[Discussion] Ninjustu Rankings

Wondering what people think on this one. Make a list of top 10 best ninjustu users or top 10 best ninjutsus. I personally think Nagato possessed the best Ninjustu mainly because of his paths and his ability to have all the chakra types. Most of the Kages are also very good at ninjutsu but id like to see what other people think are the top 10.
