So according to my notes you were trained up to Killing Intent so we'll start from there.
I would like you to use this template every time you reply to a technique.
Try to be as detailed/descriptive as possible. All you have to do is copy the PHP code.

attach some pouches of small paper explosive notes to a few kunai then throw them near the target, when it hits something the pouch will burst open and cause a storm of paper, then you set it off with a spark of some kind (Fire/lightning jutsu and bomb tags normally but their are other ways depending on the situation.)

- The flower petals materializing out of nowhere cause confusion in many ways
- the flower petals also block the opponents vision for 1 turn
- the opponent might think they are in a genjutsu as the petals materialized out of nowhere
Weak points
- the attack itself has no offensive capabilities
- the major downfall of this jutsu i see is the range is short limiting it application, a short range opponent is usually not caught off gaurd easily.
- a moving opponent or one engaging you close range really close would be almost not affected or too close to cause the intended affect/ hard to use overall
channeling my chakra into the atmosphere around the opponent i manipulate my chakra into materializing sakuras, which i make swirl around the enemy distracting them

- the speed of the jutsu is emense allowing for escape if needed or surprise attacks
- no handseals are needed for this jutsu allowing for better execution
- can use near by elements to increase effectiveness.
Weak points
- banned from the rap....
- can be a little obvious if smoke etc is not used
- is not a teleportation but a physical movement happening fast.
Combinations-strategies use the technique with a smoke bomb to disappear and appear behind an enemy at great speeds and finish them off with simple tactics like a stab.
Ways to counter: the actual jutsu is not an attack, but if you can constrain the user somehow they cant leave as it isnt teleportation but simply fast movement.

counter: it's supplementary but if you keep up in CQC the opponent wont have any time to perform the jutsu
i channel my chakra into my voice box while forming the ram handseal manipulating my voice and projecting it towards the east of my direction then the wast and finally at senseis 6'o

A basic combo of ninja tools. First set off a smoke bomb between you and an attacker and under the cover of the smoke, scatter Makibishi (tiny spike balls) on the ground for them to step on if they run through the smoke or you could use the false surroundings genjutsu before the smoke fades to make it seem like the Makibishi aren't there as they are part of the terrain.
(Kage Nawa no Jutsu) - Shadow Rope Technique

They cannot do harm to any enemy but can be used to communicate and distract the enemies. The clones can be created anywhere within the users sensory field.
Create intangible images of clones with your chakra that appear to crawl out of the surroundings. You can make any many as you want as long as they are within your sensory field (so somewhere you can see or if you're a chakra sensor, someplace you can sense your target at)

I through a smoke bomb and under it's guise i law across the smoke on the ground some spike balls to act as traps for an unknowing opponent to step on and be harmed.
Strong points
- spikes can hinder movement and possibly open them up
- Ismoke bombs act as a cover for placing the balls
- once placed the user is freee to move about and cast jutsu not needing to focus on the spike balls
Weak points
- smoke can be blown away
- spikes wont do too much damage
- if seen are point less
Combinations-strategies use false surroundings like you stated to cover up the spike balls and hopefully get them to be stepped on
Ways to counter: blow away the smoke as it it layed and if you see the bombs just do not proceed that way.
infusing my chakra into a black rop i whip and tie down an opponent holdem them down and leaving them vulnerable. The rope was made stronger and more durable by my chakra.

- i dont really see to much use for this in battle
Combinations-strategies hold an opponent down and tie them up use a jutsu like chidori to simply finish them off or an interogation jutsu to take information form victim
Ways to counter: stay away form CQC chakra surge like chidori nagashi i find this jutsu relatively easy to counter.
Channeling my chakra into an area behind proffeseur who is within my visual range i make 4 clones crawl out, these clones are intangible and i use them to make faces at sensei as a form of taunting.

- cannot touch an object due to intangibility
- dojutsu users can see through them
Combinations-strategies use the clone to distract the opponent without touching them and while they are distracted put them under a genjutsu and finish them off.
Ways to counter: if a clone goes through you you know its intangible and not really any threat at all since it cant touch you attack the user in hope of ending the technique.

The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
Take out some shuriken and attach elastic durable clear string and then when you throw the shuriken you can control their flight with simple finger movements allowing for multiple uses for simple tools such as wrapping the target up, tying them to trees, striking them from blind spots etc

go underground. get to longer range and away form the projectiles or give the opponent something to deal with so they cant be using kunais constantly or wave after wave
i throw couple kunais at a tree then more and follow with another wave and more waves of kunais they all land and damage the bark of the tree

i throw couple kunais at a tree then more and follow with another wave and more waves of kunais they all land and damage the bark of the tree

Practitioners of this jutsu are also skilled in quickly taking on the mannerisms of the original person and playing up the character traits of their target. Through a regular Henge in combination, they can copy the clothing of the opponent. Their appearance will eventually change back to their original form after several days.

The scrolls release a mass of weapons attached to my fingers via wires. THe weapons assault a clone as i pull the strings making the ones that missed redirect and attck him aswell.

Use your chakra to have a bomb tag to go off and explode. Ver basic since you can kinda do this in freeform already. The thing with this is that it does more damage with a paper bomb then trying to to do it freeform so you might wanna always considered which one you use.
