After performing the tiger hand seal, I release my chakra out to my right and use it to create a shadow clone. I now start to mould my chakra into my right hand while simultaneously, my clone moulds his chakra in his left hand, both of us creating a Rasengan. We then hold our rasengan next to each other and charge simultaneousness at your clone, thrusting both the rasengans at his chest.

The impact would be similar to the way a cake mixer works, with the two beaters spinning in opposite directions to each other. Converting this to the rasengan image, it would create massive damage as the two balls hit the clone, causing huge stress as the counter rotations act on the clone. Yes I know they would be spinning in the same direction initially but as we know the rasengan is a mass of many different hurricanes that would hit at different angle to the other rasengan, causing massive surface damage as the grind through their target.

Yeah it did. O_O LOL. In a weird way.
Anyways, for this jutsu, it can be instantaneous - you strike their body with one hand, then follow up with the other for extra effect because you basically have two Rasengans in either hand. It's a double strike.
