So you wanted to be instructed in Ninjutsu? What can you tell me about the non-elemental ninja arts and raw chakra? Strengths and weaknesses, advantages/disadvantages to it etc.

Ninjutsu or Non elemental ninja arts:
To start things off I think I should define what ninjutsu is, ninjutsu isa word comprised of 2 which are nin and jutsu, nin being ninja and jutsu being techniques, so in short ninjutsu means ninja techniques, so ninjutsu refers to all most of not all ninja techniques, ninjutsu allows the user to be able to performs tasks and things that he/she wouldn't normally be able to do through the use of building up chakra and also building it properly by the formation of hand seals, the user can then advance this build up of chakra making the chakra be any Elemental nature they want, by implementing the properties of the elemental nature they want while building chakra(nature transformation) and then giving it a shape or form(shape manipulation)

Chakra itself is essential to any technique/ninjutsu someone wants to perform, its the molding of spiritual and physical energy, it is the basics of any technique as it is required to perform any ninjutsu, it what is gotten first before nature transformation which then gives it a new view.

Well given the versatility of ninjutsu it would be very much difficult to pin point the the strengths and weakness but I would say that a strength of ninjutsu is that the user would have an advantage over their opponent, not similar to taijutsu or genjutsu kind of advantage, but a majore advantage. The clone won't have a physical tangibility but it can give you a strategic advantage since the enemy doesn't know that.
(Bikoku Ninjutsu) - Shadow Stealth Technique

Kefa starts to build his chakra having just listened to the order given, kefa thinks of himself, as he releases chakra imaging every single detail of himself, the clothes he wears, his skin tone, his facial features hight, he thinks right down to all details of himself as he releases the build chakra, he then uses shape manipulation to put all the features of himself he had thought and finally he is able to make a clone projection of himself to appear.
Strong points
I would use this jutsu to confuse my opponent, I would make the clone when my opponent is already distracted from something I had done earlier, then allowing me to mask/ switch My position with the clones allowing me to further confuse my opponent.
ways to counter this technique
I would say chakra sensing and dojutsu, but since not everyone has that I would say attack a clone, and since its intangible it wouldn't poof neither would it be able to attack, so I would say a wide scale attack that would affect the user of this technique, thus causing the user to loose concentrations and the clones would be dispersed.
Kefa starts to build his chakra again channeling it towards his feet, as he walks, he shape manipulates the chakra at his feet to nullify any sound that would be made as he walks

I can't think of one since its not of major use in our RP, though if I must, then I would probably use the mist technique first allowing my opponent to be blind, then i'll use this technique, or I cast my opponent in a genjutsu that takes over his sight, then use this technique so he doesn't know where I am.
ways to counter this technique
The opponent can use the rain at tiger will technique. Or so allowing him to sense chakra. Thus detecting the person using this jutsu.
OOC: sorry about not much pro's and cons, I have a question, I thought we had learnt all e ranked ninjutsu techniques prior why its always in our bio?

- the user can confuse the user with the made clones. Allowing him to mask his real self.
- in our RP if a clone is made the user can just state that when he is hit, the clone in turn was hit and not him, thus saving himself.
- the clone is unable to use any jutsu's being as its just a projection/illusion.
- a dojutsu user can see very well that this clone Isn't real allowing them to ignore it and attack the real user.

- the user can tail or follow almost anyone and be undetected.
- the user can also mask his whole presence(going with the jutsu's description)
- a chakra sensor bio can still detect the user of this technique especially a high level(sage or kage) chakra sensor.

No problem, not everyone is a comedian, far less then those who think they are.
Your 2nd strong point....You can say where your clone is, and what they do but you can't instantly replace yourself with it at will, you could create it next to you to take the hit, but if its already out and about then you can't control your opponent's actions and say they strike the clone instead of you, if they choose to attack you, weather they actually know its the real you or not.

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.
Using your chakra, form rope like invisible chakra bindings around an animal (used on tigers in the anime) to forcefully restrain them. However this low level technique can't hold very powerful animals like giant summons. and you have to maintain it the whole time.

After listening to instructions kefa starts to build his chakra, chenneling it to his throat/eso****us area, kefa uses shape manipulation on the pure chakra he had channeled, condensing the chakra and forming it into little needles but very sharp, kefa moves on to spit out the needles, which after he spits out he realizes that short range is their limit.

I would have to get into short range, that means either kenjutsu, taijutsu or just free form, and when in close range and while I and my opponent are fighting, I would use this technique from point blank area, allowing him to not be able to deflect it but to dodge rather giving me time to attack him more
ways to counter this technique
I would say any c rank and above jutsu's that cover a wide area infront of me, like since the neddles are coming straight at me, I can use wind great break through, protecting myself from the needles and having it still move on to attack my opponent that used the needles.
Kefa pulls out 2 giant windmill shuriken, and takes a proper stance, kefa then throws the shuriken using his right hand, as kefa releases the first shuriken, giving it a perfect space and watching it carefully, kefa then fling the second shuriken making it move simultaneously to the first one and also making the second shuriken hide behind the first one as it travels, hence making it seem like its one that's thrown as the second one is hidden behind the first

The jutsu itself is a combination, being that one is thrown as a decoy and the second one is thrown as the attack, but moving further, I would do what sasuke did and rig the shurikens with chakra wires, and when my opponent had defended the shuriken I pull the wire and that a thrid attack.
ways to counter this technique
Its to view the shuriken from a different angle, if staring straight at them, bend over and look or get a higher level view.
Kefa starts to build his chakra once again, channeling it to his hands, kefa releases the chakra through his finger tips while shape manipulating it to form very thin chakra ropes(similar to the one puppeteers use) but focuses more chakra into the ropes to make them strong enough to withhold a target.

I have a sharingan bio, so if i'm using that one I could state that I see the ropes, but if i'm not then I don't know what to do.

- this jutsu is a jutsu that can be used by instinct, in order words, when the user is being attacked by the opponent(a taijutsu user or even free form taijutsu) and being pressured, this jutsu will be the best to use, if the user still wants to continue the taijutsu.
- even though its made by Chakra, it has the probabilities of a normal needle, being that its solid and since its solid, it would be able to pierce through anyone.
- this jutsu is shot with great accuracy, and since its shot with great accuracy, if the user shoot at point blank, during a fight, I believe only a dojutsu(sharingan to be exact) user can defend.
- for the fact that its solid, it can be deflected, the opponent can use their sword, but I would say only a dojutsu user can really take note of the needles and deflect them perfectly since the needles are shot with great accuracy.
- the opponent doesn't even have to defend just using a jutsu that takes him into mid range and his safe.
- it d ranked, so any jutsu of c rank and above would render the needles useless and still move on to attack the user.

- the idea is to make the opponent unaware of the secondary shuriken thrown or coming behind the first one, since the opponent will see one, he/she would defend accordingly therefore getting hit by the second one.
- I would say that the shurikens can be infused with an elemental affinity, like lightning or wind, but I think its a different tech, but its all to increase its cutting power.
- once the opponenent notices the two shuriken this jutsu looses it main aim which is basically a surprise attack.
- despite being two shuriken, it doesn't change the fact that its shuriken and it can be deflected, with any elemental ninjutsu, probably wind, just to be safe.

- the chakra ropes are invisible as the naked eyes can't see them, only someone who knows the technique or a dojutsu user can recognize it
- if the user is very skilled, they can withold more than one target at a time.
- it only works on animals
- though it works on animals it can't withhold bigger ones
- the user has to be focusing on it, in other words other jutsu's can't be formed(I think)

The thing Sasuke did with that trap shuriken vs Itachi is a move in lightning, in case you didn't know 
and yes you can't perform other jutsu while binding the animal(s) Note that the third jutsu used to work on people, but that is no longer the case. They reworded it so that it only affects animals.
(Sakki) - Killing Intent

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on

Note: Lasts only while the user is focusing on it and while focusing on it the user can't mold chakra
This next jutsu isn't so much a technique but a intense feeling put out to cause a palpable effect on the area/enemies. Focus on your malice and hatred of an opponent, your urge to kill the target with your whole being and the viscous feelings will be felt in a physical sense by them. While you are focusing on this you can't mold chakra so once you start any kind of nin or genjutsu the effects will fade completely.
(Ninpou: Gekka Bijin) - Ninja Arts: Beauty Under the Moonlight

(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique

Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.
Throw a kunai(s) with a pouch full of small white papers attached, once the pouches burst open they rain down these papers which are actually small bomb tags. Then throw one more bomb tag kunai to ignite the others and cause a chain reaction explosion.

If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

This next jutsu isn't so much a technique but a intense feeling put out to cause a palpable effect on the area/enemies. Focus on your malice and hatred of an opponent, your urge to kill the target with your whole being and the viscous feelings will be felt in a physical sense by them. While you are focusing on this you can't mold chakra so once you start any kind of nin or genjutsu the effects will fade completely.

Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.
Throw a kunai(s) with a pouch full of small white papers attached, once the pouches burst open they rain down these papers which are actually small bomb tags. Then throw one more bomb tag kunai to ignite the others and cause a chain reaction explosion.
After listening to instructions kefa once again starts to build his chakra, having a good and clear look or vision of his sensei, kefa focuses all the built chakra on his sensei, giving off his pure dark intentions as he constantly releases his chakra towards his sensei, to his surprise his doesn't burge, but stand there wondering why kefa is staring at him wierdly.

Since I can't mold any chakra during the use of this jutsu then I would make a clone before time and then use this jutsu.

To pure sheer and strong will, the user would be able to break out of this,
Kefa starts to build his chakra and then channels his chakra to all his chakra points, then releasing the chakra through all his chakra points, as he releases his chakra, he focuses on it, using shape manipulation on it to make cherry blossom petals, which are already infused with his chakra, with that kefa easily sends the chakra blossoms towards his sensei, making them swirl around him, causing him to be temporarily blinded.

I would use this jutsu and immediately use the s ranked lightning false spear technique.

Prevent the cherry blossoms from getting close, get into mid range or defend as you see fit.
Kefa pulls out a kunai tagged with a pouch full of paper bombs, he looks at his senei and throws it at him, as the tagged kunai hits kefa's sensei, it explodes releasing the paper bombs that were inside the pouch, the paper bombs free fall and as they do that, kefa pulls out a kunai tagged with a paper bomb which is active, he flings the kunai at his sensei, and on impact to one of the paper bombs it ignites it and as th paper bomb explode the one next to it does, and the same hsppenes for all other Paper bombs.

Throw a barrage of shuriken and then throw this one. as he defends from the barrage this one would be a surprise.

Don't let the kunai tagged with the pouch get close to you. Defend with a wind jutsu to turn the tagged kunai back at the user.

- it can also cause confusion(following the jutsu's description)
- it doesn't affect more than one target, so already made clones from the target won't be affected.
- it can be easily defended, that is the opponent can prevent the cherry blossoms for reaching him, by wither using a wind tech or even a water shield

Kefa starts to build his chakra, he channels it to his feet as he takes a proper running stance, he then builds up chakra again which he then focuses towards his feet as a surge/ blast/burst allowing him to move extremely fast and appear behind his sensei, kefa leaves the normal smoke at his former position, the smoke is due To his sudden burst of speed.

I would first use either a jutsu or a thrown kunai tagged with a paper bomb to distract my opponent(make his eyes be focused on that) while I use this jutsu and appear behind him.
ways to counter this technique
I would say dojutsu usesrs, I own a sasuke uchiha sharingan bio, allowing me to tract speed higher than my own limit, but if one doesn't have a sharingan bio, I would say (use meta-gaming XD) i'm kidding. I don't know how to counter it.
