I throw a kunai with a tag at ur spear and explode it near ur spear destroying it and thne i use kagebunshin making 4 clones

Creating few of them and exploding them on contact, that would blow up all your shuriken and burn the wires, so when that is done I follow by running at you since were still mid range.

No need for jutsu to use tai...
I stop running and I see that your clones form the rasengans I quickly spit out some sticky webbing and form some webs which I throw down below your clones leg's so that they stick to the ground and not be able to attack me. (Pretty random, but effective, I think it's valid)
Then I continue running towards you and deliver a punch on your stomach with my mid left hand and a punch on your face with my upper right arm.

as u come to punch me I jump in the air and come crashing down on ur head with my right leg

As you fall down on my I block your leg with my two upper hands and hit you in the jewels with my mid right arm. The I push you back while sending your leg to the side.

as u try to hit me I block ur punch with my right hand as my 2 clones near us hit you 1 in the face with his right leg and the other in ur stomach with his left hand

As you try to punch me I simply throw your leg back making you do a backflip, then hitting you on the back of the head. then I use:

Defending me from the clones attacks, then I spit some sticky gold on both of the clones, since their so near and it materializes instantly and I punch them to disperse them.
