A reached for Sasuke.
A: ( This thing around him makes it difficult to move!)
A almost reached Sasuke when several bone hands grabbed him. Then, muscles wrapped around the bones.
A: No use!
Sasuke turned and glared at A with his right Eternal Mangekyou. A gasped, then went groggy.
A looked around and saw a world made up of red and white coloring. A realized he was on a cross with his hand bound by barbed wire. His skin was pitch black and his clothes were black.
A: Genjutsu?!
His voice echoed off.
A grey blur appeared and turned into Sasuke, his color scheme also black and white and switched.
Sasuke: I told you, my genjutsu skills increased.
His voice also echoed. Sasuke made a Chidori sword and slashed A's chest. A groaned, but the blood that went spilling into the air grew distorted, blurred and faded away. Sasuke did the same. Another Sasuke appeared and did the same. He slashed at A. The wound and spilled blood also faded.
A's body in real life squirmed and groaned.
Naruto: What's wrong with him?
Itachi: He's trapped in a genjutsu! We have to free him!
Naruto: How?
Itachi: Keep Sasuke busy, but don't kill him! I'll free the guy!
Naruto created two clones and ran towards Sasuke. As he ran, he began making Rasenrengan. Sasuke swung downwards at Naruto, but caught one of the clones, which combusted into Amaterasu. The Rasengan formed with that clone died away. Naruto leapt towards Sasuke. Sasuke used his shield to block the Raengan, which then expanded greatly. Itachi rushed forward at blzing speed and almost reached Sasuke.
A was still in the genjutsu. He groaned as more and more slashes were made on his chest and abdomen.
A: Enough!! This is just genjutsu! I refuse to belive its happening!
A pulled his hand out of the barbed wire restraints an destroyed the cross.
The A in reality ripped through the arm that restrained him.
Itachi: ?!(Did he break out of the genjutsu using shear willpower?) Naruto, who is that man?
Naruto: He's the Raikage!
Itachi: Raikage, don't kill Sasuke! He could be helpful!
A ignored Itachi. Sasuke turned just in time to have A jab him in the stomach. A surge of lightning raced through Sasuke and he collapsed.
A: Punt Kick!!
A thrusted his knee upwards and hit Sasuke square in the stomach. Sasuke lurched up, then collapsed. Suddenly, a swarm of hawks came out of Sasuke, flew away and morphed back into Sasuke. Susano'o faded from around A.
Darui took out his sword and began flowing Black Lightning into it. He lunged at Zetsu. He swung, but Zetsu moved. The Black Lightning stretched out and almost pierced Zetsu.
White Zetsu: That's dangerous!
Black Zetsu: Not for me.
Black Zetsu swung at Darui, but missed. Darui then made a backslash and Black Zetsu raised his hand and blocked. The Black Lightning made a slight cut in his hand.
Darui: (What?)
Black Zetsu let out slight hiss in pain, the fused into the ground. Zetsu came out of a statue and was hiding. Part of there body was still fused to the statue.
Black Zetsu: Damn! He didn't make a deep cut, but my arm is going numb.
White Zetsu: Maybe we should switch to long range attacks.
Black Zetsu: Okay. We don't need to kill them, so let's hold back a little. I need my strength to keep the numbness from spreading.
Zetsu went back into the statue and defused his head from the roof right above Darui. Zetsu then took a deep breath and fired several golden seeds down at Darui in a machine-gun like way. The seeds hit Darui and knocked him down.
Shee: Up there!
The ANBU made rapid hand signs and launched several blades of wind at Zetsu. Zetsu went back into the roof and the blades hit the roof, making deep slashes.
Darui stood. Zetsu defused his face from a wall.
White Zetsu: Can we do my move?
Black Zetsu: Fine. On which one?
White Zetsu: The one in the cloak.
Black Zetsu: The ANBU? Why not the guy with the black lightning? Or the other one?
Darui: Shee! Can you sense them?
Shee: No. Their chakra has completely faded.
Darui: Fine! Get out of here! I'm gonna use use the Dark Scatter!
Shee: Right!
Shee and the ANBU began to run when Zetsu sprouted in front of the ANBU. Several columns of wood sprouted from their body and wrapped around the ANBU.
Shee: (Mokuton?!)
Zetsu leapt upwards and Black Zetsu made a hand sign. Several yellow squares appeared throughout the wood and glowed brightly. The wood then exploded, leaving behind the ANBU which had only one arm left and his legs were severly damaged.
Shee: Dammit!
Darui, which had Black Lightning flowing around his body, turned to Shee.
Darui: Get the hell out of here, Shee!
Shee turned and leapt up to a window. Shee turned back.
Shee: (Good luck, Darui! Please don't over-do it it with that jutsu!)
Shee left through the window.
Black Zetsu: ****ing coward. I'll follow him to the ends of the earth and settle this.
Darui: You still have me to deal with, and I aint no coward. Darui classed his hands as if doing Ranton, and several arrow shaped Black Lightning bolts shot from his body, destroying columns and walls. The Black Lightning kept on firing constantly, randomly destroying objects, columns and walls.
White Zetsu: This place is gonna collapse around us!
Black Zetsu: Yes, but he's missing. We still have a chance of getting him. If you want to run, go ahead, but lend me some of your body.
White Zetsu pulled away from Black Zetsu, but left a small piece of himself. White Zetsu went into the ground. Black Zetsu came out of the ground completely.
Darui: It would be wise to run!
Black Zetsu: I'm no coward.
Several black thorns sprouted from Black Zetsu's arm. He kept running, dodging any black bolts that came his way. Darui scoffed. When Black Zetsu got close, the black lightning around Darui focused around his fist and took the shape of a lion.
Darui: Let's see who's punch is stronger!
Darui shoved his fist into Black Zetsu and drove him into the ground. When the black lightning faded, Black Zetsu lay in a small crater, his body crushed. Darui laept back, then collapsed to his knees.
Darui: (My last two techniques weren't meant to be used in a row. And this place is coming down. Damn!)
Black Zetsu looked up and saw that the roof was cracking giving away over him.
Black Zetsu: (I can't move, and his attack numbed me to the point where I can't focus my chakra to fuse with the earth. If that thing gives away...)
Suddenly, a figure landed beside Darui.
Darui: Shee!
She grabbed him and put his arm over his shoulder.
Shee: I got you.
Shee leapt away, carrying Darui. Just as they left the hideout, the roof gave away. It reared down upon Black Zetsu.
Darui and Shee watched from outside as the hideout collapsed.
Kabuto clapped his hands and a coffin came out of the ground. The cover went flying off.
Kabuto: (Madara thought Izuna was my trump, but this is just as good.)
Next: The Sixth
