Ninjutsu are the techniques used by ninja, in naruto, they can be elemental and non elemental ( Rp ninjutsu). Ninjutsu is usually the term applied to any technique a normal human is incapable of doing who's affects are real and take place within the world. The purpose of the techniques can be as different as summoning an animal or coughing up needles. There is a separate branch of ninjutsu used by medics known as medical ninjutsu.
All ninjutsu techniques require the use of chakra, some others also require a sequence of handseals to channel the chakra in certain ways.

I walk upto the tree Chanelling chakra into my feet, attempting to climb it.
*falls off*
Damn too little

I must find the right balance so i stay on but dont break the the tree.

I am close but it's still not perfect, i have an idea.
Walks upto tree, place 1 foot on it, and starts channeling a little chakra into the foot, slowly increasing it untill i find the perfect amount.
Seems good, after memorizing exactly how much it takes, i place the second foot on the tree. Slowly walking up, then faster till i reach the top.

Now, you're doing good with the tree climbing but let's try something more difficult. Try walking on the water there. That requires even more focus and chakra control since the water is not stable but rather moves all the time so you constantly have to change the amount of chakra you use.

Heeding my sensei i try to walk on water, knowing it will be harder than the tree climbing and knowing i will get wet, i take my shirt off, to reveal a perfectly chiseled body. I walk over to the water source indicated by sensei, taking my first step while flowing chakra through my foot, i fall straight through. Not enough chakra... I repeat once more making the first step, whew. I plant my second foot, *splash*.... Seems the amount of chakra needed is differant per area. I get back out, take a few breaths and continue streaming continuous chakra through my feet i walk on the water a few steps, yet once again *splash* Try after try, working on changing the amount of chakra emitted while staying focused and walking, I begin to get the hang of it. I am now able to slowly walk on the water, i try to go a little faster adapting every time, It's working. Next i try running, but fall through again. I repeat the process many times over and over and finally i am able to adapt quicker. Yes! Sensei i probably learnt faster than you.
To impress cobalt sensei i try again a few times, i doubt he was paying attention to the actually water walking but more on my perfect body... XD

Taking a breath, i calm my mind. Channeling my chakra i mold it and shape it. Creating needles from my chakra that are thin and sharp in my mouth. I Spit towards the east , so no one gets hurt. A bundle of needles fly out of my mouth rapidly with pinpoint accuracy

Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

I take a breath once more and throw a giant windmill shuriken towards a tree, while also throwing a second one in the shadow of the first. Since the tree has no dojutsu it cannot know it's comming >.>
i turn back and notice sensei's anus bleeding, oh right i shoulda closed it before pulling em out....
I notice a seagull dropping down from above towards an adjacent position, is it going for the bread crumbs???
I channel my chakra and exert it towards the diving seagull forcefully restraining it with my powerful chakra , unable to flap it hits the ground....

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on

This is a technique of great complexity. This is actually your emotions enhanced with chakra. It involves your desire to kill amplified and sent to the opponent which can and will result in them being terrified, paralyzed (depending on the rank). If there is a more than 2 rank difference between you and your opponent and you use this he will be completely paralyzed by this technique unable to move, seeing images of his death, feeling maybe some aches or even nausea. If there is a less than 2 rank difference they will simply feel discomfort as well as your pressure onto them. This can be enough for them to maybe mess up a seal, stumble, loosen their grip etc. It can be used once and it lasts for as long as you focus on the target. As long as you are using this you aren't able to use other techniques since you need to sustain this one, but you can use taijutsu. To counter it you can use pain to release from it (as it has been done by Sasuke) or even use a mind cleansing technique (like 6th Sense of NB Taijutsu).
