It only truly works when your opponent is 1 or 2 ranks below yours. Other than that its mostly for show.
Also, S-Class and above =S_rank, Jounin = A-Rank and so on.
However, when it does work, the ideal is either pain or entering a mode or some sort of waking up move so to speak. I would recommend pain as when sasuke stabbed his leg to release from orochimaru's killing intent. Its a highly debatable jutsu. You can also, if you want, counter it with your own killing intent. But if you are 2 ranks bellow although i think you'll release from it you can't put your enemy through it. again, this is a debatable jutsu.
Any questions? Remember this is not a genjutsu. Is pure cold hearted evil intention.
Well you use a smoke bomb to hide the fact that you are lying Makibishi all around the ground. Click the link to know that those are ^^

(Kage Makibishi no Jutsu) - Shadow Makibishi Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 10
Description: A simple ninja technique in which the user deploys a smoke bomb and is used to lay down the makibishi undercover so that the enemy target will not notice. This technique is used to cause some damage and slow the enemy target down when they stand on them.
Simple enough. Uses the same principle of Shadow Clone to make a tangible black rope to bind your opponent.
(Kage Nawa no Jutsu) - Shadow Rope Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will use a black rope infused with their chakra to hold down and trap their opponent.
Similar to normal clones, these look like illusions and in fact can't damage your enemy. Basically to distract ^^
(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 10
Damage N/A
Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them. The Sharingan can see through the illusions. However these clones cannot cause any damage as they are illusions only.
(Kage Makibishi no Jutsu) - Shadow Makibishi Technique
I begin by tossing a smoke bomb. While the victim's vision is cut off, I place the Makibishi on the ground under the smoke. This will slow down the victim, giving me an opportunity to attack.
Advantages:
-Slows the opponent down
-Blocks their vision
Disadvantages:
-Can be blow away by a Wind tech
-Can be avoided by simply going around the smoke
-Takes time to set up spikes
Counters:
-Blow away by a Wind tech
-Go around the smoke
(Kage Nawa no Jutsu) - Shadow Rope Technique
I begin by concentrating my chakra. Once I concentrated my chakra, I take out a black rope and send my chakra down the rope to bind my opponent. I'd then take this opportunity to attack my opponent.
Advantages:
-Binds opponent
-Opens up an opportunity to attack opponent
Disadvantages:
-Opponent may blow away the rope with a Wind tech
-Opponent may cut the rope with a kunai
Counter:
-Blow away the rope with a Wind tech
-Cut the rope with a kunai
-Block the rope before it reaches you
(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique
I begin by concentrating my chakra. Once concentrated, I make a haze illusion of myself, similar to a regular clone.
Advantages:
-Can fool opponent
-Can make a opportunity to strike
Disadvantages:
-Can be seen through with a doujutsu
-It's not tangible
-Can't perform jutsu
Counter:
-Doujutsu
-Throw something at the clone to see that it's a fake
A) (Kage Makibishi no Jutsu) - Shadow Makibishi Technique:
*I start by throwing a smoke bomb infront of me and waiting from the smoke to spread. As it spreads out, I use the cover of the smoke to lay out a pouce full of Makibishi onto the ground. Having placed them on down i would wait till my opponent is slowed by them and then use my attack. This jutsu is good at slowing down the opponent and the smoke bomb will block there vision. It is quite easy to avoid this by simply walking around them or using a wind jutsu to blow away the smoke while trying to plant them.
B) (Kage Nawa no Jutsu) - Shadow RopeTechnique:
I start by taking out a rope and concentrating my chakra into it, to strengthen it. Id then bind the opponent from the neck down and use the opening for an attack. This jutsu is useful on a stunned or unawares opponent and creates a very good opportunity of an attack. However this jutsu can be cut by a blade or countered with a fire jutsu.
C) (Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique:
I start by concentrating my chakra and then create a haze illusionary clone infront of myself much like a regualr clone. This jutsu is useful in distracting an opponent, great for creating an openning to attack an opponent. This jutsu however is useless against a Doujutsu user and is only an illusion, so has no physical mass. This means it cant use any jutsus and cant block any form of attack

I figured...its a rope? And it could be burnt even with Chakra infused? Example being...if the opponent was tied up, they could use a fire jutsu to burn through it, one that needs no hand seals obv course

Both of you need to think a bit more outside the box. The jutsu is so open and free that from its description you can even create the rope from underneath him or even anywhere within range. The technique is quite open and free so expect it to be used in many different ways than the original one ^^
Questions?
Moving on:
Basically similar in concept as shuriken shadow clone, this technique will actually enable you to enlarge a shuriken to a bigger (wayyyy bigger) size.
(Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offensive, Supplementary, Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user throws a Demon Wind Shuriken towards the enemy and uses his chakra to massively enlarge the shuriken, brutally striking the enemy, sending them flying.
Well for this one i want you to concentrate on your chakra flow and try to surpress it as much as you can. Continue doing so until its at its outmost lower level. Then basically no chakra sensing technique (even rain tiger at will) can detect your presence. However, notice that dojutsu users can see you and that you can't use any ninjutsu or genjutsu while in this state. You can't mold chakra. The moment you do so the technique ends.
(Chakra Yokuatsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Suppression Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: short
Chakra cost: 15 (-10 per turn to keep active)
Damage points: N/A
Description: This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra to the point that it is completely undetectable. This makes it impossible for chakra sensory-type ninja to track them via their chakra signal. However there is some downside to the technique, whilst suppressing their chakra they cannot use any of the ninja skills.
Note: Cannot prevent doujutsu users from detecting them.
You'll need these *throws umbrellas around* and you use your chakra in the same way as hidden needles but to make needles come out of the umbrella as you send it up in the air. Simple enough
(Jouro Senbon) - Sprinkling Needles
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30(if dodged half way then -15)
Description:A technique that utilizes an umbrella as well as various needles, sending the umbrella into the air and sending down a great deal of needles at the opponent which can be controlled by chakra.
I begin by concentrating my chakra. Then I pull out a Demon Wind Shuriken. I throw it at my opponent. Just before it reaches my opponent, I use my chakra to enhance the size of the shuriken, making it a "wayyyy bigger" size
Advantages:
-Very large shuriken
-Catch the opponent off guard
Disadvantages:
-Can be blown away
-Easily seen
Counter:
-Blow it away with a Wind tech
-Block it with an Earth tech
(Chakra Yokuatsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Suppression Technique
I begin by suppressing my chakra. I suppress my chakra as much as I can without completely stopping chakra flow. Now, I won't be able to be tracked by chakra sensing techs. I would surprise the enemy with a striking taijutsu attack or throw a weapon.
Advantages:
-Can be hidden from chakra sensing jutsu
-Can launch a surprise attack
Disadvantages:
-Can't use any jutsu
-Can still be seen by a doujutsu user
Counter:
-Doujutsu
(Jouro Senbon) - Sprinkling Needles
You must be registered for see images
I begin by concentrating my chakra. I then throw the given umbrella in the air. Once it's in the air, I use my chakra to form needles that come from the umbrella, directed at the opponent.
Advantages:
-Sends a number of needles at the opponent
-Can attack from the ground while the needles come from the air
Disadvantages:
-Can be blocked by an Earth tech
-Can be blown away by a Wind tech
Counter:
-Block with an Earth tech
-Blow them away with a Wind tech
A) (Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique
I start by taking out a Demon Wind Shuriken and channel my chakra into it. I then throw the Shuriken at my opponent and wait until the last moment to use my chakra to greatly enhance the size. This jutsu is very good at fooling an opponent and the size of the shuriken would cause considerable damage. With it being a projectile however an opponent has plenty of time to counter or dodge the shuriken. I would personally use a Wind Tech to blow the shuriken away.
B) (Chakra Yokuatsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Suppression Technique
You must be registered for see images
From a hidden location I would start to focus inwards, concentrating on my chakra circulation and start to slow the circulation and lower the overall level of chakra. When it is fully suppressed and my chakra undetectable i would slowly approach the opponent and attack with a taijutsu or slowly retreat from the fight. This justu is useful when needing to become undetectable and will assist in a suprise attack or fleeing from a fight. This jutsu however does leave the user unable to use any ninjutsu or genjutsu or mold any chakra. This jutsu is inaffective against a doujutsu.
C) (Jouro Senbon) - Sprinkling Needles
You must be registered for see images
I start by concentrating my own chakra and take the umbrella. I throw the umbrella into the air and wait for it to reach its highest point, at that moment I use my chakra to spin the umbrella in the air and rain down needles onto the opponent. This jutsu is useful as an aerial attack and a suprising one that can be difficult to dodge once deployed. This jutsu however takes alot of time to set up and the umbrella is very surseptable to wind. I would personally throw a kunia to rip the umbrella.
Now some weapons techniques (similar to those of TenTen)
This one is done by throwing a barrage of weapons that you have in your pouches. For example shurikens, kunais, etc. You enhance the speed of throwing through your chakra.
(Soryu no Mai) - Rising Dragon Dance
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user jumps up in the air and then spins at high speed throwing a lot of weapons at thier enemy ranging from shuriken, kunai, shuko and many various other weapons.
This one is quite simple. You take a scroll out of your pack and then you rotate it around yourself. While doing this you use your chakra to trigger the release of the spiked balls all around. simple enough i think.
(Sōgu: Shikyū Geki) - Manipulated Tools: Deadly Spheres Strike
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Desciption: The user pulls out a scroll and rotates it around himself. Many spiked metal balls burst forth from the scroll to strike any nearby opponents or discourage them from using close ranged attacks.
This one is quite...well... iffy. You spread two small scrolls on the ground under your enemy and by doing this you then you your chakra to release a barrage of weapons from underneath your opponent. This propels your enemy upwards into the air. You then grab hold of your enemy with a chain, making him come crushing down.
(Sōgu: Fūjin Heki) - Manipulated Tools: Floating Blades Wall
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user unrolls in the floor under the enemy two small scrolls and summons many different weapons from them, taking the enemy into the air. Then they wraps the leg of the enemy with a chain and crushes him back down to the ground.
*I build up my chakra as I take a crouching pose. I then spring into the air and at my peak start to spin rapidly, while doing so i bring my hands down and produce as many kunias, shurikens etc that i can hold. Using my built up chakra i throw the weapons down onto my opponent, using the chakra to increase the speed of the projectiles and how fast i can produce more from my pouch to throw.*
This jutsu has alot of projectiles lauched at the same time and at high speed, making it hard to deflect or out run. I also has both a long and short range which is very useful. This jutsu however can be blocked easily by a wall or dome made as protection, also with the user being in tye air they could be surceptable to wind jutsus.
B) (Sōgu: Shikyū Geki)- Manipulated Tools: Deadly Spheres Strike
You must be registered for see images
*I start by producing a scroll from my pack and open it out. As it opens i start to rotate on the spot and use my chakra to summon many spiked balls thrown towards the opponent*
This jutsu is good at throwing an opponent as being used in a short range would force them to defend quickly. Multiple spiked balls can cause major damage to an opponent. This jutsu however, can only be used at short range which limits its use. Also the rotation needed to send the balls flying through the air can leave the user vulnerable if used incorrectly.
C) (Sōgu: Fūjin Heki) - Manipulated Tools: Floating Blades Wall
*I start by unravelling to summoning scrolls underneath an opponent and using my chakra I release the seals sending weapons upwards at my opponent. This sends the opponent flying into the air, at which point a chain grapples the leg of my opponent and send them crashing into the grown*
This jutsu is quite devistating when used correctly and does not allow time for the opponent to react, causing fatal damage. This jutsu however...i mean...how am i getting to unravel two summoning scrolls under an opponent? Maybe hiding them in the ground? Or using it when an opponent has tried to jump over me? It seems very hand to use.
I begin by jumping into the air and spin around at high speeds. Once I'm in the air, I reach into my pouch and throw a barrage of thrown weapons at my opponent. I enhance the speed of the weapons by infusing them with my chakra.
Advantages:
-Hard to block them all
-Short-long range
Disadvantages:
-Can be blow away with a big enough Wind tech
-Can be blocked with a big enough Earth tech
I begin by taking out a scroll and rotating it around myself. While I'm rotating it, I use my chakra to summon many metal spiked balls from the scroll.
Advantages:
-Makes the enemy give you space
-Quick to use
I begin by unrolling two scrolls under the opponent. Afterwards, I use my chakra to summon a barrage of weapons from the scrolls, sending the enemy into the air. As My enemy is in the air, I ravel a chain around his leg and pull him down, making him crash into the ground.
Advantages:
-Sends the opponent flying into the air
-Leaves the opponent's leg bound by a chain
Disadvantages:
-Short range
-Hard to set up
Counter:
-Don't let the open set up the scroll under you

Rasnal you don't produce the weapons out of your chakra. Look at what i said. You use your chakra to enhance your trowing speed when using weapons you have stored in yourself (pouch, pocket, etc). iam lazy, you don't channel chakra into the weapons themselves. You channel it into yourself to enhance the speed of the throwings.
Questions before we move on?
Ps-untill new year i'll be replying slower than normal...RL issues. Bare with me.
Tks! Hope you have a also a Merry Christmas a Happy New Year ^^
Next batch:
Basically and enhanced transformation technique. You use a scroll to transform into a giant hammer that crushes your enemy.
(Sōgu: Dai Tekkai) - Manipulated Tools: Giant Iron Lump
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description:The user takes out a big scroll and waves it in a circle. It turns into a giant chain hammer with a huge metal ball at the end that they then crushes the enemy with. After this move, the chain hammer turns back into a scroll.
Well, you summon several kunais with strings attached to your hands. You then throw them at once to your opponent. Simple enough.
(Sōgu: Shu Senjin) - Manipulated Tools: One Thousand Blades Attack
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: This technique is very similar to Twin Rising Dragons, but in this version the user only summons countless kunai from the scrolls, which are connected by strings at thier hands. They then throws all the kunai at the same time on the opponent.
Well, description pretty much covers it...Dunno what else to add. Lets see what you can say about this one in terms of creative usages. The one with the best answer gets a rep+ ^^
(Kuchiyose: Tetsurensa Housou) - Summoning: Iron Chain Wrapping
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
description: The user summons a long chain from a scroll and wraps the enemy with it. When the enemy is trapped, they use another scroll to launch a rain of weapons at the enemy.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to you too Sensei!
(Sōgu: Dai Tekkai) - Manipulated Tools: Giant Iron Lump
I begin by pulling out a scroll. I quickly take the scroll and twirl it in a circle. As the scroll is being twirled, I am using my chakra to make the scroll transform into a giant metal hammer with a giant metal ball at the end of it.
Advantages:
-Can crush the enemy
-The enemy won't want to be close
Disadvantages:
-Short range
-Takes some time to set up
-Only last for the one turn, then becomes a scroll again
Counter:
-Attack before the transformation is made
-Move into mid range
(Sōgu: Shu Senjin) - Manipulated Tools: One Thousand Blades Attack
(Not sure if a scroll is involved but I'll say it just in case.) I begin by taking out a scroll. I then use my chakra to summon several kunai with strings attached to my hands. Next, I throw them all at once at my opponent.
Advantages:
-Several kunai
-Can trap the opponent with the strings
Disadvantages:
-Short range
-Can be blocked by an Earth tech
-Can be blown away by a Wind tech
Counter:
-Move into mid range
-An Earth tech
-A Wind tech
(Kuchiyose: Tetsurensa Housou) - Summoning: Iron Chain Wrapping
I begin by taking out a scroll. I then use my chakra to summon a long chain from the scroll, and use the chain to wrap my opponent in it. While my opponent is trapped, I take out another scroll and use my chakra to summon a barrage of weapons from the scroll and send them flying at my trapped opponent.
Advantages:
-Binds the opponent
-Attacks him while he's trapped
-Can take advantage of opponent being trapped and use another attack, set up a later attack, back into mid-long range, or use a summon
Disadvantages:
-Short range
-Can send Lightning down the chain as you're wrapping it around the opponent
Counter:
-Move into mid range
-Send Lightning down the chain
