Simply start with the single hand seal, Ram, and channel normal, unaltered chakra to a desired location in which you'd speak, while not making it audible from your location. Instead, you sort of allow the sound to travel through your chakra, thus giving you the ability to voice it out elsewhere. It is a technique that is used primarily for battle tactics, and as such, I'd like you to tell me ways you'd use this in battle, and perform it yourself. Oh, questions if you have any"

"Wait what just happened???, Ranga says as he looks behind him and then back to his new teacher. He then tries to contemplate the quick sensei change and gives up as it is too mind boggling. @_@. "Alright!!! My teacher is a chick! Err..I mean...thanks for this opportunity...heh heh..but why you no give warning?"
Ragna performs a single handseal(Ram) and channel basic chakra, unlike the elemental chakra I am always using >_>. I channel it to a particular area a ways off from my current location as I speak. The sound of my voice travels to the location of my channeled chakra while I keep it inaudible from my current location as it travels allowing it to be heard from the desired distance as I shout YOLO.
"This technique could be used to confuse and distract the enemy. Best used in conjunction with something that blocks the enemy's view of you such as my smoke jutsu or a mist. If they hear your voice come from one side it should cause a distraction as you attack from somewhere else with a silent or subtle technique. This of course wouldn't work against byakugan or sensors. It might work against sharingan because they cannot differentiate your chakra from the mists chakra as they will be the same color. I've seen it used for RP purposes a lot as well."
Nico Robin sighed. "YOlO. REALLY? Oh well, that was a good performance though." She proceeded to explain the next technique. "This next one is perfect for assassins. As you can see, from the battlefield and even the training grounds, there's a lot of areas that can make sounds. From even the smallest of leaves and branches, stepping on one would surely give off your location." She says so as she repeatedly walked around while purposely stepping on the leaves and branches, making a loud and annoying sound. "By applying your chakra throughout your body, and coating it around certain areas, you can muffle the sound of physical movement and with extreme focus, you can move rapidly and fluidly at a desireable area that would give you the best shot to kill. Now, perform this technique, give me ways of how you'd use the technique in battle, and say you are under a thick mist. The enemy is using this, and you do not have chakra sensing abilities. How would you figure out their location? Keep in mind this technique does not suppress your chakra, so you are still sense-able."
"(YOLO is more important that water....YOLO is more important than food).....Uh huh. Uh huh." Ragna said as he kinda paid attention. It was difficult to focus because all of the ruckus she was making. Ragna picked up most of it rather quickly. "Gotcha."
Ragna begin to channel basic chakra. It isn't a lot but once Ragna reaches the desired amount of chakra he coats himself in it. He then walks over the river and through the woods to grandma's house...>_>. He applies the chakra specifically into areas where he feels can cause the most noise (primarily my feet as they hit the ground.) He begins to move rapidly behind you without making a sound and (instead of striking) He taps you on the shoulder (for training purposes).
"I was thinking of this jutsu when I performed the previous one. This is most commonly used with a mist so that the enemy cannot see them. I think this technique would work well with my various smoke jutsu. Like my clones for example, I would create one to be a distraction and once It is hit it will disperse into a cloud of smoke. Once the smoke conceals me even though I was previously infront of the enemy I will quickly move behind the enemy and kill him. If someone used the mist silently killing combo it would be difficult o counter without sensory. The best way is to get rid of the mist. Countering the tech itself while in the mist might require the Zaraki method. (Have you seen the fight between Tosen and Zaraki.) Once his clothes were altered Zaraki would attack after feeling the attack of the enemy start to take place...or he move slightly to avoid major injuries and attack from the direction you got attacked. I simpler way is to use the hiding like a mole technique so you can find their position via ground vibrations.(If the rain tiger will tech is a fan favorite If you have time to cast it.) Another method (the best imo)to use would be to create a clone to watch your blind side once the midst is made. Your combined vision should cover nearly 360 degrees allowing you to react accordingly.
"I believe they can be sensed via sensing methods since this just physically makes them untraceable by sound. Their chakra is not suppressed."
Nico Robin jumped as the student lightly tapped her shoulders, "Great response, and no, I was totally not scared. It is important to note that they are still visible, through chakra sensory, or through visually seeing them. They simply make the sound untraceable, therefore, relying on the hearing sense would be useless. Anything that pushes them away would be workable, like an omnidirectional blast of wind, or even positioning your body at a different location. A good way to avoid it is by raising yourself to the air, through moving earth core, where you can see past the mist and you'd also be able to see anyone that attempts to climb the pillar."

"Next up!" Nico Robin enthusiastically announces as she throws a rope to the student. "Easily understandable, by channeling chakra into the ropes, you're able to tie down a target through normal means. Of course, because it is chakra enhanced, it is harder to break out of it, but nevertheless, its great for interrogations. It is, however, fairly weak and easily destroyed by skilled shinobi despite being chakra infused. How do you see yourself using this in battle, or in RP? And how would you defend against it?"
"Are you sure? You looked pretty scared to me. >_>" Ragna nods his head as he listens to the rest of her explanation. "I think I've used that last method before in a battle."
"Come on now..smoke is my specialty." Using his wrist launcher he fires a smoke bomb with precision to a desired area and then takes out a handful of makibishi. He is careful to not cut myself. 0_0. He throws it in the area enveloped in smoke so they are invisible to the opponent.
"So as of now close ranged fighting isn't one of my strengths so this would be for all of those speed blitzing losers out there. If anything they will have to at least alter their movements by going around, or jumping over it. The smoke can also conceal you behind it allowing you to launch surprise attacks as the enemy tries to determine your strategy."
I channel my chakra into the rope that was nicely thrown by Robin sensei. I then find a bundle of sticks to tie up with this rope. The chakra channeled in the rope makes them stronger and allows them to hold the sticks together without breaking or loosening because of pressure.
"Well to defend against it Nagashi seems like the easiest way to simply destroy the ropes. (Unless one soaked them in water. 0_0), If that's the case a simple d rank fire created from the limbs could burn them off. I doubt I would use this in battle unless I have incapacitated the enemy and wish to seal them away or something. The enemy would have to be unable to move and fight or else it could be dangerous trying to tie up any shinobi. A creative way to use this is have a clone tie himself up to the enemy and attack him from that range while you kill them both off. Brutal but effective) Outside of battle this could be used to hold things together so they don't fall off. Like if you are carrying a large bundle of sticks."

The real Nico Robin appears behind you. "Well, I'm here now. I had to make a run to the Ninja Shop. I bought you a present." In her back was a large demon wind shuriken. "Channel chakra into this demon wind shuriken and extend the blades outwards. Throw it towards the training dummy five meters away that I set up while you were not looking. The demon wind shuriken acts like a normal shuriken, in a sense that it is able to arc around and such and make more complex movements as opposed to the kunais' normal straight path of movement. Once you're done, use the chakra channeled into it to manipulate the physical state of the shuriken and expand it to increase its size, which would obviously increase its damage as well. Tell me how you would use this in battle offensively and how you would defend against it."

“Ah I see!.....Can’t lie though, I feel a little betrayed just talking to a fake like this. I think this technique can be more useful than the normal shadow clones in certain situations. “Smoke and mirrors” so to speak. If you create a mist or use smoke/light/dust to cover your position you can use haze clones to replace your previous position or create a few across the battlefield to confuse enemies. I see potential with this being used in combination with some of the genjutsu’s involving images of clones. They also do not need to be created near the user.”
Ragna thinks of his own image and uses a little bit of chakra to create a weak intangible clone a little ways off from him to the side. It does not have the physical properties of a normal clone; however, it can communicate like normal clones.

“I’ve combined shuriken jutsus with my smoke jutsu to give the enemy little time to react. Combining this with the shadow shuriken jutsu also helps because their attention will be directed to this shuriken, the visible shuriken and the other within the shadow will be harder to see with the smoke and other distractions. With the appropriate wind jutsu you can increase to speed and lethality of the shuriken. For instance a pretty cool basic combo I could use would be to use my smoke clone with this jutsu. When my smoke clones are hit they disperse into a cloud of smoke. So I first throw the shuriken then allow my smoke clone to get in its path and once it disperses I will increase the size of the shuriken which should catch the enemy off guard between this being short range and the shuriken size being dramatically changed. At short range I would use strong kenjutsu or a melee type raiton jutsu to cut through the shuriken and continue toward the enemy. It isn’t very strong in the first place so it is best used to create openings in the enemy’s defense. Of course if enough distractions are already in place then this jutsu can possible slip through.”
Ragna takes the special shuriken “thanks for the early Christmas present! Uhhh I’m still looking for your gift though. >_>” He then channels his chakra into the large shuriken as he focus/concentrates on increasing its size thus its damaging capabilities as it is thrown. It slices through the training dummy with ease.
"Alright, nicely done. I like how you incorporate smoke into your replies, it makes your fighting stle very unique. But, let's move on. This next technique needs no explanation, unless you want me to. Simply throw a barrage of kunai at the opponent - is isnt infinite nor is it very many, but you could increase its usefulness by adding paper tags, smoke bombs, flash bombs, etc to it. This one you don't need to perform, any questions?"
Nico Robin disapperas and reappears shortly after with a string that was translucent but despite its thin-nature, very durable. "Okay, attach this special string to a shuriken and throw the shuriken at a normal path. Well, any way you would throw a shuriken, I suppose. Once you've done so, you can pull the string, motion it the opposite way, etc. in order to change its flight path. It is essentially a kite, but instead of a kite, its a shuriken. Perform it to hit the training dummy from behind, and give me usages in battle!" Nico Robin explains as she plants a training dummy 30 meters away

FIRST JUTSU
Nope. I like the usage of other items like paper tags and smoke bombs that can go alon with it (especially smoke). It can come in handy if used the right way.
SECOND JUTSU
This jutsu is useful in the fact that it is deceptive. Can be as lethal as an A rank jutsu when applied with the proper skill. Most people will probably find ways to see the wires but they are pretty thin so any amount of dust, smoke, mist can make it that much harder to see. Not only that but it can change directions. Instead of merely being fired off as a projectile it can take arcing/strange paths to the enemy.
Ragna takes the shuriken and attaches it to a translucent string. “Where is the Ninja Store you get all of these things from. >_>. He throws the shuriken and I initially aim it so that it will fly past the dummy who is pretty far away. Once it flies a little past the dummy I pull the string in the opposite direction of its path to change its trajectory. It then hits the dummy from behind.”
In battle I would most likely use deception. For example if I use a genjutsu I would throw this either high or far to the side or even past them. If they break out of the genjutsu then they will most likely not automatically detect the location of the shuriken. Especially if you give the enemy something else to focus on like a kunai barrage heading straight for them for example. The main problem is its rank, so the best bet for this landing is if the enemy has no idea it is coming.
"A store?" Nico Robin asks, curiously. "Ah yes... a store... let's go with that. Okay next one is very simple but very useful as well. Simply channel chakra into an explosive paper tag or fuuinjutsu sealing tag and hide it into an inanimate object, like a wall. You do this by coating it with chakra to make it seem to blend in with its surrounding, or have go inside the object. This technique is simple, so give me combinations, basically how you would use this in battle."
"Next up... If you have a summoning, use it. If not, then dont. You can use my clone, or your clone, whichever you prefer." Immediately, a clone of the sensei appears right behind the student, tapping him and hopefully scaring the shiz out of him. "Haaa. Alright, this one allows you to seemingly combine with another through chakra of course and with a hand seal. You can change the shape of your body accordingly, depending on how who you transform into. It does not have very many usages, but it can be deceptive... Two people in one body, that's very weird. Anyways, perform it, give me usages, questions, and thoughts."
(When I start Fuin training this will be very useful...hehehe)
Sensei....you scare me some times. Anyway in battle I would most likely use this in preperation for people who like to fight in close range (at least until I get my tai up) even still it can give you an element of surprise. This act can easily be hidden by dust, mist, smoke, and even genjutsu. I can draw the enemy to my area by a number of techniques after that if I want to. Swamp of the underworld encourages the enemy to move away from their area and forces them to counter it directly or move to you. I have large techniques that effect mid-long ranges as well. Once the trap is set it might even discourage the enemy to go in that area. (The user knows its there but they cannot metagame, so they avoid entering that area altogether.)
Ragna takes an explosive tag and then channels his chakra into it. Using manipulation he causes it to change so that it takes on all of the properties of the ground beneath them. Once in place it is perfectly hidden...almost too well. Ragna leaves the area because he forgot where he placed it.

I really don't wanna fuse with nothing...I guess if you have a flying summon it could possibly enable flight but I'm not so sure this is all that useful. If you are in a team battle and your partner does not have the means to defend themselves then this could also be helpful if you want to keep them alive. Some questions I have is how do you unmerge with each other or how long will this transformation last? Also will KG's/abilites transfer? For example lets say Minato and Nagato fuse.....would they still be able to use paths and ftg as one entity? Sharingan and wood? Ice and Lava etc 0_0....That could be useful"
NOTE: I actually have a summon. Wasn't sure what level in ninjutsu I had to have to use it..I was always confused on this. LOL, for purposes of training I'll use it here even though I believe I can't use it in battle yet. >_>

"Oh god help us all. I wish I could sign a human contract. Hey you over there can you be my owner instead?"

He looks at his summon then focuses his chakra and then focuses on the merging of himself and the summon. Against Gabriel's wishes the two merge and change shape. Ragna gains the large wings of the summon and his skin gains a little greenish hue, but only slightly. Both of his eyes are emerald green and his hair is sea green.
"Eh...it could be worse."
"Hm, interesting questions. The combination transformation has no specific time limit, but if you get hit or anything of that nature, then the technique will time out and you will be seperated with the being you combined yourself with. I suppose abilities like that transfer, i mean it would make no sense if an ability is loss during the combination. Unless it is a specific KKG, like Sharingan and Rinnegan combination; that would be rather difficult because you'd need both eyes."
"Now, let's continue." Nico Robin said, as she throws a single rock, about the size of her hand to the student. "This technique is pretty useful but it has severe drawbacks. By touching an earth based material, you will use your chakra to harden any part of your body, from a limb to the entire body to the properties of the earthen material you touched. You can turn into fine grain of rocks that can be used another specific technique, but the weakness of this is you gain the weaknesses of the materials you mimic, so lightning would surely be a weakness... For example, if you were to turn your body into stone-like material, you could potentially lose a limb if a lightning technique were to cut that limb off... Anyways, how would you use this in battle? Perform it as well."

"These are one of those techniques I really don't like because of that high risk. Now I suppose this would work well to defend yourself from physical attacks from weak kenjutsu or taijutsu. Things like kunai and shuriken would easily be deflected if you turned yourself into stone. So I would probably use it to just run through weak projectiles while closing in on the enemy. Even though there are earth jutsu's that can mimic these same effects this one costs less chakra. It can be useful but I doubt I would use this much. "
Ragna took the stone his sensei was holding and channeled his basic chakra to turn his arm into a stone itself. The same properties of the stone became present in Ragna's left arm boosting its defensive capabilites but granting the same weakeness. He could feel the strength and sturdyness the rock gave to his arm.

Ragna opens the scroll and quickly makes a decision to create a clone as they transform into hot women after reaidng the scroll and using his basic chakra...he does not want to deal with this technique any more than his sensei does; however, do to her obvious problem with the jutsu he does mess around a bit.

Following that up with a single hand seal, you can use the rest of the nails to rise up from the ground the opponent is trapped on to pelt and pierce them with nails, which wouldn't cause too much harm because of their size.

Materialize the nails inside your mouth after a single hand seal and blow it out in a mist of nails; it is chakra enhanced, the blowing I mean so it would be traveling at a relatively fast speed." Nico Robin sets up a single training dummy. "This largely focuses on aiming, so aim for the training dummies head and have the needles pierce them. Once you're done performing, give me a combination and how you would defend against it IF you and the enemy is within a mist. For the first technique, just tell me how you would control the map so the enemy could step on the nail trap."

A combination-I would have my smoke clone run toward the enemy as I run beind it. First I would throw a kunai and as the smoke clone disperses into a cloud of smoke that blinds the view of my movements I would shoot this at the enemy. If not used with smoke I would use this after a genjutsu or the hidden mist jutsu.
(Well my bio is equipped with sensory so that is one way to deal with that,) but if you are in a mist you can use omnidirectional or wide ranged wind gusts without it being labeled as metagaming(because you are going to blow the mist away so you can see). As you get rid of the mist then the nails will also be blown away. Without sensory or doujutsu you would be hardpressed to find another way to notice something like that in a thick mist.
Control the map??? As in the earth map jutsu or just the battlefield in general? (I’ll explain both since I’m not sure) Techniques like swamp underworld or large scaled techniques could persuade the enemy in a way to move closer. If I was directly manipulating the ground then I would cause the area around him to rise and slope down so that he would roll into pit of nails.

Nico Robin throws the student an umbrella, an opened one. "This follows the same logic as the last technique. I want you to hurl your umbrella in the air and use your chakra to keep it suspended in air. Channel chakra in the pointed parts of the umbrella, and as it is mid-air, have it release a barrage of chakra needles from its pointed tips. It is released while it is spinning making it fairly unpredictable, and because of its range, it is pretty dangerous. Now, it does require an umbrella, which is a weapon most don't have nowadays. So, how would you defend against this tehcnique?"
And again, Nico Robin provides the student with the necessary weapons for the following technique. "Here, some kunais. I want you to channel all of them with chakra and use that chakra to levitate the kunais. The chakra provides an upward force that causes the kunais to hover above ground, and because it is not self sustaining, you need to maintain chakra connection with it. It is easily performed because of its lack of handseals, and it can be used sneakily. How would you use this in battle?"
Ragna takes the umbrella and examines it as he is not used to handling such an item as a weapon. He throws it in the air and channels his chakra into it so that it stays in the air. After that Ragna uses his chakra to cause the sharp points of the umbrella shoots out many chakra needles while spinning which aids in its range and unpredictability.
Well you can't dodge this attack unless you move back to long range. Since it is coming from the air it would be dangerous to focus solely on this jutsu because the enemy will attack you head on as well (or from a different angle). You could use the earth armor based jutsus to simply protect yourself even though you would be vulnerable to lightning. Powerful and quick wind jutsus would also be a good counter so you can defend and interrupt your opponents next attack as the wind travels forward. (Or if it comes to it...just destroy the umbrella.)

Ragna takes the kunai from Robin sensei and uses his chakra to take hold of them. He is able to cause them to levitate; however, this chakra must be maintained in order to continue the use of this technique. Ragna shoots the kunai forward through the aid of chakra to cause them to fly forward at great speeds and distances.
Well this is pretty fast and quiet. Best used after a high rank genjutsu or if you manage to rid the enemy of his sense of sight through directly hurting his eyes or smoke, mist, dust, light. Even if they manage to counter you can keep the pressure on the enemy. Now the good thing is that this can be used even in long ranges. Ninjas without doujutsu or sensory could have a tough time against this jutsu.
"Nice, nice. The first jutsu, any wind stream based techniques to intercept the needles and push the umbrella away would work well. Other than that, your defense works. And yes, the second technique is pretty useful especially against those without sensory abilities. Now, let's continue to the last technique. It is a fairly simple concept." Nico Robin uses magic prowess to teleport the student to an opening in the forest. The sky was visible and was clear. "Now, send chakra in the air, normal chakra. Manifest it in the targeted area, in this case, the sky. Manipulate its properties and have it change colors/shape to create an image of yourself. It works great with the other Ninjutsu that allows you to project your voice elsewhere. Now, perform it, and what uses do you find for it?"

This would work well with the cicada shell technique that projects your voice. Now you can use this for RP purposes if you are trying to address numerous people within the area. (Intimdate other noobs xD nah jk) but yeah this could be used to distract others from your real position or away from something/someone you ar trying to protect. This could also be used to send an immediate message to someone else if you don't have time to send a bird.etc. I don't see any real battle uses for this.
Ragna channels his chakra into the clear sky and uses that basic chakra to manipulate various colors and shapes until it looks like a giant image of himself projected into the heavens. Ragna cant help but feel God like so he creates it so it is posing in dramatic fashion.
