank you sensei, been waiting forever for this.. I"m gonna go ahead and reply.

(Soushouryuu) - Twin Rising Dragons
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: A summoning technique meant almost exclusively for weapon's experts. To begin, the shinobi will remove two scrolls and set them on the ground, after forming the necessary hand seals, the two scroll rise into the air and begin to swirl around a middle vortex that is the user. They then use this space to launch themselves into the air between the spinning scrolls. From these scrolls the ninja can then summon a mass of weapons, which they then begin to throw at their opponent. If the first barrage fails, they can use wires that run from each weapon to their fingertips to pull them back into the air to strike at their opponent again.
looking at these three different techniques I have seen that most of them are merely an upgrade to the others. On the surface it seems that way but when digging deep to it one can see that they merely compliment each other's weaknesses. The C ranked twin rising dragon technique while it pecked quite a punch, it lacked control and therefore that is why it description had a statement that said if you miss you can try again. The first technique on your post what it offers is easier and faster control that allows the weapons to faster than the C rank technique. Because the kunais can be maneuvered by simple hand gestures compared to wires it has a faster response to the user's command. The technique also offers that explosive punch that the other lacked by the introduction of paper bombs.

The last one I think what it introduced was speed. which is what the first and second techniques lacked. Although the second one had highly responsive control and explosion power it lacked speed. This very last technique is one I think has a high potency when it comes to speed, also we all know when it rains the rain drops never miss even a single spot. When it comes into which I would use on any situation, well the C ranked one I would probably use as an opener on a fight as the rule that says first technique is always executed. So all that mundane activity which is to roll out the scroll and summon the weapons wouldn't matter.

Secondly the second one its better suited if the opponent is in a confined space maximizing the potency of the highly responsive maneuvering of the weapons. Also if opponent happens to be in a cave then the paper bombs would surely explode the cave walls and therefore the rubble falling ontop of them. Then the last one seems to be a kind of technique that can be used as a counter to possibly stop an opponent that is trying to flee into the sky. I can see this technique working pretty well with certain earth techniques.

Perfect! For HCoD, use a trapping Earth to confine you and the target. Good analyses all around.

These next three jutsus are advanced Shadow Clone applications. Each one of them is self-explanatory, I think.

I'll share an advanced tactic with you in our RP that I like to call "partial move integration", or PME. PME uses the properties of one jutsu in a logical, seamless way that is integrated with a second technique.

What do I mean? Take a look at the Shadow Clone Explosion and Dance of the Crescent Moon, for example. The Dance requires that you create multiple Shadow Clones. But what if one of those clones was an Exploding Shadow Clone trap? That opens up a whole new wealth of tactical options! Imagine if the clones are charging at your target, and suddenly, without your opponent expecting it, one of them explodes in their face!

Interesting, eh? One of my personal joys is to try and find PMEs with the canon list. I like using it with Taijutsu in particular. This is one of the ways you can perform two jutsus simultaneously, as long as the move makes sense and doesn't break conventions, i.e. you can't PME a fire and water together, obviously xd

(Bunshin Bakuha) - Shadow Clone Explosion
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description:At first glance the clone appears to be a normal tangible Bunshin, but the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. (This shadow clone variant can only use normal ninjutsu, and Taijutsu).
Note:Must already know shadow clone jutsu to use this jutsu.
(Mikadzuki no Mai) - Dance of the Crescent Moon
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: As the ninja charges at the opponent, they create multiple shadow copies to confuse the opponent. Using the confusion, the real ninja will attack from the opponent's blindside.
(Shihouhappou Shuriken) - All Directions Shuriken
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After utilizing the Kage Bunshin no jutsu, the user will spread out in various directions to surround the opponent before releasing a barrage of projectiles simultaneously.

Say what, Partial Move Integration?! First time I've ever heard of that. I am really learning some stuff with you =D. After your deep explanation on the PME stuff I think I got a good grasp on it. For example another example of it would be using the dance of the crescent moon technique to confuse the enemy and create 4 clones and use them to throw the shurikens towards my opponent. I get that as long I'm not breaking any time frame or logic used on our RP then I'd be alright. And uhmm sorry for late reply.

Awesome, using Dance of the Crescent Moon would increase the versatility of the All-Directions Shuriken. And it's PMI, not PME, that was my mistake

And here we come to the last A-rank, the Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu: one of Hiruzen's trademark techniques. It's relatively self-explanatory, and we'll essentially be done with ninjutsu once you've looked it over!

(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

Lol and I didn't spot that too my bad.

As you said this technique is very self explanatory, but just to add a few things its that the technique can basically copy any ninja tool and the amount of tools copied depends on the size of the tools. If I copy a giant iron lump ball I'd be lucky if I made more than two copies. Where else kunais can be copied many times. So the size of the weapon one is trying to copy is very crucial.

Actually... in the RP, you can clone the objects similarly regardless of size. Of course, it wouldn't make sense to have a bunch of large iron balls heading toward your target since that would be pretty unwieldy. Furthermore, these primarily work with shuriken and kunais. Those are its restrictions and leniencies.

The rest of the techniques are Rasengan and its children techniques, but I don't think I need to go over every single one of those... just watch the anime/read the manga to get the gist of what they do xd

Instead... tell me how a Rasengan is shaped, formed, and what it is capable of!

Well rasengan is Naruto's ultimate technique. In laymen's terms Rasengan is simply a ball of pure swirling chakra, condensed down to the preferred size and held in ones hand. Jarayia could form it with one hand, however in Naruto's case, he still has to make a shadow clone to form the Rasengan.

Its filled with devastating power, as its believed to be more powerful than the Chidori, it also doesn't require any hand signs, so it can be used at a moments notice. Rasengan is a devastatingly powerful attack that can send a person spinning high into the sky. All this makes the Rasengan the ultimate weapon.

Oh and yes will do that, and I'm very sorry for ny late reply... Hope you enjoyed your winter holidays *_*

Thank you, I hope you did too :D

So yeah... the only thing I have to add there is that you can add your elemental nature to the rasengan, creating a jutsu like the Rasenshuriken!

The techniques are found in the Ninjutsu section under "Rasengan Techniques", and you can now use those to your heart's content.

Otherwise... do you have any other questions, concerns, comments?
