A very dark-skinned man with very noticeable grey hair which stands up like a smoke cloud, resembling a swirl of ice cream. He wears a traditional samurai outfit which is colored dark grey with white outlines. He wears special glasses that reflect the sun from his face as well as any unwanted light that may come from jutsu. They are tinted on the outside, but can be easily adjusted with chakra in order to become untinted therefore allowing use of special sharingan related techniques.

Background
(Fairly new character with not much history.) Ninja Ninja grew up in the Konohagkure's infamous Uchiha clan. He was a catalyst to the Uchiha clan massacre as he didn't see any of the, then clan members, fit to lead the clan. He plotted with Obito on the low-low in order to wipe out his clan. Of course he escaped, unknown to anyone in Konoha, and made his way to Kumogakure where he now resides awaiting for new adventures. Before making his way to Kumogakure, he journied through Amegakure where he learned most of an element called Rain Release. He occasionally ventures back in order to learn the rest and hone his skills.

Due to Ninja's high mastery over fire release, he can perform all techniques with only a single hand seal.

Training with Afro, Ninja is able to easily weild a blade and control it with ease. His Kenjutsu has been feared throughout the world. He's able to utilize Cloud Style Kenjutsu.
Summoning Tattoo:
Ninja has a summoning tattoo located two places on his body. On his right forarm and right below his bottom lip. This makes it easier for him to summon his animals during battle.
Dog Medallion:
Ninja has a Medallion that hangs around his neck at all times. This medallion is only used by members who have signed the Dog Contract and who have entry to Mount Fang. This Medallion is used to communicate with others by simply pressing and holding it.

Sharingan:
The Sharingan, literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye", is a Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai, which appears in to some members of the Uchiha clan. The sharingan holds several stages, each one stronger than the previous one, obtained through continued use and training, up to a maximum of three (tomoes). As the Sharingan evolves, the user gains heightened abilities and a growing mastery over their KG.
Abilities of the Sharingan:
-See chakra and differenciate between different chakra from different people.
-See opponents chakra flow. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
-Incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize most genjutsu and different forms of chakra
-Ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other KG techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own if he can already use them or will simply recognize the technique if he faces it again.
-Incredible intelect and reaction abilities, able to produce counters with perfect or near perfect timing

3Tomoe
This is type of Sharingan has 3 tomoe. It allows the user to perceive motions, copy the motions perceived, and predict motions. An example of this is during the fight between Sasuke and Naruto at the Valley of the End. Sasuke could perceive Naruto's motions, copy them, and than predict what Naruto was going to do next. Essentially, to Sasuke through use of his Sharingan, it looked like Naruto was going in slow motion. When active the user now has the ability to keep up with extremely high speeds and mimic basic taijutsu exactly. With this the user can now copy handseals done by an opponent (using the adequate Copy Technique), and use jutsus as they do as long as he's able to perform them (having the adequate chakra nature, adequate knowledge of the field of expertise being copied, etc). The user must however be able to mimic the techniques, for if they are not physically able to preform the copied techniques they cannot do them. The user can now pierce through visual B rank genjutsu and below. Unlike the previous two sharingan stages this level has the ability to hypnotize a target. If however the target is too strong the hypnotizing with be ineffective. This can only be done on targets one rank below the user and through eye contact. The user will need to spend a move to activate it and will be able to keep it active until the end of the match as long as he has chakra and stamina for it. However, after some time, he'll be able to gain full mastery over the KG and gain the ability to activate it passively wiithout spending a move. He'll need to be Sanin Rank and have gained 3T for one month.
