Nintendo will release their next console, Wii U sometime after April 1, 2012. While we don’t know the system’s release date, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge will be ready. Tecmo Koei announced the Wii U version of Ninja Gaiden 3 will be a launch title.
Yosuke Hayashi, Team Ninja’s head, told Siliconera he plans to use the tablet-like controller for Razor’s Edge. "You may remember Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword for the Nintendo DS, we’re thinking implementing that kind of action and gameplay in an enhanced way for Wii U using the controller’s touch screen."
Ninja Gaiden 3 will debut on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in February 2012.
