Obito and Itachi tie for this spot. Minato is on a lower tier here. Both of them have displayed amazing reflexes, especially Obito. He is unmatched in this department.

Not even arguing, but would you mind showing me these reflexes Obito has?

Kamui isn't automatic, which means he has to react to an attack first and then teleport the parts that make contact with an attack. If these don't count as lightening fast reflexes, I don't know what will. He completely outclassed Minato in their battle and had him on ropes, until Minato took a gamble a attacked a split second earlier. This was the sole reason for his win.

What the?.. Obito can see the attacks coming, so he actually has plenty of time to activate Kamui. Not to mention, Kamui can be used for 5 minutes in succession. So after that he can stop it and start it again. Obito didn't outclass Minato at all, lol. Give the guy some credit, have you any idea how hard fighting Kamui is? Not to mention, that was his first time seeing it? If his reflexes are all that great, I fail to see why he couldn't activate Kamui in time when Minato slammed him down with a Rasengan...

You forgot that his sharingan helps him predict the opponent movements too.

Why do I get the feeling you've been reading Uchiha shippuden instead of Naruto?
Perhaps you should read the ****ing manga well. As you can see here, Obito attacked first, or tried to, but Minato reacted to that attack and teleported to his kunai.

That was his plan. He figured Obito is tangible when he's about to attack, so he planned to attack the moment Obito tries to attack, thats the only time he can be certain Obito is tangible.
Obito outclassed Minato you say? Obito didn't get his just once but twice.

Where's his lightning fast reflexes now?

^ What kind of logic is this? He sees it, henceforth, he reacts? You mean this goes for every single ninja? I am talking about the initial point of any attack's contact and then Kamui. You would have to be utterly ignorant to even make this statement, as in order to activate Kamui, he has to react first.

Actually, he did. Minato himself stated that the guy's technique and the way he battled led him to believe that Obito saw through his every attack. This is a manga fact which Minato himself admitted. A split second earlier gamble, as I mentioned?

Bullshit. Apply this arrow at yourself. But it's you being you. I love it how you have selected a page for yourself, when Minato himself stated the things I mentioned. No one cares about your opinion. Minato was struggling, and that's a fact.

Naruto, Minato, Kakashi, A and Kabuto.
Especially Kakashi and Kabuto. Those 2 dodged/kamui'd an enton arrow, the 3rd fastest attack in the entire series.

No, I'm saying you're overrating his reflexes. The guy has a jutsu which makes him literally untouchable, and he can keep it going for 5 minutes straight. All he has to do is stop and start it again, and the 5 minute restarts. Where's the reflexes? Not to mention, you, like I, have no idea how he uses Kamui, so that point is null. Who's to say he hasn't already activated Kamui when a person is about to hit him? You can't prove anything.

Saw through his every move. Yeah, that was kind of thrown out the window when Minato wounded him, stabbed him, and slapped on that contract seal, lmao. Retcons happen man, it's happened before. Gamble? You mean Minato debunked Kamui's ability, and was correct.

It's rather funny how Minato murked Obito twice now, and you're trying to tell me he has faster reflexes. Dodging A's punch, and reacting to Kamui when it was his first time seeing it shits on everything Obito's done, in the reflex department. You're just assuming the way he uses it, with no real evidence to back it up. Like I said, how do you know he doesn't already have it activated when he's in battle, to save him the trouble of having to keep on doing it? All it takes is for him to stop once, and the time's restarted again.

One more thing. Ever find it weird that Minato's never actually been hit in battle? Yeah, coz I do.

Possibly a translation error. There's only one true fact, and that is, despite what Minato said, Obito attacked first. You saw it, I saw it, everyone who read the ****ing manga saw it. You can argue all you wat it wont change the fact that Obito attacked first and Minato not only evaded his attack but was able to counterattack and injure Obito. Obito even notices Minato teleporting but still couldn't activate kamui quick enough to save his skin.
Not surprised though, can't expect you to be objective when it comes to any Uchiha related matters.

@SasoriOfTheRedSaand Me overrating his reflexes would be your opinion, and you are more than welcome to hold onto it. The fact that the guy reacts to every single attack says a lot. What do you mean? His intangibility and Kamui both use the same S/T jutsu. He simply teleports the body part that comes in contact with the attack for the former and sucks in his own or some one else's body or even an object completely for the latter. The intangibility is so because he accomplishes a back and forth teleportation so fast that his body appears to be flimsy. This is supported by the manga incident when his body parts were still in Kamui dimension and Kakashi attacked them.

Just like Sakura and Danzo's body guards did? Let's not go in feats and deciphering here, shall we? His Kamui understanding isn't such a colossal feat. Minato was on ropes and was unable to land a decisive hit until that occasion. In fact, had he not used FTG twice, the guy was toast, when we are fully aware that Kamui is extremely sluggish compared to intangibility; a fact Konan used to her advantage when she tried to kill Obito. On pure reflex action, a sluggish technique was used against FTG, so what are your thoughts on this?

Your opinion and frankly speaking, I don't care about it. Minjato himself disagrees. How many battles have you seen? Wait, I think, I can count them on my five fingers. His last battle with Bee ended in a stand off. Or have you forgotten that? The manga is just littered with his feats that makes him run back to his basement.

Like wise, as this is coming from a guy who makes up self-made logic that is non-existent in the manga. Bee pretending to be comatosed would be one such gem. Why value Minato's statement, right? Forgive me man, you are right, but Minato is snorting kush.

Minato>All when it comes to reflexes.

Its funny how everyone has to enhance their reflexes while Minato doesn't enhance himself at all and just purely rapes

Welcome to planet earth, where manga translated from one language to another isn't always a 100% accurate.
Manga showed Obito trying to attack first and still ended getting hit not only once but twice. All other character statements are irrelevant. Kishi's drawings are more accurate than the translators.

Welcome to codability. There is no such thing as a 100 % translation from a language as complex as Japanese to such a simple language as English. You try too hard with your points.
