Ninjutsu , is almost any technique which allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing, including the usage of weapons. Unlike Genjutsu, which makes the opponent see illusions, the effects of Ninjutsu are real. They vary greatly in purpose, with the simpler Ninjutsu serving such tasks as transforming the user or allowing them to evade attacks. Stronger Ninjutsu are given the name of Kinjutsu. As they are too dangerous and strong and thus have been banished by the Kage of the certain village
Most techniques such as Susanoo, Shinra Tensei, Shadow Imitation Technique are Ninja Techniques. Every single elemental technique is also known as Ninjutsu. The different between Ninjutsu and Senjutsu is that unlike Ninjutsu, Senjutsu uses Natural Energy instead of chakra. Another different is that that Senjutsu techniques have the prefix Senpo [Sage Art] whilst some Ninjutsu techniques have the prefix Ninpo [Ninja Art] in them
Additionally, there is the kind of technique that can be classified as a basic or advanced elemental technique, the basic type are techniques with specific elements (wind, water, fire, earth, or lightning), the advanced type combine two or three of the basics elements and creates a new one. By combining two elements, you get a Kekkei Genkai.By combining three elements, you get a Kekkei Touta. The combination of 4 or 5 elements can only be done by one who has the Juubi sealed inside of him/her. Shinobi can perform techniques from each of the 5 Basic elements however they have an affinity towards one or two elements and thus perform them at a faster rate. If a shinobi does not have an affinity towards a certain element, it is near impossible for him/her to use powerful techniques of that element. This however is not the case in our NarutoBase RP.
When creating an elemental technique, the two methods of manipulating chakra are referred to as shape transformation and nature transformation:
Shape transformation deals with controlling the form, movement, and potency of chakra.
Nature transformation usually deals with changing the physical properties of chakra into an element.
These two methods can be implemented separately or together in order to create an Elemental Technique
The technique Rasengan requires both Shape and Nature transformation. The technique Chidori however requires only Shape Transformation
It can be used in collaboration with taijutsu to create nintaijutsu techniques for example the Raikage's enhanced Taijutsu techniques

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles

Before starting the battle, I have several needles attached to various parts of my mouth. Once the battle starts, I call forth these needles and spit them at my opponent. However since it my mouth that is used to spit the needles and the eyes that are used for sight, if I want to hit my opponents chest, I'll aim at his neck.
We will be taking a different approach at training now. We will be using the following template:

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.
A technique with which you can only bind summoning animal or regular animals. You basically use your chakra to bind the target animal completely making them unable to move. The bigger the summoning creature the harder it is to bind the animal. While using this you cannot use other techniques since you have to focus on this one.

Strong points:
It can take an unsuspecting person by surprise, primarily with the second shuriken.
One cannot simply crouch, they must either make a barricade or move entirely.
Each shuriken can be rigged in segments to further catch an evasive opponent.
Weak points:
If one isn't subtle enough, the enemy can realize that two fūma shuriken are being thrown.
If not rigged, an opponent with enough mobility can dodge both shuriken without sustaining an injury.
If not preformed properly, both shuriken will easily be detected and the enemy will simply dodge.
Combinations-strategies:
The shuriken can be infused with nature transformation, greatly increasing the cutting power of one/both.
One can place explosive tags on the underside of both; detonating them when an opponent tries to dodge.
Someone using chakra/metal threads could redirect them to greatly increase their overall accuracy.
Ways to counter this technique:
Any substantial barricade or low level elemental attack can stop the technique in its entirety.
If not attached to strings, an enemy could apply their own chakra threads and change their trajectory.

With Sōma no Kō, one body can restrain a beast whilst the other either kills it or attacks the summoner.
Depending on the beast, the caster could use their body as a shield against the summoner's followups.
Weak points:
The techniques is limited to smaller animals and is useless against larger summonings.
To maintain the jutsu, one must leave at least one hand on the target, restricting any later jutsu usage.
The jutsu relies upon the user's reflexes, they may be unable to safely use it against faster beasts.
Combinations-strategies:
One body restrains the beast whilst the other body quickly places several explosive tags onto it.
One body restrains the beast whilst the other body critically wounds the beast with their sword.
One body performs the jutsu and the other body uses Doton: (Super) Added Weight Rock on the beast.
Ways to counter this technique:
All one has to do is target the user and force them to defend themselves with a jutsu.
In being attacked, the the enemy will be forced to remove their hands, either to attack/dodge.
